Excellent service and superb experience.

I have stayed at this lovely hotel on numerous occasions over the last 4 years. I have found the staff to be courteous and attentive. The facilities are of a high standard as is the restaurant and the quality of food. I love coming back to the Trident.

Great Hotel 🏠 Nice Ambience and too many varieties of the Shops.

The overall experience was good, however I made a request at the time of booking itself, to get a cake at midnight to celebrate my finance birthday, but they served it at 1 am which literally ruined the mood.

I had gone to the hotel to visit a friend. The hotel is great as it has been for years. The staff is very courteous, polite and speak with grace. The rooms have a very nice ambiance and one gets a very relaxing feeling. And the sea view from the window makes it a very unique experience. A fantastic place to stay if one has the budget.

This property has superb location and accessibility, right on the Nariman Point, offering an excellent harbour view. Rooms are nice, well kept. Staff is always willing to help with a smile. Room furniture and toilets looks old, but maintained well. Air conditioning controls in the room do not work. Morning breakfast for guests is at restaurant on the level below lobby, which is small for the size of property, guests have to wait for quite sometime to be seated, and it’s up to the restaurant attendants, who may offer an early seat if you have got some good looks.

Awesome architecture and location. Superb customer service and satisfying experience in every aspect of the hotel. One of the best hotel in India. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable with the amenities. A great hotel, which I am strongly recommend. Restaurants are very good with large varieties. Prices are reasonable. Certainly a place to stay.

It is an amazing hotel to stay around in Mumbai. Although I haven't had a stay over here but I've been to events conducted in hotel's halls and have seen the hotel. First and foremost, the staff, they have a great staff, friendly and courteous. Entering the lobby itself, one can feel the grandeur, also the view of marine drive. The halls were pristine and one of the best banquet halls I've seen in Mumbai and food was good enough. The view from the top floor and the pool deck is amazing.

Excellent place. Very nice lighting in the restaurant. The piano that is played in the restaurant is very good. The food service is excellent too! The environment is also very clean and is kept clean. Overall my stay here was wonderful.

One of the best hotel at Nariman point Mumbai. The ambience is great. As you enter the hotel, you can feel the richness surrounding you in everything you see. The staff always give you a warm welcome. The service is good. The food here is also good. Overall experience was great.

This is the place you want to be, nice sea view and peaceful surrounding. The rooms are great and the staff is also good. This is business hotel division of oberoi's. If you are going to stay here, then opt for the rooms facing sea and queen's necklace. Food is also very good, if you are going for buffet breakfast then there will be some waiting. They also have small kids play area along side pool and also there are some shops and ATM at reception area, They have a medical shop too. The place is wheelchair friendly.

Very happy and had a very good time here. Cheerful, kind and helpful doorman. The whole team have been welcoming. Special mention to chef who sent us a cake when she knew it was our last diner and the team who served us. And last but not the least the housekeeper who did our room today. Convey our thanks. Amazing place… Right from the time of booking till you check out … you are taken care of. Staff is polite and friendly. Food is of very good quality. People visiting the place are decent and do not interfere with others privacy. The place is right at the prime location of Mumbai. What else is needed …. Best place to spending time with family.

Visited for a function in presence of Maharashtra CM on rooftop hall. Hall is cozy and has good views of Arabian sea. Staff is courteous. Hotel entrance is grand and has very good ambience. Perfect for foreign nationals as they can get all required assistance here. Best part is it's right on Marine Drive so one can just get out of the hotel at any time of day and enjoy walk along the Marine Drive, specially at evening. Only thing that disappointed me is they failed to serve function guests with proper food arrangements, Roti was missing almost all time and guests had to either wait long time for Rotis to come or grab rice and get done with dinner. Event had presence of many biggies so this was not expected, even after intimating staff, they could not improve situation. There might have been difference in expected and actual guests having food, but such star hotels should always be ready. Looking forward to stay here so that I can add stay experience.

Incredibly good hotel. Great location, fantastic staff and amazing selection on offer for breakfast. Apparently my room was their basic, but I find this hard to believe. It was incredibly large and so was the bathroom. The only down side was the bar — at the end of long working day, it would have been good to relax in a more characterful environment. Have to say though, very impressed.

Gorgeous hotel. Staffs are so friendly and showing hospitality. Breakfast is so delicious and offering great variety. I especially liked ordering food at the table. Room amenities are just great like ayurvedic aroma soaps. I would definitely come back to spend my vacations!

They should take care a little more the maintenance, the dryer works poorly, the breakfast very good, the room very spacious and cozy, the bathroom a little small, change of towels, laundry very good, reception, very spacious good and with extreme security, I imagine That due to the attack they have had ten years ago, usually very good, although I miss someone who speaks Spanish, is the only place in India that we have visited, that there is no one to speak Spanish.

Trident Hotel is situated at one of the best places so it can be approached easily. The ambience is perfect! The crowd at the restaurant is perfect too! The rates are quite affordable. All the workers are well behaved and v helpful!

Excellent staff! Great rooms. I had a sea facing room and it was worth every dime paid. You even have the Sea view from your washroom, and can shut it with blinds if required. The only scope of improvement is electronic equipment (updated TV, music player, and a socket for using hair iron in the washroom/next to the mirror). Very well spoken staff.

Beautiful hotel. Crowded lobby. Beautiful view from the pool area. Clean and spacious room and pool. Friendly staff. All necessary ammenties present. The guest can choose from different restaurants located within the hotel. Good Breakfast spread. Business centre, meeting rooms present. Shopping centres with many souvenir shops located in the same arena. Wonderful stay.

Location. That's everything. It's beautifully located in the Marine drive, amazing views of the sea. Very enjoyable you walk in the evening. For hotel, very smart rooms, food is fantastic. Staff has been very good to me — taken very good care. Only thing that I was not pleased were the pillows. But, all other things combined, lovely hotel.

We received a cordial welcome from the reception team, and a pretty smooth check-in process (with licit formalities of submitting regime ID proofs and more). Albeit we only had minute overnight bags, the doormen still offered to whisk our bags off to our room for us. The room had plenty of luxurious amenities including fluffy robes and slippers, extensive mini-bar with extravagant wines, his and hers sinks and a heavenly cloud-like bed. Perfect for luxurious city view of Mumbai and romantic retreats. A great option if you’re orchestrating to visually perceive Queens Necklace and finding a budget luxury stay. Also, a good option for Business Visit.

Fantastic hotel. Best one in India that we stayed at, out of 5 different ones. Super friendly staff and service, very clean and very well maintained. Good free Wi-Fi (2Mbps) with option to upgrade at a reasonable price. Delicious breakfast with plenty of Indian and western options.

Trident Nariman Point faces Arabian Sea and has one of the best locations in Mumbai. The hotel is located at 2-5 mins walking distance to South Mumbai commercial district (Nariman Point). The hotel is best for Chief Executives travelling to Mumbai for work and having their work location in South Mumbai.

I had a great experience staying here… Great service, good food. Courteous staff… Very comfortable stay. The location is breath taking and you can just step out of the hotel and the Sea breeze takes away all your worries…

The service was not good at all. The hotel and restaurant is lavish. The buffet was completely mismanaged. Unless reminded to refill the food items that was over they didn't bother to refill. The morning tea biscuits too were over and no action to refill. The staff max of them were casual. The Thai chicken currry and fish was the best along. The salads were good only couple of people got to taste it. Not expected. Price v/s service doesn't match at all.

Absolutely delightful. Impeccable service right from check in. The gentle man in front… im sorry I forgot his name saw it was not well and ordered me some tea. Nothing is too much for all the staff. Executive Chef Stefan Chin ensures that all his guests feel at home. Personally explaining the different foods nothing is ever to much. I was truly spoiled. Given that I came for medical treatment I felt loved like I was at home. Even the lady who changed my room to a quite room she did with the smile. Trident I wish I could give you a Michelin star… you are simply the best.

I've stayed in this beautiful hotel many a times during my official visit to Mumbai. Awesome location. Very good ambience. Super clean and well maintained property. Courteous staff. Good food. Ocean view rooms are fantastic. Tight security in place after the Mumbai terror attacks. Highly recommended!

Great hotel. With the nicest staff. I arrived at 7 am, way too early to check in. They offered me a place to keep my bags. And showers so I could freshen up (at no charge). They even offers me a free drop to the U. S. Visa place. The pastry shop on the ground floor is to die for. Rooms are perfect. With plenty of natural light coming in. A must try is their Italian restaurant on the first floor Love the hotel and their warm staff. Can't wait to come back.

There is vide range of options for rooms There are lots and lots of Amenities provided within the hotel. Hotel staff are co-operative and helpful. They provide good Breakfast from a vide range of variety.

My family and I love this hotel! We've stayed here 3 times and have had an excellent experience every time. The hotel is lovely, but it's the kindness and hospitality of the staff that really stands out. One example: my husband was sick and we had a doctor visit him at the hotel. The housekeeping staff noticed, and when we returned to our room we found a beautiful arrangement of roses with a note from housekeeping wishing him a speedy recovery. Another example: my husband left his suit behind. We returned home to New York and called the hotel. Not only did they recover the suit, they had it priority mailed to us in the US. That's service! We love the breakfasts here — the food is amazing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Mumbai.
