Wonderful location, clean and nice rooms, super friendly staff. However requires little attention towards the room/housekeeping services. I strongly recommend and plan to stay next time as well.

Mind Blowing Hotel in Colaba behind the Taj Palace staff is also good and well manner food quality is excellent.

The staff is very courteous and helpful whenever we reach to them. Wifi is complementary and also if you tell the guy who take cares of the room definitely will arrange you to eat or to drink something. I'll definitely come again and would stay here only whenever I visit Mumbai.

It is situated in a great location and keeps the price reasonable, just behind Taj Mahal Palace. The common washrooms were very clean and almost seemed like a washroom of a 2 star hotel. Be assured, you won't get to stay at such a location in that price.

This Hotel is situated in the best area of mumbai. It is Just next to Taj hotel. You cannot expect anything else in this rate. Rooms are very clean and spacious. There is a beautiful view from the balcony. Staff are very helpful. There are many restaurants as well as good places to visit nearby. I recommend all kinds of travellers to visit there.

Hotel not necessarily easy to find when arriving at night, but its location in the heart of Kovala is a plus not negligible.

I generally don't leave bad reviews, but I have to be honest and say this hotel was very disappointing. I booked what the website told me was a room with a private bathroom, only to be told on arrival that the room had been given to someone else. I asked then for a discounted rate which was promised but never delivered. The shared bathroom was dirty and the bedding was much the same. You can stay for just a few dollars more next door (Diplomat), you'll get breakfast, your very own bathroom, clean bedding and a whole lot less noise. Lacklustre to say the least…

Such a nice old building which is being used as a low cost hotel! The wooden joists, mosaic tiled flooring and the wooden balustrade are adorable!

One Of The Great Hotel At Colaba. Had A Good Room With A High Speed Wi-Fi And A great View From The Gallery Space And Also Had Fun Playing Many Games. The Staff Was At The Door For Us And Had A Happy and Fun Time.

We stayed here for several days 7th January1976 and are returning to India again soon. I was reminiscing and can not believe this Hotel is still going. Glad to see as we had such great memories of the stay, Staff and location. We are so glad it;s still operating and from the reviews, still enjoined by 'budget friendly' folk. Good luck! Pity we are only in South India again this time.

Amazing Stay We were seven friends visited to your hotel… the rooms are very neat and clean… food is very tasty and delicious… the best thing which I loved the most was interior… the interior of this hotel is amazing… its just 2 minutes far from Gateway of India… it was amazing time for all of us.

Not very easy found, on the 1st floor of a building, the ratio/quality price is in the average of what one can find in Mumbai, ie very average. But the balcony overlooking the street is very nice to look down the street from below which is constantly crawling. The team is friendly.
