Friendly staff and good service. If I go back to Mumbai will this hotel be my first choice. I feel much more welcomed in this hotel than my first night on Taj Mahal Palace.

My experience was controversial, the staff friendly and helpful especially in the restaurant, the rooms are not big but nothing is missing. The location is good since with a stroll on the seafront you can go to see the famous door on India for against a hundred meters from the hotel there are fishermen he sleeping on the street is the piece of the beach looks like a landfill, but this is India. A couple of problems before with the account s are not m aware of it I addebitavano the dinner that was included at the time of check out there a receptionist with the car outside that was waiting for us to go to the airport there he is losing a lot of time to check the fridge which is also right but in my tour in India, I changed 12 hotels all asked if we had used the mini bar and they did so, however, great food.

Stayed in Fariyas Colaba — Agra Suite — good ambience, neat and clean room with all the required facility for a 4/5⭐️ hotel. It was a pleasant comfortable stay. The staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. Hope the hotel maintain the same in future.

Staff is not at all cooperative. 1dish took more dn an hour to be served. Tasteless food /starters. Big big NO NO… Don't try dinner at all. Or other is on Ur risk.

One of the best stays ever but since it is a 5 star hotel, I think it needs to improve these points:
1) There is no proper library, just a mere bookshelf. There must definitely be a proper room and book shelves in a library.
2) Water in the shower around 9-11 in the morning is muddy, this definitely needs to be improvised.
3) There is no Nutella during breakfast buffet. Who even does that? A 5 star hotel with no Nutella!
4) You get minor electric shocks around the trampoline and on it too. Please look into this.
Besides all these points, the hotel is absolutely fantastic!
Definitely recommend.

Location to die for! Famous hotel in South Mumbai. Always crowded and preferred by Arab people. Neat and clean rooms. Delicious food with good breakfast spread.

We had a dinner buffet. Good quality, Decent Spread. Veg and Non Veg Options. Poolside area is great. Staff is very cooperative. Had a nice time.

Wow effect of a beautiful property on me and my family. Thoroughly enjoyed food @ coffee shop, heated pool — a unique concept, fun activities and what not. If u are visiting Lonavala and thinking to stay think of Fariyas. To experience hospitality and happy staff visit Fariyas.

We had a private gathering on the terrace on the pool side The lamb sizzler was exceptionally well prepared. In grilled tender sizzler the chicken served was fried chicken… could not understand that. Full marks for the ambience and the location. Nice to have a private party.

Superb hospitality. Beautifully located. Had been here on Sister's wedding reception. Food was yum. We were welcomed by the staff. Extremely customer centric. We had booked Tamarind which is on 1st floor. I preferred to walk. Staff proactively offered to go by lift. Parking was available. Awesome experience…

Stayed here for 5 days. While staff is welcoming and polite but the overall servicing lacked experience with supreme rooms not having exhaust fan, necessary items like comb, conditioner, face wash, bathroom slippers missing. Also, I have had a few weird experiences during my stay but staff was prompt to take control of it. Food served is great. Best is hotel's location, situated next to known places like Gateway of India, Leopold cafe, Cafe Mondegar and such.

I took my family for a breakfast buffet. Food was nice. Variety was nice. Try the pool side buffet in rainy season but avoid in summer's. Hospitality was good.

Friendly Fariyas We arrived here with my daughter in the early afternoon for a two night stay. We were welcomed with chilled sparkling water as we waited to check in. We were shown to our very comfortable rooms and checked in. Staff were helpful and made suggestions for where we could go for lunch. We swam each day and had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant each day. My daughter is vegetarian and was thrilled with the choices on the menu. There was live music and as we were celebrating my husband’s birthday we were treated to a song and cake. Restaurant staff wer so pleasant and charming. I couldn’t recommend this hotel highly.

Very silent and peace area and rate is also high but good for foreigner.

Very thin walls. Bathroom could be cleanier. BUT my most positive feedback is for the staff. They are helpful and friendly and have improved our stay. The rooms are comfortable but not lavish. In room dining food was delicious. Not bad for a night's stay.

The hotel is well located and has a very good service. Being located in Colaba give us access to all the nice joints on the causeway.

A fine hotel. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are tidy and equipped in the style of business hotels. The walls between the rooms are thin. Sadly we overheard an argument which went on all night in the next room. The breakfast is not the best I had in India but it is fine. The breakfast room is too cold — need a sweater on. The pool doesn't allow jumping or diving and is quite small. However it is very deep (up to 8ft) so I'm unsure what they were thinking. It serves the purpose of cooling you down in the heat. The corridor to the rooms stinks of smoke despite being non-smoking. All in all, its a good hotel and provides all your needs for a busy city like Mumbia. Its also five minutes walk from the Gateway to India.

The location is a little off road and getting conveyance is a trouble. The Hotel services are good but not that great as their reputation. The rooms are cozy and the corridors are also not that spacious… Overall Fariyas Hotel in Mumbai is good.

The staff is very friendly, polite and help quite the rooms could be a little cleaner the location I have a very good location nearby there are markets and the door to India.

Loved my stay here. Staff friendly and helpful. Good value just watch prices for laundry service however given the alternatives worth the money. Rooms comfortable however I would say they are in need of a makeover. Thank you Fariyas for being an oasis in a new world for me.

Visited for a corporate event there. The hotel is at a very prime location. Rooms are smaller than usual but they have all the required amenities in it. The food was also decent.

Excellent location and very helpful staff beyond expectation we booked Texas Suite amazing room and great buffet breakfast.

They literally stole USD 100 from my account. I asked for a partial refund and they billed me for the correct amount without doing the refund. Don’t stay here if you are a foreigner, front desk don’t know how to handle payments and will ruin your vacations just like they ruined mines.

A crowed place which is less friendly. Lifts are slow… Real slow… And breakfast choices for veggies is real sparse… Wanted a electric iron and a press board. Took more than 2 hours and 5 called to the housekeeping to send it… Location for south mumbai is ok, but I have stayed in better places for the same price in this part of the city.

Regardless of the fact that Fariyas Resort is highly pitched as a weekend destination it's not worth it. Hospitality of the staff caters only to few members. I don't know how they differentiate. Some of the managers and staff does not know how to greet a guest. I have booked from Mumbai branch (all thanks to Pranjal) for 2 days (30th and 31st) but my experience has gone haywire. Only good thing are the varied display of food items. Please bring a quick change otherwise.

Rooms had a damp and mildew-ey smell due to no open-able windows and no extractor fans in bathrooms. No shower doors, only shower curtains. Rooms were not as clean or as smart as expected for the price paid. Pool is not child friendly and they don't tell you that swimwear has to be hotel supplied/approved! Only plus was the buffet breakfast that was a decent variety.

Located close to the Taj at Apollo Bunder, 4 star hotel with nice rooms which are however staring to show their age. Excellent service staff.

A bit congested feel is there through out in the hotel. Rooms are compact. Basically this hotel attract tourists of gulf countries, hence everything you will notice is to match there taste. The food is plane non spicy, but you can find dates (Khajur).

They doesn't give respect to their trannies. Asif was such a nice person. He is the only one who helped us. 5 stars rating from my side is only for Asif shaikh.

The hotel is more or less. I'm really asking for a refreshing repair. The rooms are very humid. The air-conditioning is noisy! The rooms are very dark. The room was very clean. The kitchen is delicious, but spicy. There is little choice of non-spicy dishes.

Good place to stay in, rooms are very comfortable but the bathroom is a little too small for a king size room with very minimal basic amenities provided. Food is excellent at the "Tamarind" restaurant. Chef Suresh D. Shelar to be credited for presenting delicious food at the breakfast and dinner menu, which we had tasted during our 2 days of stay.

Great hotel. Had a good stay. Rooms, Services and food was excellent. Specially the staff was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Also the location of the hotel is very good, near to many important places in Mumbai. From my personal experience I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Mumbai.

Superb place to stay in Colaba. It's a newly opened hotel but yet so good. Staff is very friendly.

Nice upscale property, rooms are neat, sea side view rooms are great. 10 mins walk from gateway of India, local market and cafes close by.

Room I had was as expected. Good bed, good decor. The price was good £50 a night for 2 sharing. We had to pay an extra £15 for a mattress for a third person. Breakfast was extra, but compared to UK prices very reasonable at £5 a head. The swimming pool is a big plus.

Close proximity to everything… colaba causeway, colaba social, national juice center.

Avoid. Stayed with a friend, dint enjoy except the comfy bed.

Good hotel, located near the gateway of India.

I stayed here 4 nights and had no complaints. The staff is great and the complementary breakfast is awesome. Fitness center is tiny and limited, hopefully you don't need to move too much for your workout. Location is perfect due to the attractions and things to do around it.

Consider cheap, near gate way of india and shopping area at night time.

One of the worst places in India. I called the sales person in Delhi, someone called Sunil. That office is like a mafia who can threaten people for anything. Avoid this hotel at all cost.

Stayed for a day and had a very bad experience. Being a pure veg, I was astonished to find pieces of chicken in the Paneer Dish served for lunch. When I pointed it out, the initial reaction of the hotel staff was defiance and he tried to tell me that its paneer and not chicken. When I raised my voice, he accepted and then blamed that foreign guests who are staying in the hotel must have mixed it! While they accepted the folly and offered to give me another dish, I could not stay there any longer as I had lost faith in their services. It is sad to see that a hotel that claims to be a four star hotel cannot ensure such basic services. Its their utter lack of concern for the customers and callous attitude that irked me more. Dont recommend staying there.

Good location for shops sights etc but quiet at night. Happy hour in bar 13-1900 h. Close to Gate of India and other sights in Colaba.
