Very nice budget but luxury stay. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms have tubs. Food is also very good.

One word for this place. Awesome! Was welcomed like a gangsta. The versions and varieties of food were mouth watering and it does taste good. Sweet. A perfect buh fay! Was satisfied in the end. What more?

The Room was good. But the T. V had only a few selected channels abailable. The elevator shut down when I was in it. It was managed promptly but the staff was not at all apologetic.

Great place for business people. Clean and well maintained rooms. Food is good but staff support at restaurant is poor. Starters provided were not fresh and there was no one to respond for the same, they had adopted "Negligence is the best policy".

This place is as good as ever. I have been visiting this place for more than 5 years and have never been dissapointed. They offer good options for lunch and dinner buffet. They also have a special deal called mid night buffet that starts at 12 am and goes in till 3 am. The food is good and the dates are reasonable.

The place has aged over the time and lost it's old charm, Rooms need maintenance and staff needs professional training. Staff is helpful but at same time too casual about the requests from guests. Basic amenities like bath towels need to be requested. Front desk folks are busy with their own discussions and forget guest after asking to wait for 10mins until guests go back to remind again. Gym exists and has a good open space but equipments need maintenance. Location is very good and if management has some attention then nothing stop it from bouncing back to it's old level of charm. Please keep an for more reviews on food and other amenities. I will recommend not to stay here, really lousy place. On the day of check out I had a flight at 7:30 am and there was no water in room and they were unable to provide the same even after multiple requests. I had to wait for 30 mins and then had to leave without an opportunity to have bath. The General Manager not accessible on any of days I stayed for any feedback. It seems management is not at all bothered about guests or their feedback anymore.

Hotel was neat good. Rooms were comfortable but the reception guy was not very poor at his job. While Doing my check-in the guy was acting as if doing me a favor. That was rude.

Stayed in a executive superior room. Room size was moderate. Had a bath tub in the washroom. The deal included complimentary breakfast with an very nice spread. The room was on the 5th floor so the view was good. There is a swimming pool on the terrace but it is not that big. Gym is also available and is complimentary for use. Staff is helpful. Located in the area of Koregaon park. Had a smooth check in and check out.

It is quite conveniently located. The ambience is quite good, the staff very welcoming. However, I was a bit disappointed with the buffet. The starters were tasty, however the main course was utterly useless. Also we could feel that the air-conditioning was a bit lacking in the buffet hall.

Very shody and rundown place. Had stayed their for a day on business trip. The maintenance is really poor. The staff level of professionalism or English knowledge is limited. To add salt to the injury they serve stale food. Thank god my Saturday was only for 1 day. Will no ways return to this crappy place. The only advantage is the location. Please avoid.

Business hotel in koregaon park area. The hotel has nice big rooms, the bathroom is also huge with bathtubs… some of the furnishings are dated but well maintained. Recommend it for work trips around that area, quite a fewing dining places in the nearby vicinity. The check in and check out was smooth, the hotel has a small gym and a restaurant.

I can’t describe in words how bad the experience was… it’s really pathetic hotel and anyone reading this… please think 100 times before choosing for St. Laurn. I booked 12 rooms and banquet for my engagement and even after spending lacs of money, the hotel staff didn’t bothered for a life time event of someone… They staff including the management is unprofessional … or I would say inhuman… People have to wait hours for basic needs like water… I never came across such poorly managed hotel… The hotel banquet manager was unable to provide the committed service and seeing all the haphazard when we complaint, we got answers that hotel is short staffed… I tried to spoke with general manager of the hotel to escalate this but I think he also didn’t had curtisy to call back because all what they wanted (money) is done.

Went there for buffet. They were helpful in letting us decorate the table for a family function. The buffet is genuinely priced (cheaper given the ambience) and is also priced same for veg and non-veg. They had enough variety and starters were more than decent. Overall had a great time thanks to the cordial service. Would recommend for small functions.

Location — Near to pune railway station and well connected within the city. Lots of eateries nearby to choose from for dinner and lunch. Service — We had booked two rooms. One room was given on time but the second was given an hour or so after the given check in time. The staff at the reception needs to attend hospitality lessons. The housekeeping and kitchen staff was very accommodating. Rooms — Clean rooms with all the promised amenities that are mentioned while booking except the hair dryer in the bathroom. They did have the tea/coffee maker and a fridge. (Not stocked so kind of good) Being a business hotel, it was disappointing to not have a notepad and pen in the room to jot down things. Pool — They have a roof top pool. Even though it's small in size it is very well maintained. Food — We had booked the room with breakfast included but the breakfast experience was very horrible. The kitchen staff had been accommodating with our special food requests but the servers had zero knowledge about the food and very disinterested in the service. Overall an okay experience.

It's a third class place, the hotel facility is fine but the hostility of the restaurant and bar people is pathetic the manager does not even know how to speak with the customers. Worst 4 star I have ever been to.

Had a rat in my room. Under the bed with stale food too. And they did not manage to catch the rat either. It ran out of the room when checked by the house keeping. The manager didn't even bother to come or call and instead sent one if his men to keep saying sorry. Imagine how many rats will be in the kitchen! Simply Avoid for stay or dinner. There are much better places than this in KP. Like the O Hotel etc.

Old hotel but maintained well. Though few points needed improvements, the rooms are decent and clean enough for a comfortable stay. Spacious bathroom with good fittings. Breakfast is good and so is the taste of food served in the rooms. Will stay there a again.

Rooftop Restaurant is not Ready. But you can get good service there. It's quiet and feel like home. Food has good options and it is better. Less options for Beer were there. Staff is helpful. Smoking is allowed in Rooftop restaurant. I tried only Veg options. No idea of Non Veg.

It's 2-3 star hotel that markets it self as at Star hotel. During my 3 nights, I had to change the room twice due to various problems. The floor was broken, in the bathroom there were missing parts in the wash basin, some of the switches didn't work, some lamps had no switches and there was no way to turn them off except for climbing on chair and pulling it's plug. The drainage was choking When you take a shower there entire bathroom got filled with water and took 20 minutes for that water to go in the drain. There was no shower curtain so the toilet was completely wet from the shower… The swimming pool was unused since days it seemed. There were open electric wires in the pool water, leaving you to wonder if they're live or not. The only good thing was the staff who tried to fight all these problems and tried to be nice and helpful. But this hotel is a big management and maintenance failure. I will not come back here.

Hotel with rooftop pool and very good views of the city… The room was clean and comfortable. According to Indian standards.

They are a business hotel though there is room for families as well. The best part is the staff. They are polite and respectful and always come with a smile. Even if you badger them more than normal. The second best thing is their midnight buffet. If you want an upscale food place after midnight, come over, have dinner and a coffee. The rooms maybe a bit smaller than other hotels but hey, you can't have everything.

Nice ambience and quality of food is nice and place is quite hygienic. One can go with friends as well as family and enjoy the delicious food to the fullest. Staff is quite cooperative.

Spacious room, bathtub, separate rain shower, lounging chair, terrace pool, Continental+Indian breakfast menu, humble and helping staff, prompt room service, valet parking, free Wi-Fi, a contemporary building well designed for your comfort, fascinating views from the terrace pool area, best of the locations and value for money… what more could you ask from a leisure/ business stay? Didn't have dinner here as Koregaon Park is full of exciting places to dine out and party, but rest assured, this place won't let you down. Loved the 7 floor tall atrium at entrance lobby and the journey to the top in the glass elevator!

They say it is a 4 star hotel but it is very close to a 2 star. The hotel room was bad and my allergies flared up spent my birthday on the bed. Not worth the money at all.

St Laurn is located on the main road right outside KP and is easily approachable, not very heavy on the pocket and has a good breakfast spread. They also have midnight meals option, if you happen to get hunger pangs right after partying hard. Check-in took a while for us as a lot of guests arrived at the same time and the hotel did not have sufficient reception staff, check-out was fast and easy. Courteous and helpful staff including the valet. Overall a nice experience.

One good hotel I would say. For the package Coz I had a package with breakfast and dinner coMlementary… Food was awesome. Good service … All others were good about room except the AC weren't really AC but air blowers… So u can't get that AC feeling… But was adjustable… Thing is one can't adjust after paying lot for rooms. My package was 18k for 4 nights with dinner n breakfast. Off course official trip… Else who would try such expensive hotels…

Easy to access, centrally located business class hotel. Rooms are good. Service is good. I usually go there for dining. Mid night buffet is very good. Lots of veg and non veg items available. Interior is very well done. Staff is nice. You must go there at least once for mid night buffet.

Good location and easy access to other places. Check in was late almost at 4 we got our room. Food was good but service was very slow. Room was clean and all amenities were there. Terrace pool is awesome. Good for family and friends.

Awesome hotel in the heart of Koregaon Park. The check-in was smooth and without any issue. The staff are courteous, willing to help and friendly. They say business hotel, but families are equally welcome. Breakfast was good, though the buffet had the same menu over the two days I stayed there. The rooms are spacious, and bathrooms are huge. Swimming pool and gym are there but I don't think much used. Overall, well recommended. For a three star it is on the higher side in terms of pricing but you can get some good deals online which make it value for money.

We had booked two rooms, one double occupancy and one triple occupancy. Despite several reminders & waiting for an hour at night, they didn't provide the extra mattress. After we went down to the manager, finally one staff dumped mattress and went off. We thought he"ll be back with cover, bedsheets, pillow and blanket, but he never came back. Again we had to speak to the manager in the middle of the night just for basic pillow & blanket. It took a huge effort and a waste of time & peace of mind. Hotel doesn't have basic facility of a toilet soap in the bathroom. You have to ask even for a footmat in bathroom. Staff is unresponsive & seem unhappy. Despite reasonable infrastructure, this hotel lacks basic service.

Best food and services in the heart of the pune … I visited the restaurant with my colleges, I really enjoyed a lot. Food was very testy, service was amazing like best hospitality. We enjoyed the Live Piano Music. Staffs are very courteous. Buffet is very spreaded with all cuisine with 7 non veg dishes. Chef is taken personal interest to make us happy. Ambiance is very charming and lovely with live kitchen. Now we are regular to ST LAURN for day and Night food with midnight buffet also.

Service was very good, good starters, but should improve food, 5 stars for Service… Nice Hotel to stay with family as well as friends.

I went with my friends there and had buffet, the food was good, nice ambience, loved the starters and desserts specialy, the service was good, overall nice place to hangout with friends.

It was a Monday morning, but a surprisingly welcoming one. We picked up this place for breakfast on an experimental basis. The whole of the eating area is on the ground floor itself. You tread a little inside and you see couches and buffet spread. It's got multiple counters of different ranges of food. It starts with — Cereals (chocos, wheat based & cornflakes), followed by array of white & whole-wheat bread, hot & cold milk. Then there's assortment of all things sweet & Bakery produce — Cupcakes (chocolate & vanilla), croissant, doughnuts (glazed with chocolate on top). This is followed by canned mango juice & fresh watermelon juice. Fresh fruits (pineapple, watermelon & musk melon). Sprouts, yogurts with dressings & syrups to go with it. Then comes the Indian category of food — poha, upma, idli, dhokla, baked tomatoes, baked veggies glazed with olive oil dressing, paratha-sabzi with chutneys. You could also ask for fresh omlettes & dosa etc. There's a separate section for prepared tea and coffee. You could request them for it & its delivered to you at your table. Also, you could prepare an array of herbal teas for yourself too. Each table is graced with tiny sachets of jams — honey, strawberry & orange marmalade. They also have tiny sachets of butter. Salt, pepper & sachets of sugar (white sugar & sugarfree) & tissues. The ambience is amazing. You have your privacy while feeling at ease entirely.
