Hotel rooms are too small. Don't expect much because it's Mumbai. It's FINE, not too great.

Budget hotel near CST station rooms available from 1500 to 4000

Well its just good not so bad. But also needs a lot of improvement. It is situated in a good area. Airport is far away.

Rooms are too small for the price they are charging. Rest all was a good experience with nice staff.

Not recommend at all. Rude staff, dirty, small and very noisy room. Bed is harder than the floor.

I stayed for one night with 2 family members. Room was unexpectedly small even though I booked for 3 persons. But they where able to provide us with an extra matress without any issues.
They are pushing for their lift a lot because otherwise you have to go through their first floor which seems to have staff quaters and facilities and is also not so clean. We prefered the stairs anyways.
Staff asks for tips directly. Thats not how it works!

Good hote for connectivity as CST station is nearby. But rooms are small compared to conventional hotel and no restaurant. Overall good experience awaits you.

Good budget hotel if you want to stay overnight and to catch train from CST. 400 mtrs away from CST. Rooms are small but clean. They don't have restaurant but you can order and they bring and serve food. No service provided for alcohol, but allowed to consume in rooms. Many restaurants and bars just out side of hotel. ATM is nearby. Over all good overnight hotel.

My first worst experience Booked from make my trip Hotel having rooms available but they did not allow me to check in but with out booking customers are checking in and make my trip booking customer only after 12 pm u can check in and the Managers talking very rude manner I give 0 ratings.

Pathetic hotel, staff is too much rude, they don’t allow friends, and we paid online, and they don’t allow us to go, only one person can go at one time and other have to sit at reception area, there behaviour is more strict then one school, I called my sister to come so they can allow us to go togather she came and gave her adhar card proof but they don’t allow her as well, they actually don’t want give us room as per their rude behaviour, they really need to learn manner how to behave with one girl who set at reception area for more then 5 hours after long travelling, there was no humanity and that day was worste day of my life. We have paid money but not get service.

Not a value for money. Near to gateway of India and Marine drive, so location is good. But rooms are very small and the room kind of smells. Not at all a decent place to stay.

I had worst experience with this Hotel I booked this Hotel for a function in marriage at the booking time their manager is so polite and coprative when we confirmed the booking by paid half amount his attitude changed by that day I notice this very clearly. At the time of booking I clearly mention decoration should be very good there should be no compromise on this His manager promised me you will get no complain and yes he usued the word LAViSH for this. I specially called before the date for decoration he gave assurance. When the funcation date come I entered in Hotel I shocked! to see there was no decration my function was in november and that was Diwali time even shops nearby the hotel was more decorarive. I lost my patience when I saw this I talk to manager He just replied me see Jo paisa aapne pay kiya hai usme to itna hi ho sakta hai. I got this answer on that day by Munna ji who is manager of that hotel and he was giving assurity to me by first day He spoil my mood completly. He charged us more then his Room rate deaerve. Rooms of the Hotel is so bad stinky, lift also in bad condition. It is such a bad experince.

For the budget traveler, good service and great location. I recommend the triple room for a couple. It gives you more walking around space. The staff was attentive when we needed it, they accommodated the local phone calls I needed to make, and delivered breakfast each morning. The street noise is significant but your mind gets used to it after a couple of days.

Lift got stuck because of some issue. Had to wait for 30 minutes as they tried various means of opening the doors. The hallway stunk of cigars. The rooms were small but clean. Better not to open the windows because you will not get an outside view from most of the rooms.

Smallest room I have every stayed in. Sheets were dirty, woke up covered in bites from something. Staff over attentive for tips. Phone rang all night in the hall. I suspect staff are treated very poorly here. Would not recommend. Much nicer hotels for similar price in Mumbai.

Run by muslims, rooms are too small and bearers demand BAKHSIS all times and at the time of exit at least 5/7 hotel staffs will be demanding BAKHSIS from you.

Nice hotel and recently refurbished. Facilities are really good even though rooms are small. Hotel was kind enough to let us use the kitchen for few minutes everyday to cook food for my toddler. Friendly staff, but complimentary breakfast service should improve. They serve it in room and only 1 dish is included. It's felt like a snack and not filling. And there is no parking available, and it was quite a circus for me to manage. If you have a car, all the best! I give 5 starts still because the staff are friendly and they informed me when I forgot my power bank in room after checking out. They even kept it safely for a month until my friends collected it from them. I am very thankful to them for that!

One of the worst hotels or the worst hotel I have ever stayed. Double room is very very small and the toilet was horrible. Cannot have a proper bath from the shower. Instead there is a bucket to fill water. No place to have breakfast and it is served to the room. Not recommended at all. No customer focus at all. It doesn't look a hotel…

Good Hotel in Mumbai, which was currently renovated is still new, but very clean and well maintained. The rooms are small but nice and the Wi-Fi is well above the Indian average at speeds of around 900-1000kb/s.

Very untrustable people. The shower was fell broken when I left the room during the day. When I asked to fix it or to give me a discount, they threatened they will give me a fine for breaking it. There was never warm water as promised. Better pay a bit more but don't stay here. Spoiled my stay in Mumbai.

These guys told us one price when we checked in, and then charged us much more than they had quoted when we checked out. They claimed it was due to luxury taxes. Every other place I stayed in India included the tax within the room rate. The management is dishonest and left me feeling angry. Don't stay there.
