Excellent 👌 I stayed at the Oberoi Mumbai for 2 nights. It was a great experience — the staff were very friendly and service was consistently good. The highlight for me was the Breakfast — fantastic menu with a lot of choices and high quality of food. I booked the hotel car through Concierge and the driver I had was excellent — he was very proactive and gave me good recommendations where to go as a tourist.

Enjoy the luxury experience, interior is ultra modern. Must visit once when you are in mumbai. Staffs are very professional and humble. Ocean view is breath taking.

Upscale hotel. The staff is very attentive. Large bathroom w bath and shower. Excellent breakfast, but you have to order warm dishes a la cart. Cold items are buffet. Fresh fruit juice is a treat. Overall very nice.

Oberoi, Nariman Point is one of the most efficient hotels in the city. Awesome location (facing Arabian Sea). Large conference rooms, efficient staff, great restaurants… definitely a strongly recommended hotel.

Nice place. No smoking zone inside the hotel as-told. Food is good. Nothing extraordinary. Ambience I would give 4.5. Food 4. Hospitality 4. And maybe you'll have to carry your baggage on your own if you don't imply.

One of the 7 star hotels in the city. Conveniently located and well connected. It has all the star amenities like, zakuzi, spa, sauna, massage lounge and many more. Some facilities are included in tariff if informed at the time of check in. Good ambiance and upkeep. Here food is also very tasty and enjoyable. Though out of pocket reach of many of us but a single visit for experiance is must.

I went there with my wife after my marriage and she really liked the place. Hotel is too luxurious as well as cozy. The staff was very welcoming and cheerful. The rose buquet with which they welcomed told the luxurinesss of the hotel. The view from the room, the house keeping and the spa services were really awesome. I would happily recommend this place to everyone.

It's a great hotel and is one of the finest of the country too, you can think of anything and the can deliver to you. The rooms are spacious and well maintained, which invites national and international clients for all over the world. The place is very attractive and has a superb ambience. The pool and restaurants are clean and good to enhance the experience of the people staying here. Staff is on their toes always to solve all possible problems you can ever have.

The only flaw is that the hotel has its years, eye! It is very well preserved and everything works great, and the positive thing being a Solera hotel is that the service is very experienced.
We had suite with butler service and access to the private lounge for suites that opens, surprisingly at 11:00, I was struck by that normally in these exclusive lounges There is also the option of having breakfast in a calmer and excludivo way.
In the evenings from 19:00 to no time they serve drinks and complimentary cocktails.
The food is just delicious in any of the restaurants and breakfasts.
A comment, because the hotel does not inform that they serve breakfast also in the restaurant Vetro the Italian, we knew it by chance.
A detail if you allow breakfast in the cafeteria next to the red piano, are the tables placed for it, because the ladies make a bad face when we request breakfast in front of the views with tables already equipped for it? It is something that must be clarified with those in charge of seating LIS clients.
The gym very well, the limousine car service pick up at the airport a fantastic luxury.
The concierge got us a wonderful guide from Mrs. Keershana who accompanied us and conveyed her passion for her religion, her city and her culture.
The only fault is that the hotel has its years, eye!

Wonderful building this. New look. The building was damaged during the November terrorist attacks in Mumbai, the interiors have replaced thereafter. The architecture of this building is amazing. Location is just opposite to the marine drive. Highly reputed hotel in Mumbai. Foreign dignitaries stay here during Mumbai visit, the sea view from here in mind blowing.

It is a very exquisite place. It probably has the best view in Mumbai. The best time to visit would definitely be Diwali because the fire works in the night are something else. The Marine drive is a really beautiful place to walk and jog. The service provided by he hotel is perfect and nothing more can be expected.

Nice place. One should visit once in month. Worth the money and good ambience. Very easy to notice from the road and ample parking space. I will surely recommend this to others. The people around here are also very nice. They greet you with a smile. I must say that such places actually reminds us the real meaning of consistency and quality the Sea view is stunning from here.

Other hotels may be 5 star, but this hotel is well beyond this. The extreme level of service is hard to believe — how do they manage to get everything right? The room was large, spotless and luxurious. The food was great. Every staff member truly cares about the client being happy.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Pillows are delightfully soft and plush. Service is thoughtful with a desire to please but sometimes is a touch over the top. Excellent selection of dining options but a touch too pricey. Gym facilities are excellent as it has machines, free weights, and cardio and open 24hrs. It's also spacious. Hotel management, please consider a calisthenics station for the gym.

We stayed for two nights in oberoi, and it was an awesome experience! We booked a premier sea facing room but we got upgraded to a suit. Great service great housekeeping staff and The View to die for!

This hotel is not only talked about. This hotel is my fav. Hotel. I do visit this hotel as time goes by kari. I feel so much better to come here. I stay for one to two days when I come to this hotel. And I feel very happy here. The hotel's service is very nice. I feel good about everything here. This hotel is imposing. I feel like I have come to this hotel again and again. 5 star hotel. They have a great service. But as you all know it is very expensive. They have a spa massaging in our rooms and a dining area… they have a restroom. All the workers are good. They will help you 24 hrs You will have a great view from the room. Good supply of water. Quit and peacefull…

By entering the new Oberoi hotel with a strict security check and good service by the managers and the guards on duty. The lift is also quite spacious amassing 10 people at a given time. All the floors in this hotel is magnificently designed and has a very premium feel to almost everything. The bedrooms in here are premium as well the service provided by the hotel staff is just amazing and as you know this all comes at a good cost too so plan accordingly to your budget.

All the rooms were way too funtastic and the sea facing made it look even better. They got a very good parking lot. Even the taxis are easily available. I just fell in love with their services.

Decent place to stay, courteous staff. However, a long way to go in terms of grooming the staff for interactions with guests, promptness, accommodating nature etc… I will keep coming here and would love to see these things improve… ATB.

The hotel is located right at the end of Nariman Point not too far from the main locations which south Mumbai has to offer.

On Land's end literally. The blue expanse beyond your room window is the Arabian Sea looking to the West from India. Incredible luxury and location.

This Hotel is one of the oldest hotel on the block. It was my first time with Oberoi Mumbai and 2nd time with Oberoi Hotels. Impressed with their service and professionalism. My friend got hurt during the stay and I called the butler service Ms. Georgette — butler, came immediately with the first aid kit and attended my friend. Later on as well when my friend fell sick Ms. Georgette took care of my friend as a mother. A lady of her age who is so active and professional gives all of us inspiration. People like her make me feel I am home and want me to return back to the Hotel just for them. On my next trip to Mumbai I will be returning back to the hotel just for her. Stayed January 2016, travelled on business.

The Oberoi Hotel is located in Mumbai. This Hotel is good. The food available in hotel is also of good quality. Quantity is also sufficient. You can visit hotel with friends, family, business, etc. The rooms are also specious.

The hotel is obviously good! But long story short, I was almost kidnapped by a taxi driver from the base in front of the hotel (and the doorman from the hotel who asked the cab for me) I was left in the middle of the way to the airport and almost missed my flight (he wanted me to get off the cab and go in another car with his friend who was following us, without any explanaition)

You can't beat the location whether you are traveling for business or leisure. Staff is really good and helpful. Less clinical and more warm atmosphere. Cafes are also good.

Astounding hotel! Incredible service. The general manager is the best manager I have ever encountered any hotel in the world. Seriously did not want to leave this hotel it is so fantastic! The location is great… See the sunset into the Arabian Sea. The restaurants have incredible food.

Best hotel I've even stayed at. The manager is the most welcoming hotel manager in the industry. Stunning rooms and an excellent vibe in the lobby brought on by the red grand piano. A true 5 star experience and a must to stay in! Well done Oberoi Mumbai!

I stayed here for two days of sight seeing while in Mumbai. The hotel is fairly conveniently located; the Gate of India is less than a half-hour walk. The interior is beautiful, and the staff constantly makes you feel welcome. Small problems abound, though. Be prepared to be nickled and dimed for extra costs: arriving before the scheduled arrival time, adding an extra occupant to a room, and using the internet will all cost you extra. You can talk your way out of some of these fees. Unfortunately, when we arrived there were no non-smoking rooms available, so we were given a smoking room on the top floor. The view was great, but the room smelled off. Once suitcase was delivered to the wrong room. Overall, still probably nicer than the other local options, though.

Get Pampered with 5 star service.
