Excellent place for large group to spend a day. Swimming pool of good with clean water. Not very deep and hence safe for anyone, who don't know swimming as well. Large ground where one can play football, cricket etc. Swimming pool and football are great sources of enjoyment there, especially during the rains. Very good quality of food and nice bygone too. Rooms are comfortable, although small in size. Anyways when one goes as a group, most of the time one is out and very little time is spent in the room. Courteous staff. Good attitude and good service I recommend this place.

Good As per the price. Service was good. Food was average. You need to improve the food service. Also the food quality.

I didn't preplanned to book room in this hotel (online) else I would have booked the same room at better price and hence I had to pay more due to on spot booking on a saturday. Rooms were moderately good and toilets were although clean but didn't give feeling of being value for money. I had to negotiate the cost per night stay on the reception counter and I successfully brought it down by a thousand rupee but Rs. 2500 for a night was still not worth it. The only reason why one would stay in this hotel is if the person hasn't planned his travel to Imagica in advance and need a last minute resort for staying at night.

A good hotel to stay. They have party hall and open garden area near swimming pool which is good for parties or functions. The restaurant here has good food taste. They serve liquors too. Service is decent. Rooms are neat and clean. Good hotel to stay for.

Hotel is good. But price is quite high… 3700 is per night. Swimming pool is so small. Room is clean. And hotel location is near local market.

Very bad place to stay. Rooms are very small, pool was very dirty and without maintainence, restaurant service is very slow and poor, breakfast is of absolutely low class. In all the place is not worth considering stay with family.

Awesome place for dining, good food, nice location, good for function like marriages, birthdays and many more others.

Very nice and cozy place near to Adlabs Imagica theme park and Aqua Imagica. Food in the restaurant is awesome and lumpsome. Complimentary breakfast is good too. Swimming in the pool is another great happiness. Staff members are friendly and helpful. Thank you Rishivan for the best hospitality.

Pathetic Hotel, Cockroaches, Mosquitoes and Lizards are free … Food quality is average and over priced… Not good for family at all…

Nice experience they give free buffet. Swimming pool is also there. It was a good stay.

It's not much amazing as I expected. I just visited imagica,, and I stayed with my family in rishivan resort, khapoli. I wasn't very much satisfied with rishivan as per their rates. I booked two cottages.

Only decent place to stay and eat at and around Khopoli. Close to the industries near Khopoli. Ample parking space. Swimming pool is also available. Good staff. Clean and big rooms.

Rishivan is one of the best hotel in khopoli. The area around the resort is green and sparsely densed. It gives you a good spot to stay is you want to spend your holidays is places like lonavla.

We opted for cottages, it was a decent place to stay. Food was delicious. The facilities in room need to be improved. Overall it is a good place.

Nice rooms. The hotel is near to khopoli station and near to Imagica. Food is also good.

Food is awsome we ordered butter chicken it was fab and Mr Sunil at d reasturant he was very good in his work… will definitely come again.

Worth paying it! View is just awesome & the best thing here is food and liquire are on too reasonable rates as well I can add the staff is humble and polite… they are happy to assist u! Better experiance & would like to reccomend… good to go!

Not worth the money. Rude staff and average food and room. AC in my room stopped working at least 4 times during my 1 day stay. Won't go back.

Rooms are not that elegant even after paying decent amount, Breafast they offer is below average quality, only plus point is Rishivan is near to IMAGICA thats all, another thing is that We requested hotel to arrange vehicle to move from Imagica to reach RISHIVAN, they refused to do so, which is not acceptable.

Just that the water of the pool is green and not blue… may be the chlorine or tile colour have changed… or else everything is good.

If are going to imagica this is the best hotel for low budget and provides all basic ammenities.

I go for lunch as my factory is close to Rishivan. Good clean envoirment, business atmosphere, delicious veg and non veg food. Price reasonable, parking lot. I guess the resort facilities must BB e good Lot of Gujarat customers coming to Imagica park.

A better place for people of Khopoli for Nonvegeterians, good ambience, nearby place, parking facility available. Food is not too costly as compared to other places.

Located in Khopoli, a small industrial area. Ideal for conferences, short stays. Cheaper option than the hotels in Lonavla which is approx 30 mins away from Khopoli. Good food. Swimming pool. Good for family stays. Service is very good with the attendants being quite poilte and well behaved. Rooms are clean and well maintained.

The food was great but disappointed with the beverages. A nice swimming pool and nice clean rooms. Good Service. Though undermaintained gardens. Great Family Experience.

Very good resort. Staff is very helpful and polite specially reception's employees, have good small swimming tank. Delicious unlimited breakfast, enjoyed good dinner at their restaurant, cleaned room and hotel. I feel, this very good resort near to Imagica. It is good for family to live here.

Very good hotel. Specially for imegica tourist. Clean, good staff, good management, very testy unlimited breakfast with 4 to 5 dishes. Nice swimming pool. Affordable price.
