Neatly maintained hotel and polite staff. Pool area is also well maintained and there is a spa available too. Also attached is a 24hr mart where prices are reasonable (unlike some other marts nearby). Decently priced restaurant with a good breakfast spread and neatly maintained rooms.

Too sad staffs are too nice, kind and professional compare for this hotel facilities. Had to check out as soon as I entered the room cause everything in the room was breaking apart, stained and stink. Very depressed vibe in the room. But staffs are awesome lovely and strongly willing to improve better service as much ss they can.

The most lovely budget hotel I ever visited! Very comfortable room, the breakfast restaurant, and the swimming pool were great! Very friendly staff and there was mini mart in lobby area, make it easy for me.

Clean, good rooms, pool everything you could need at a bargain price. I had low expectations due to what I'd paid but was very very pleasantly suprised. It's a 10-15 walk from the touristy bit of kuta. Right next to a main route for if you are planning trips and travel Staff are friendly, helpful and courteous.

I loved it fantastic staff food area management top class professional freindly grest pool Saturday nights they have mixed grill seafood on alot off food worth goin. Great room service to great rooms. The only thing I could fault was hot water. Hardley there I like my hot showers lol otherwise experience was first class in a 3stars hotel keep up the great work I saw lot off staff allways having meeting about the hotel etc good training I can c. Im very pleased and mentioned asst front office manager made nurtini for great help when I need it.

Yesterday my room door was spoilt and they moved me to another room today. Today the shower does not work in my second room and the hotel engineer tells me he can only fix it tomorrow. I do not suggest that you stay in this hotel. The counter staff do try to be polite and help but the hotel facilities are not well maintained. Also many noisy tourist means you are kept awake and get awaken early. Doesn’t help that it’s along a busy road and the road noise adds to the already unpleasant experience of the noisy neighbours and broken facilities ☹️

What I adore from Natya is the management are always doing positive improvement not only to the hotel but also for all the team. Best luck Natya.

TIP: Before you book this hotel, please confirm the location its in Tanah lot as well Kuta. Rooms: Neat and clean Staff: Polite and helpful Location: Tanah lot — very good, Kuta — not good for tourist Food: Ok for vegetarians but good and many options for non-vegetarians.

Location is very strategic because only 5minutes to shopping mal, 15minutes to the airport, 15minutes to Kuta beach The room facilities are good Swimming pool 24hours mart Money exchange.

I thought the place was great it's not a 5-star but it definitely is very clean very organized the breakfast was great the pool was beautiful and the price to me was definitely fair for the value. The only real issue is that it's pretty far away from the beach and everything in this area is a bit overpriced. The taxi service is inexpensive and about a 10-minute drive to the beach but I would still look for a hotel along the beach instead.

Nice and comfort hotel to stay around by pass Ngurah Rai street. İt's easy to find from Ngurah Rai airport. Room service is good, the room and facilities are comfort, their staffs are very helpfull and have good manner.

Very nice place for those on a budget. The buffet breakfast has good options and the restaurant stays open late.

Friendly staff and a very nice pool. Rooms were comfy and clean. It's next to a big street and therefore very loud when you go outside. We had no problem booking a scooter at the reception which was expensive compared to others. The restaurant was nice and the breakfast good.

Nice and clean rooms, fast Wi-Fi, about 15 minutes walk from the beach, breakfast buffet is well worth the few extra dollars, and the staff are all super friendly. Can't wait to come back!
