Really nice hotel. I chose this because it was near the consulate general of Italy in Mumbai. My experience turned out to be great. Lots of options to eat around this place, the staff was really polite and services were superb. Would recommend to anyone and especially to the ones who have an appointment at the consulate of Italy.

Rooms are good, but no space in the corridor and service is ok ok.

This is a good budget hotel in Mumbai. Rooms are clean. There is air conditioning, TV, attached bathroom. It's walking distance from grant road station. Definitely worth the money if you are staying 2-3 days.

Good value for money. It has no parking so don't go by car. Located near Jaslok and Kamala clinic hospital and grant road station. Decent food. Nearby good market.

One of the worst hotel I have seen in my life. I stayed 3 days in hotel not a single day cleaning was done. Staff use to watch TV once I submit the room key to reception while going out. Pathetic hotel and service, never and ever suggest anyone one to waste money for this hotel.

Hotel is situated at good location. Rooms are small in size. Some mismanagement by hotel manager & staff. As stated by other people, always in Repaired condition. No battery backup in case of powercut. AC leakage in rooms.

Worst hotel and staff in Mumbai. Rude staff. Always under repair. Owner is indifferent to staff attitude. Rude to even kids and women. Avoid pls.

Might be good for others, but we experienced the worst stay. One might go n check goibibo reviews might help u more. They accepted booking though hotel was under renovation room was not ready. There is lot more. Thanks for bad experience.

It took them 40 mins and multiple inquiries to tell us the running hot water cannot be made available. And took another 15 mins to get us bucket of hot water.

Nice location. Near to chowpatty, room is good but bathroom setting is very odd. No proper space to stand in front of wash basin and no proper lighting.

Very bad experience. 1. Very foul smell. 2. Bed and sheets are not even clean. 3. Noisy AC, wont let you sleep. 4. Please don't book there watching the positive reviews. They are written by the hotel employees themselves. When there was an extra person with us, they told me that they will provide extra bed when I called them before I leave Kerala. When I reached there they told me no extra bed or anything. Just stay in the room if you can pay extra 700. Extra 700 for nothing? Worst service.

Very good place to stay for a week or less… Had an good experience with dulex single room for 3 days. Satisfied with the price I have booked on goibibo. Very strit with check-out timings… If u take extra 4hrs u need pay half-days price.

A nice hotel placed and nice area. Hotel is on 1st floor. There are nearby restaurants (some are coslty). The room and bathroom here are clean and beautiful. It is also spacious. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Cozy place to stay for o one or two days, was the nearest to Italian embassy.

Had a very bad experience. I was made to wait for hours before my room was alloted to me. And all this whil I had to sit in the corner of their small reception. And then they were not even sorry about all this, rather argued with me that they had done nothing wrong. Very bad management, very poor front office staff. Please avoid.

Its ok for a place if u want cheap and no frills u pay for what u get. Its close too everything but the humid weather takes its toll.

Room tariff are decent compared to other hotels in this location. So we have choose this place. Good place, good maintenance. Overall was good.

Stayed here for four nights. Room service was decent, it's a walking distance from the major spots in Central Mumbai and just the proximity to the Grant Station overhead walkway, priceless. Will stay here next time.

Avoid this hotel if you don't enjoy noise and extremely rude management.

Heard it was a decent place so we booked two rooms there. Had called up the hotel the night before our arrival in the city and they confirmed our booking. When we arrive, they tell us that the rooms are given away. It was a very annoying experience. The management sucks big time.

I picked a deluxe room here because it was comparitively very cheap and wanted something comfortable to deal with the jet-lag when coming from the USA. When I wanted to downgrade to the basic room after a few days, the staff gave me a HUGE runaround over the 12 hours it took to make the change. They lied to me and said the rooms were being painted. On checkout day I left 2 backpacks in their luggage room. They told me that they expected 250 rupees for this service only when I came at the end of the day to collect them. They wouldn't Had I had more experience with India by then I would have just grabbed my bags and walked out. I would stay there again, only because of the expense of all the other options in Mumbai, but would be much more guarded with the staff. I liked that it was close-ish to the major tourist spots and for sure the extra cab riding I did saved me money over staying in Kolaba or Churchgate.
