Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort were great experience and staff helpful. The problem was the road going to the hotel will took more than an hour or more to reach the hotel because of traffic jam specially at night. If you just stay at the hotel and will not do any activities then experience great.

It’s an awesome place to stay, beautiful view, amazing staff and delicious breakfast. Highly recommended!

We normally stay in a Villa but the luxury and amazingly friendly and helpful staff at the Sheraton is always welcome. Having traveled a fair bit for work and holidays I would put the resort in the top 10🙏

Close to Kuta beach, convenient stores and restaurants. Hotel access directly to BeachWalk mall. Spacious room, relaxing sea-view from the balcony, pleasant food. Friendly atmosphere, safe environment and the staffs are outrageously super kind and warmth welcoming. Definitely will come and stay again, soon 🔥

The best Hotel in Kuta!

The important things they are very good at this is what you expect at a Marriott. Our trip was brimming with friendly and knowledgeable staff, excellent hospitality, plus great amenities. The pool was relaxing and nice, equipped with sun lounger. Personally I love the location which is a walking distance to beachwalk and Kuta Beach; a great escape during busy day once in a while. The restaurant area was spotless and well-stocked. The Fish & Chips and the Grilled Chicken rosemary were beyond our expectations, especially during this difficult time. Shoutout to the waiter, mas/bli Wawan, for his exceptional service and cheerful smile! Loved his kindness and positive enthusiasm. Totally will make a comeback!

Best thing about this hotel is that it is just opposite to Kuta beach. Also it is walking distance from the best food joints… The only problem is ventilation (which is clearly mentioned on their website). Staff is very polite… Since I am a vegan they even prepared veg rice especially for me… So that is something really sweet.! To sum it up if you are planning to spend most of your day outside, go for this one. Not recommended for couples on their honeymoon.

Good budget hotel, right across from Kuta Beach. Biggest hassle was there were no windows in the hotel room so it was very hard to make out what time of the day it was. They offered welcome drinks on arrival (included different fruit juices), free Wi-Fi (didn’t work inside the rooms, only worked well in the lobby and kept getting disconnected), complimentary buffet style breakfast (not a lot of vegetarian options and menu remained almost the same for the 3 days we were there), complimentary 20% off their massage and spa (Kuta Kita) which was a relative good bargain. They had viewing of the FIFA World Cup in the restaurant and bar which was a good add-on. The hotel is at a very nice location. Would consider staying in the other nearby hotels if the price wasn’t as different. Good view of the beach from the rooftop bar on the 4th floor.

This hotel doesnt really look like the photos shown by the hotel site and we were pretty disappointed by what we found. From the outside it looks even like a shopping mall, but maybe that is not a problem for some people. The room was stinky, especially in the bathroom that smelled of wet stuff and the shower was rusty. The air conditioner was annoyingly noisy but turning off the movement of the device it was ok. Luckily we had a room on the ground floor, so it wasnt in the basement, and actually they even gave us a free upgrade to a superior room, so the service cannot be considered completely negative. Also the staff is kind and helpful. The terrace on the 4th floor offers a beautiful view and the buffet breakfast was very tasty. If you just need a hotel very close to the beach and dont have many expectations than you can easily choose this one.

Very good hospitality, good service. Very strategic place, front of the beautiful Kuta beach view. It has a beautiful rooftop resto for breakfast and pool (not so big but pretty good to catch the sunset). The minus : — we spent 2 nights but, the second to third day we didn't get the new towels and hotel kit (shower cap, toothpaste, soap, mineral water) — the AC of whole floors of the hotel didn't work properly, so it feels stifingly hot — the air circulation not fresh. Please improve and fix this esp. For the lobby. Because lobby is guest first impression, and your lobby is an indoor type. So air circulation is important. Anyway thanks for upgrade my room from deluxe to executive. Keep it up! Regards, T.

Great location across st from beach and the fourth floor has nice pool and sunset view with decent service. Now the reason why its cheap. Kutabex only has the first floor of the building these rooms have no window and bathrooms with a toilet unable to be used by someone over 6ft as its facing a wall with less than 2ft of room. Also there were baby cockroaches in our room. Skip booking at this hotel but do visit the rooftop around 6pm for dinner and the sunset view.

Because I love to play pool, so this is become the nice hotel with live rock music, nice service and pooll. So pool lovers, should visit this place. With 50.000 rupiahs/hour. Its not so expensive. ^_^

Good hotel very comfortable stay and friendly staff. Location wise it's in front of beach n in hard rock cafe lane. But rooms were in the basement, so good air circulation. Our wet cloths couldn't get dry even in days. And even lights were very less in a place like bali you expect sunny place but the rooms were opposite.

Great service, Wi-Fi, pool, bar, buffet, rooms. Lovely view. Across from beach, and right next to shops and markets. Only lost one star due too shower water temperature. Doesn't get hot.

You get what you pay. Yes: strategic location. Clean and neat place. Nice rooftop restaurant. Literally beachfront. Ok: various meal menu. Pool is just 90cm height, suitable for kids. No: no-sunlight room type. Smelly lobby&alley. Inconvenient hot water. Early check in: extra charge 100k Late checkout til 3pm: extra charge 150k Late checkout til 6pm: extra charge 400k Deposit: 300k.

Fabulous location overlooking the ocean. The infinity pool is a nice experience. The rooms are too small and basic. The bathroom is not too convenient because it's tiny. However, it's value for money if you are parking yourself just for a layover. Relatively close to the airport, took us about 30 minutes with ample traffic.

It was really great to visited Bali. I loved it. We can view the beach from the Hotel's roof. Staffs are friendly and the room is comfortable but it is small bed. The hotel is near the beach. My brother and my friend enjoyed surfing. I wish to visit it again someday.

Food parlour is okay with a good view of the beach. Wi-Fi sucks and the basement rooms are kinda claustrophobic.

Even after one day advance payment I was to pay for my further stay When I said I would pay the next day they asked to deposit my passport. All these happened even tough my credit card details are given. Room is good.

You get what you pay for here. Pretty good location in Kuta. If you're coming to party, then this is a good spot. The bathroom smells like vinegar and mold and the room layout is odd. Although, the pool, restaurant, and bars are pretty good. Live DJ and pool parties on the roof. Right across the street from the beach. Not good for families. The service from the front desk is less than wonderful.
