What a rad little spot in Canggu! This place is totally unique and also very rustic with a lot of character. If you are laid back and like cool people, authentic experiences, and acoustic jam sessions this is the spot! Not in a touristy part of town. Off the beaten path a little, but not to far from Canggu hipsterness. Farmer’s yard is in a really cute little neighborhood. Gardens, chickens, really nice locals, musicians, community oriented, lots of international travelers! And these guys are giving back big time by building a bamboo structure for street kids. Good work keeping it conscious and kind Farmer’s yard! Thank you for a lovely intro to Bali I will be back.

I've never felt so comfortable and welcomed in a place through all my travels. I will go as far to say that this is my favourite hostel in the world.
The Farmers Yard team became family pretty quickly and their dedication to sustainable living and organics is admirable.
Thank you a million times for the laughs, the music jams, the homemade kombucha and for your wonderful company and hospitality the last 11 days.

Farmer's Yard is without a doubt a very special place, where everyone is invited to join a community of passionate people. I extended my stay to three times the original lenght I had planned because it just felt so homey and welcoming. Definitely not the cleanest, but who cares when its the best hostel in every other area. If you consider Farmer's Yard, then please go, go, go!
