Looks old. It just serves the purpose. The free breakfast is a joke. Useful only due to it's location.

Rooms are spacious. Decent breakfast. Great service. Significant location. Up to the mark hospitality.

It's a budget accommodation in the posh south Mumbai. Food is tasty.

Good friendly Environment and mainly value for money.

DONT STAY HERE! We made the mistake becaue the pictures made it look nice, but the pictures are very misleading! Beds and pillows are not comfortable, the sheets are dirty, and the shower is absolutely disgusting. The shower would not drain. The toilets are also gross. And NO AC! We stayed one night then had to move into a hostel that was so much nice and only a few bucks more.

The rooms are spacious and well maintained. Located near CST railway station. The hotel has 24 hours check out time, which is convenient. However the rooms don't have telephones for contacting the reception or restaurant. The restaurant menu and the complementary breakfast has limited food options.

Best for accommodation… Everything here is for reasonable price.

One of my friends had a horrible experience where a peon of the hotel climbed up the Pipes and entered her room at night when she was sleeping. Hotel refused to take action against the staff and the peon still works there.

Very nice place to stay. Its 80 years old and will not accept card payment. Absolutely pleasant to stay. Food is not great.

Very good hotel you can trust, good hospitality and very co operative staff. I have been choosing the hotel for the past 10 yrs.

For people who are continuously on the move, this hotel seems like a decent place to stay for a night or two. Being closer to the main city (south mumbai) it also gives you access to a good night life and 10 mins walk will get you to the gateway of India near the coast. Though there are some rooms that don't have an attached bathroom, but given that its more or less like a hostel, and the cheap pricing at a premium location, it's worth all the money.

The rooms are nice. The staff seemed friendly too. But comes of as a dull dark place.

Very Clean & hygenic place for staying, U can stay here in low price & good environment, Significant for Seafarers because mmd is nearby.

Budget rooms for Travellers, Not Cozy But adjustable as the Fort area is upscale and finding place like this in a good neighbourhood is safe for other country Travellers too.

Staff was polite and the location is close to some points of interest. Downside was that it was the dirtiest room I stayed at and shared bathrooms were always dirty.

Its like you are in a prison. We had a 5 persons dormitory for 1 nights. It was dirty on the floor and our bathroom was really dirty. We had NO hot water. The toilets are more dirty. You also dont get a blanket. It is the cheapest hotel I found in Mumbai but its too expensive. Just like the rest of Mumbai, overpriced.

Very good budget hotel. I'll expect a little more overall cleanliness. But the stuff are the key of this hotel — they are very friendly and helpful!

Cheap and cheerful. Everyone is happy here. Crummy breakfast and silly internet hours are my only complaints. Otherwise very clean and great place to stay, and you'll meet other Indians too.

Great price, as previously noted. Hands down the cheapest hotel in Mumbai, whether you choose private rooms or the more economical dorms/shared rooms. Very backpacker friendly. Also happens to be close to all the important tourist traps. Internet was down when I stayed, but even normally has limited time availability, which is why I docked the review for facilities. Service was great with free breakfast (fried rice with toast) and hotel staff were happy to run errands around the city for tips. Everyone spoke great English. Laundry is available in advance for a price. Showers are limited on each floor and communal. There is a private bathroom without shower in the room.

The best budget hotel in the area. Neat and spacious rooms. Very good service.
