I had and good experience with Garden Hotel location is also quite good because located in colaba near to Gate way of India. Food was so yummy over there.

Bad Hotel… Stayed for just 1 night it was too bad… First the lift was all rusted and very small… The Deluxe room was better as compared to standard but definitely it does not look like the pictures as shown… The bathroom was the worst… The passage that takes you to the rooms was not clean and too small… Never recommend to anyone… please search for better options… The breakfast is served in the other building on the 9th floor and the lift and building are worst. Just imagine… breakfast was ok. Nothing great…

The location is excellent, the staff very friendly and helpful in every way. As two women travelling this was especially good for us. The hotel is clean and very comfortable. We highly recommend the garden to anyone who is staying over in Mumbai!

Old rooms nothing fancy, although the location is nice.

Had a great stay with my family the rooms were good and also the high speed Wifi was working properly. Also had the free breakfast which was delicious and do visit the cloud9 cafe. We had a great fun and also enjoyed the north indian meals which were worth comparing to the normal dhaba food…

I Stayed In This Hotel At March 2018, I Checked In A Deluxe Room Which Was On 3 Floor. There Was High Speed Wi-Fi And Electronic Locker Was Also Available. The Breakfast Was Good Would Just Give 4.2/5 On Breakfast. But Loved The Stay Had An Awesome Peaceful Time.

I booked this hotel from MMT, and indeed it was a great decision, reading the reviews its more of positive which is true, this hotel is very pleasing and comfortable with all the modern amenities, there were no points to complain about, I will recommend this hotel highly, close your eyes nd book it.

It is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, located in colaba, the staff was very helpful and helped as every point. Talking about the rooms it was very comfortable and clean, it was very spacious too. Book for the best experience.

+ Good location — walkable distance to the Taj Palace and Gate of India + a budget hotel with a spacious room and clean bathroom + acceptable breakfast selection — noisy and the room was smelly.

I booked this hotel on 18/10/2017 for my customer. They are fully satisfied.

Hotel stay in general was decent, however, you may expect more attention to detail with regards to put everything required into the room like towels, etc as it is on the simple side. However, the final billing was a farce: wanting to charge 1. A amount which is higher than confirmed by the booking portal and 2. NOT deducting the upfront charge. Overall talked about 33% deviation and may in some cases gets unnoticed in first place given the complicated booking rules online and new taxation in India (which has been first comment from guy behind the counter). Finally insisting on tips given this kind of behaviour added to the overall bad impression of this place from my side. Long story short: if you decide to stay here beware of the billing and be prepared to remind of simple services missed out. Location however is ok.

Average Hotel for short stays. Easy on the pocket option and in close proximity to colaba, gateway and kala ghoda mkt.

I wouldn't stay here again. The bed was clean but that was it. There's a faint urine smell in the bathroom and visible dirt on the walls. I feel cheated by the pictures that were put up. The worst thing is how damp to room is; for example we showered in the evening and then went out the whole next day and the condensation on the mirror had not dried by the time we were back. The bed damp, the towels were damp, all my clothes are now damp. The staff here are very friendly however but this is now the second treebo hotel I've stayed and been horribly dissapears in both. This chain will never get my custom again. Not very good.

Very polite and nice attitude from the staff, always ready to give a help or an extra attention; the place is more isolated from the traffic and in the same time is good located towards to the main places like Taj, the Gate of Mumbai, streets with lots of diversity of restaurants and so one. Good energy of this place overall and feeling good to be back again.

Decent place. Expensive food, but lot of places to eat around. Centre of colaba. In a Silent lane, so no disturbance of traffic. Rooms are sufficient for a business stay. Good service. Beds r cozy.
