It is very nice and a very good hospiltality and good meals and a very good view back side of the hotel the Juhu beach and a nice swimming pool with a suitable depth for the person and a very nice service towards the guest and a good rules for the precautions and safety of the guests.

Visited for buffet through dineout staff offered us dirty table, table for cleaned after we were sitted. Staff was lazy and did not care to serve properly, food was not up to mark.

Great place to chill and hang out with friends. The hotel has now been renovated and looks quite good. Their food too is really good. On weekends you can try their brunch deal which includes access to their swimming pool as well. Outside section has a great view to the beach. An ideal place to grand a few drinks during monsoons.

We went here just to check the view and the service. The view is good to keep it short. The seating area is cramped between the parking and the pool. The tables are arranged in sort of a zigzag fashion. This means if you want to go to the last table you'll have to cross the tables from first to last. The taste is decent. This place is just for the view; wine and dine kinda thing by the sea. If you are looking to eat a good meal, I would not recommend this place.

Awesome hotel. If you are taking a villa here you will enjoy a lot as there is a great view available. Please try it. A bit expensive but worth it.

I visited Jeon Restaurant of Hotel Sea Princess. The food is good and the prices are relatively less than other 5 Stars. Wide range of menu and buffet is also available. The ambience is very good as is expected from such a restaurant. The staff is good and well mannered too.

One of the oldest hotel in Juhu, Mumbai. Have sustained and provided quality in service all these years. Have bar, restaurant, salon, swimming pool. Swimming pool restaurant with beach view. Wonderful hotel and and best place to relax. Good for travellers and for other cleberation.

They have a great sea facing pool area with ample seating, decent changing rooms and a baby pool. We went for the Sunday brunch which also has a pretty elaborate spread with salads, soups, assorted breads and sandwiches, Italian, South Indian, north Indian and Asian offerings. The Sunday brunch also includes a glass of wine or beer which makes for a good combo. All in all a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon.

Lovely hotel, staff are friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean spacious and comfortable. The showers are very good in my opinion. I have also dined in the restaurant many times and the food is to a high quality and I would recommend this hotel to others.

Enjoyed sunset on the Juhu Beach with family. Also did a nice walk on the beach with my little one. They have a private entrance right onto the beach. The beach was relatively clean given that it's part of a bustling and busy metro. The hotel catering is superb. We attended a family function and not a sit down dinner.

One of the best hotels in Mumbai. Do visit for authentic food. Best past is, it's on the seashore that is the famous Juhu beach. Pool and restaurant is so good, one must visit here. They have some amazing offers for visitors. Worth visiting here.

I was there for a friend's daughters wedding and found the beach side area really good for a nice and decent reception. The food served was also good. Cannot comment about the rooms as I have not stayed in any of them. The staff at the reception was also good. There is a restaurant on the ground floor which also looked quite good. Also the same would be my comment for the poolside area. Would not mind going back for a Sunday brunch by the poo if they have one still. They used to have it almost every Sunday earlier and I was a frequent customer…

Great view… Just beside sea beach. From hotel there is a pocket gate to beach directly. Food and room facility are good. Service is also good. There are some great restaurants nearby. (Walking distance)

The feeling of having a drink and grabbing a bite while enjoying the magnificent view of the Juhu beach cannot be described in words, but can only be experienced. The indoor Asian Bistro offers great and authentic Asian cusines. A great number of vegetarian options also available. Also, the Trilogy super club is one of the most happening party place in the city. It's one of the most popular nightclubs in Mumbai as well.

Good hotel… you get a flat for a reasonable rate. We have good restaurants nearby as well. Their own food restaurant is good too. It’s near Juhu beach on Juhu Tara road so the ambience and location is good. However may take some time to reach the hotel in case there’s traffic. But if you’re looking for a pocket fiendishly place nearby the airport, it’s a good option!

Hotel Sea Princess It has a amazing sea face view. They have a swimming pool ‍♂️ area for guest. They have valet parking space available outside. They also have wheelchair parking space available. Food is delicious here. They have table service. Yes easy to find and it’s spacious for big crowd as well. You can throw a party and have a great time with our family and friends. Hotel Sea Princes in Juhu Mumbai is a 5 star hotel. It is on Juhu Beach. Airport also is not very far. They have sea side party space, you enjoy at night when the weather is good having a party there. Food is good. Limited items on buffet menu, but good. Staff are attentive and reach out to you when you need them.

Arrived on Jan 2, 2018 from Ahmedabad. We had 4 rooms booked. My kids and I were put into interconnecting rooms. I asked for my brother and parents to be on same floor and they put my parents into an old part of the hotel where the room smelled musty and damp. My mum found a cockroach in her shower so housekeeping took it away and I asked reception to move her. They said they could move her next morning. Fine thought I would give them a chance. We had a quick bite in restaurant where it looks old and tired. Maybe we thought this is typical price/ amenities for Mumbai hotel and for 3/4/5 star hotel. Next morning after breakfast I asked my daughter to tell my mum to get her bags ready and when my daughter went into corridor more cockroach. My daughter ran back in and I stepped out. The housekeeper was right there and before I could take a picture he had out a towel on it. That was the last straw. We asked to leave and check out. They wasted another hour saying they would upgrade us move us to another floor etc but I said cockroaches don’t know to stop at the second floor and not go up! After much more time wasting they finally refunded part payment of the monies that were paid. The other part payment was on an older credit card and I had to return back to the hotel on Jan 4 once I got all the numbers from my Visa card company. Not only was this all time wasted from a previous family vacation in India but to add insult they charged us for a night also.

A nice beach view hotel with all modern amenities. The pool is very nice and well maintained. Staff are courteous and always accessible. The view from the hotel is really very nice. Evening times are something to look for. Food is above average.

I have been here on a wedding occasion and love the place :) It was a garden area and too scenic and dreamy to book for a wedding. Totally worth the occasion. But beware of food. The taste is too bland for a reputation it holds. After all, in the event, the other most important factor is food. Also, the place does not provide valet parking, which means if the parking in their very little parking space is fill (which most likely to be it is) then you will have to fend for a parking yourself in narrow lanes of no parking areas of Juhu.

Visited to attend a wedding reception. They provided a mandap for the wedding ceremony. It was made of flowers. It was superb. The starters were served hot, tasty. Service good. The dinner menu was good. F& B staff was attentive. Overall it was a good experience.

From a moving vehicle one cannot see the front side the hotel. Being on beach side you can expect your room to have the best view ever in the evening. Just have a drink and chill near the pool area for most relaxing experience. Banquet hall is luxurious and beautiful. If you are searching for a place near airport for wedding or reception this is the best place. People here are nice. All helpful at any point of time. A little down part are the lifts they are a bit slow and small not enough to carry more than 5 to 6 people comfortably. Rest all is perfect.

It is difficult to choose something from the Predlogaemogo menu. Almost one local food. There is no iron in the room.
The rest is normal.

Location is just perfect as it's a beach property. Food was just amazing. Staff was courteous, fast n had knowledge about the menu n food Preparation. Pool side sea face seating was the most I loved. Overall full rating for Reataurant n staff.

Rooms were good, breakfast was good, and the place looks really nice. Oh, and the swimming pool is really nice too. However, the staff is as unhelpful as possible. Reservation system is tricky, everything is made to strip you out of your money. During one night, the phone rang 3 times (random check from the desk "please remember you have to check out", "when do you check out? ", "are you all set in your room? ") and even a guy ringing at 7pm to offer "welcome chocolates" Bar staff was totally unable to serve us a simple coffee (7 euros, please) outside in the evening cause "we're not allowed, it might rain" (it didn't). Paying a 8 euro fee for the Wi-Fi was already unacceptable, but they manage to block our access the second we checked out, even though the access was supposed to be 24h hours. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Ever.

This place really deserves to be called a 5 star. The location, to the state of rooms, to the food everything is on point. You get a panoramic view of the ocean from their deck area and the deck has a pool! A perfect place to have that morning brunch or the evening chai. Also, check their conference room that is a great place to have International meet ups like the one we had.

Food was awesome. 24/7 food you will get and it's fresh. Had dinner @ 12:30am so fresh and room is superb.

Lovely place. The restaurants are super awesome. The staff is very very soft. Beach facing restaurant has a lovely view. Food is also very tasty I and my family loved the place and shall be a regular visitor.

Most people are unaware of their new ambience. It's posh and private. Quiet most of the time. Great food. Great bar. Awesome buffet and mid night buffets. Sea side seating for couples and hookah for the smokers. A good for all place.

Stayed in August 2017. Front line staff are good. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Breakfast was OK. Best jalebi's in india. Room had good facilities. Whole experience was badly let down by a serious incident. When this was highlighted to management. I feel they dealt with it unprofessionally. They did not take notice of some good advice I gave them. At around 8PM on the 1st night of our stay. A staff member came to our room and whilst I was in the bathroom and my wife was looking after our 2 year old daughter. Staff kindly gave my 7 year old son some complimentary chocolates. My son immediately ate one. My son has a mild nut allergy. Staff did not inform anyone that the chocolate had nuts. Within 5 minutes my son was violently sick and complaining of a very sore throat. I immediately gave him anti histamine and took him to the doctor. I informed reception about what happened. Got a whole bag of medication for my son and monitored him to see he was OK. Late that night I informed Lobby manager of what had happened. I advised then to eithernot give complimentary chocs with nuts, or inform guests that chocs have nuts. Next time they could have a death on their hands. Manager thanked me and said he would deal with it. For the rest of the stay no one asked how my son was. No empathy or respect from any management. What is worse two days later, staff once again offered nut chocs to my 2 year old and 7 year old at breakfast.

Wanted to have short beach holiday within the city and Sea Princess seemed to be a good option. We had a great experience in terms of stay, food and location. Enjoyed the rains, sea and the poolside at Lagoon, a great dinner buffet spread at Jeon's and a comfortable and luxurious stay at their partial ocean facing room.

Good place, lovely Ambience, food is not good, Wi-Fi chargec in this age, surprising, regular visitor, room and front desk service was good, poolside Cafe, seems short of staff, very slow.

A classic hotel on Mumbai's Juhu beach. Sea princess is a slightly old property but still has the crown for an amazing location and view. There are many restaurants to choose from. Rooms are cosy and comfortable. Staff is very helpful. Much better value for money than other similar properties.

Sea princess is a really lovely place to spend an evening. Location is brilliant and they have some really good eating options. A special mention also to their swimming pool, which is slightly expensive but very nicely maintained. Courteous staff and good ambience.

Outstanding service on all levels. The friendliness of the staff is absolutely amazing! I never had an issue, they went beyond the normal level of service. Heavenly treatment!

Bed sheets were stained. Staff didn't want to clean the room so only changed towels and wanted tip for that as well. Wifi is chargeable 500rs for a day coz it wasn't in package. Are you serious this time wen jio is giving almost free internet you guys are charging for Wi-Fi. Outside food is not allowed if they see it in your hands but if it's backpack then food alcohol can be brought in. Went out for party and got biryani as parcel coz it was 1am so thgt to eat in the room and wasn't allowed. Manager insisted that you nees to eat in our restaurant only and throw outside food. No courtesy to speak to customers. Had to throw the food. Why force customer to eat on ur restaurant where the food suck. Breakfast is pathetic I wudnt eat for free. Disappointed and won't recommend anyone. Luxury rooms were small would rather stay in sahara star or marriott even if have to pay little more but they are much better. Never ever coming back.

2nd stay there. No major, complaints. Good place. A bit tired. Housekeeping needs to Up their game. That's the reason for the 4 stars, otherwise would have been a 5 star Front desk is great, they are accommodating, I always come in early and they give me the room early. Restaurant is good and clean.

Visited on a Sunday for swimming and lunch. There was a variety of delicious food and the dessert were decent. Ambience is spot on.

I have stayed at hotels all over Mumbai during my business trips and this, without a shadow of doubt, was the worst hotel. The customer service was abysmal; I landed at 7 pm and reached the hotel at 9 pm to check in but I was not allowed to use my room because of a technical issue at the hotel's end. Pinkesh Razania was the manager on duty who was absolutely unapologetic about the problem. All he kept saying was that — "We don't see any request here and our reservation team is out for the day, so I can't help you. " He didn't even offer me a glass of water or a seat as I was frantically making calls and sending e-mails to their support team. The ladies at the reception were a lot better than Pinkesh, they were the ones who told him to offer me a seat or at least a glass of water while they were looking into the problem. I'm shocked at how someone that incompetent can be in the hospitality industry let alone a hotel that claims to be a top hotel in the city. In fact, he wouldn't even wait to sort the matter out. He'd come to the front desk, he's say he can't help me and then go back in. He also kept going back on his word, at 10 pm he said he'd give me a refund and when booked myself at a nearby hotel at 10:30 pm, he went back on his word saying he told me I could ask for a refund but there's no guarantee I'd get it because it isn't 24 hours in advance. I have the voice recordings of all his lies.

Near the sea side hence an amazing view and cool breeze along with good food. Sick night club trilogy there too.

Decent beach. But can really really get crowded at times! Weekends are a must avoid! Visit during early hours of the day or really late night to enjoy the food at the Chowpatty.

Veri nice hotel in bambai…

Hi! we stayed in this hotel on May06 and 07, 2015. I found the hotel quite mediocre, doesn't look or feel like a three star leave alone five star hotel. Narrow passages and dimly lit. No thought has been given to the student community who may check in for exams, the lights in every room are dim yellow bulbs and no provision of study lamps. Adjacent to our room was the laundry wardrobe, which they kept opening and shutting with loud bangs 24 hours. Had to request them to stop at night, so that we could catch up on some sleep. House keeping staff were gentle, the ladies at the reception were hospitable — the men can take few lessons from them. Need to deliver much more for the tariff charged.

Enjoying my stay in sea princess. If the rooms can be slightly more comfy. Otherwise no complaints yet house keeping could be slightly quicker. Still staying here.
