If I have to summarize this Ibis in a word, I'd be "mouldy". I had to change three rooms to finalist on one which had lesser smell of fungus. The staff was friendly enough to oblige. Probably the air conditioning doesn't have filtration systems and the high humidity of Mumbai does the rest. I could see mould growing in all several nooks and corners. The rooms are as all Ibis are, that is, good enough for a short layover. The restaurant food is really really good, it's delicious, better than many posh places in Mumbai. So if one is confident enough of his/her immune system, it shouldn't be a bad place for short stay.

Rooms are good but small. Bed is very comfortable. They don't provide some basic bathroom amenities like tissues, extra towel, shaving kits, extra soap etc. The restaurant is also small and takes too much time during peak time. Overall not value for money I paid.

A great experience staying here. Rooms are clean and well-maintained. Staff is polite. Food is tasty. And the room-service is very responsive. Situated at a very convenient location. Overall an awesome experience.

For a 3 star hotel, rooms are quite cozy. Also menu rates are way to expensive. But service provided by staff is quite good.

Ideal location. Right along Western expressway and near domestic terminal. It lacks, though, in comfort. Cramped rooms as you may expect in Ibis. This one has musty rooms. Be repaired for sticky floors. The staff are an exception. They make up for what the rest of the property lacks. The stars are for them. And only them…

Excellent hotel to stay at when traveling to Mumbai. Good done up interiors, excellent food, courteous staff and a very well maintained interior. Definitely a must recommended place for staying in Mumbai. Close to the Domestic Airport, it's a best location for anyone flying down to domestic airport.

Went there for dinner with friends. It's a very well laid out, upscale place. The food was really delicious. The service was really good too.

This hotel is a Decent one with Very good Customer Service and a Friendly Staff. The rooms are quiet decent enough. The only problem is though the bathrooms are very clean they are way to small.

Ibis Hotels Mumbai is strategically located and safe. The hospitality of the staff are friendly and polite, especially Mr Avit from the F&B section which was very detail and accommodating. During my stay in Ibis met a friendly and professional front office manager Mr Adil Shaikh who made my logistics arrangements very conveniently. Although the hotel is dated and in need of refurbishment, the people who make Ibis hotel pleasant really made my stay there comfortable. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Ibis is located near to Mumbai Airport… Good for people who r traveling everytime. Good place for clients stay, has nice rooms. Food quality is good and staff is helpful. Easy to access location from the city.

Location is great and next to airport. Room too small for the price and only basic toiletries provided. Food also overpriced. Other hotels in the vicinity and there are a few may be more value for money.

Nice hotel and room. The rooms are big and well equipped, the was also big and comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small, but clean. The breakfast is diversified and it tastes good. Close to the airport.

Some other places are better in similar cost. Very slow working of front office staff. Good food though.

The check in and hospitality at the hotel was very good. The room could be cleaner and the bathrooms are really small. Since I was staying for just one night, these did not bother me too much, but I'd recommend a larger place if the planned stay is long. The location is very convenient. The breakfast spread is very good and the staff is very courteous.

Cool cosy room tucked in by lanes of Mumbai domestic airport. It is a budget hotel. Usage of common computer is a pain. Room is comfortable with good Wi-Fi connection. Ample space for work. Food is tasty with and with a portion is served. That being said food is priced on higher side.

We as a German family found the whole hotel very clean. Whether it's the room, the lobby, or the toilets in the dining room; Everything was blitz bare. The staff are on zag, even if, in my opinion, it's too much in the dining room. The bathroom and rooms are small, but absolutely recommended for arrival or departure time due to the direct proximity to the airport. We felt comfortable. Only at the entrance of the security man … who checked one with every cigarette in the open was a bit annoying.

Very very poor hospitality service. Hotel room is very small with old infrastructure. I heard this hotel has a big name in the hotel industry, but after a horrible stayed … I must say it's not worth for money. I wouldn't recommend anyone ever in my life to think about this hotel. I am also added few pictures and video of the rooms. Just check before you booked this hotel. And I have a simple suggestion for hotel management that please don't cheat your valuable customers by offering a low quality service. Try to improve your service asap…

Ibis Mumbai airport is a very pleasant property with good food, a very polite and helpful staff and clean rooms. The location is very convenient for domestic flyers as it is just a 5 min ride away from the airport. The staff (front desk, restaurant and house keeping) are very friendly and will try their best to make travellers comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for people travelling either for business or pleasure.

Decent hotel for business travelers. Round the clock bar and restaurant. Room is spacious and neat. Non smoking room has neither exhaust nor the windows can be opened. The washroom too has no exhaust. After a hot shower, it’s going to be humid. Convenient location for accessing Bombay Exhibition Centre. For rides, use Uber or Ola. Not recommended to go for local taxis as they overcharge you in case you are not local.

Nice convenient stay, very homely and has a nice Breakfast spread. Rooms are cute and have a decant decor. Not exactly a Budget Hotel, though a bit expensive, it provides a transit traveller all that is needed for a comfortable stay. Would recommend it to my friends.

The place is stinky and not maintained. It's dirty and the organisation could do better. The flights were delayed and the airport is going through lot of infrastructure changes… It was a great disaster.

The place is very near to the domestic airport and at a walkable distance. Rooms are nice and clean and room service is also nice. The only negative thing would be that it's pretty costly compared to the service provided.

Near to Airport so if you are in Mumbai just for Visa purpose or short stay before international flight, it's good. Breakfast spread was good. Ala carte menu is adequate. Taste was good though I don't go for full meals. I found Price bit on higher side. Staff courteous. Rooms bit small. But clean and neat. Reception and Bar very colourful.

I must say it's a well maintained hotel, walking distance from Airport. Nice and friendly staff. Nice cafeteria and lounge. Easy access to basic amenities nearby including cab or taxi. I would say not much far from Juhu Chaupati as well. In all a happy stay.

A typical no nonsense business​ hotel. As it is walking distance from the airport it is a bit pricey. Rooms are not too big but convenient. The bathroom are prefab fibreglass units with shower, basin and toilet in one place, small but usable. Beds are as per average indian male height, Cramped for anyone above 6ft. Restaurant has good food though.

We were connecting after a long international flight to another domestic location via Mumbai. We were pleasantly welcomed by a hotel staff at the international airport even though our flight was delayed by an hour. A convenient car took us to the hotel. Check in was superfast and they even had a midnight buffet open, so we could eat even when we reached around 12 in the midnight. We mainly booked this hotel to get to our kingfisher flight the next day morning. The hotel also offered a complimentary drop to the domestic airport free of charge Will definitely stay here again and recommend all travellers connecting to domestic locations to stay here as it is very close to the domestic airport. The rooms are clean and airconditioned and quiet. They also have an excellent restaurant.

SUpErB hotel and wonderful staff… This is a low budget hotel but possesses all the design and facilities of a five star. From the bar to their smartly built rooms, I am thoroughly impressed with IBIS.

Terrible experience my parents had, late show up at airport (parents had to wait more than an hour), liar staff (initially said free breakfast and back and forth airport shuttle, but refused when my parents asked for it) … this hotel needs to learn how to keep up with the customers… WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.

Good experience so far. Courteous staff. Helpful. Great morning brunch/breakfast starting at 630am. Rooms are good. Got ac plugs that work with Us based ac adapters. USB chargers, eternal, free Wi-Fi, near highway, near domestic airport, and near auto stand. If you wish to go to Us consulate the auto rickshaw will happily take you there for about 85 — 108 Inr. Very good first experience.

Very terrible experience staying in IBIS Mumbai. Poor service and they just cancelled the hotel booking with very unpersuasive reason and I can't help shouting at those poor fellows. Do not stay at this place.

Not value for money. Steeply priced at arnd 7k considering the facilities.

Room very small, no Slippers in the door also check the hotel, the outside looks like a slum.
