Inform its guests they have a really noisy function room above and an equally noisy club below so you cannot sleep or relax for at least 3 nights out of the week!
Do not book here!

Lovely large clean rooms. Staff very helpful and friendly. Worth every penny.

Do visit with your family and friends. It is having a taste of love and joy along with the real beautiful taste of chai and pakora…! ❤

Not stayed at the hotel but has a great bar and a roof top as well. Really nice weather in the winter. Location is superb in the heart of South Mumbai.

A wonderful boutique Hotel in the heart of Kemps Corner with lots of tourist attractions within walking distance. Friendly staff highly recommended.

It was quite a nice time that I had there, I dont know anything about the lunch and dinner and I had the best breakfast that one could have. Which make me feel to revisit the place for some great food.

Room was small and even cooridor was tight. But very good customer service and staff was very polite. Very hygienic.

Yo Deli. This is the best coofe shop in town. Excellent sandwiches and desserts. Great place to catch up.

Use to serve great Indian food, but now its terrible. The bar is not bad. At times runs beyond 130am.

Very comfortable and good value for money if you shop around for pricing but beware of quotes which don't include tax! Staff can't do enough for you. Second time here and would come again.

In the hotel is a discothek (Level 0) and I had my room in the 3. Floor. I could not sleep until 3:30 because the Bass boxes were so loud. I complained three times, so they shifted me in a room in the 6. Floor. I still heard the music the other nights, but at least could sleep. Service at the reception and the rooms were very good. Not so in the restaurant. Several times I had to wait half an hour to be served.

Shalimar hotel has a warm staff and great ambiance. This SO-BO property is situated in one of the posh areas. It has a great night club named District. The bakery here has scrumptious pastries and cakes. Also this place has a sheesha place.

Visited gulmurg restaurant. Okayish experience. Small place. Okay ambience. Good food.

This is our second stay here. The staff are very friendly and go that extra mile to assist you and make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are comfortable and the food is excellent. I would recommend anyone wanting to stay in comfort and style to stsy here.

Located in a nice up market place in the busy city of Mumbai. Has mostly all the facilities and a couple of good restaurants too. The bakery in the hotel is really nice, should try it out.

Rooms are good but no king size beds and food quality is not upto the mark.

Very bad hotel, right from enterence reception area to rooms to restaurants every thing where smelling. They have DJ on Saturday day night but not sound proof room & after repeated requests they don't slow music. And a great think is that they give u option of changing room in mid of the night ie 3 pm.

I stayed in Shalimar last week I would like to record my very sincere appreciation for the special help rendered by Mr. Shahadat, the IT manager. When I had a serious issue to overcome, he showed patience, persistence, and great customer concern. He stayed with the problem and corrected it Please convey to him my special thanks. The location is a little poor, with no immediate views! But it's fairly centrally located so it's easy to get to places from here! Service is great, rooms are good and so is the food.

Courteous and hospitable staff and experienced too, some of them have been working here for over 25 years. Cozy and hospitable place.

Very central and convenient however it had lost it's closeness to guests which was it's Trademark. Staff very distant!

Had lunch with a group of 11 at Gulmurg restaurant and 10 of us got wonderful food. The odd one out had an unappetizing vegetarian dish but all the rest of us were very satisfied.

An old favourite hotel in south mumbai. Their renovated rooms are better then the old one. Restaurant is worth trying.

Furniture and fixtures seemed new and well maintained. However, service needs to be more accomodative of the guest's requirements. Food serving time needs to be more flexible.

Good building with a bakery, salon, spa, restaurant. The place where you cut your hair is amazing! Would surely suggest Vrinda as your barber… But the hotel is pretty small…

Not that popular, but the food served is actually pretty good.

They offer an expensive rooms with good maintenance and its very near to italy embassy.

Very very good food with good service specially tandoori. Moghlai. Chines.

We reached at around 9.30 a perfect time to have a dinner we were 10 members and surprisingly the menu covered all dishes but I asked order man about the special dishes… after looking at our family size he said order a Raann Rice with Chicken chilly's etc. Perfect and Tasty Dinner. Still mouthwatering :)

Food was standard. Nothing extraordinary to write about. Waiter service is very poor. Will recommend it only if no other option available.

The hotel is beautifully designed and spells hospitality in every way. The bar is really nice and the Indian restaurant is a must try. The serene room spa is another outlet which extends great spa service and it is reasonably priced for this area. Don't miss the happy hour dicounts at the spa and bar.

My father used to take me to shalimar since I used to be4yrs old it was a
vast expance of tables fr a small child like me it was a sea of tables with waiters running helter skelter, with an irani bell going on inthe background this table this muchbill the waiter used to announce, we used to go there to eat falooda, Shalimar.

Super authentic food. A must visit whenever in mumbai and best part at 2.30 am in the morning every thing is available… awesome.

This place has the best Mutton Biriyani ever! It has a seating capacity of at least 500 people and it's always crowded even at 11pm! The Kesar Falooda is a must try! :D.
