The hotel is at a very prime location. Many of the tourist spots are nearby.

Worst service. Worst food quality… worst hospitality… better to go to some normal underrated hotel they may have some courtesy towards guest… but these people are just money extractors… no none never ever go to this place even you get it for free… they play with your health with rotten and stale food… and never ever they have a apologetic attitude… they just have the name sake Ego that they are… whatever…
etc etc.

A lil bit costly than average, but its a good hotel. The terrace has 'Adda' which is a good place to chill too.

One of the best hotel I’ve been.

Its nice and luxurious, 1 thing I dint like was they dont have charging point next to the bed. Rest was all good. They have this amazing rooftop bar come pool.

We were around 250 people to attend a official conference session. Everything was well arranged. Loved the ambience but it somewhere made me feel they could not manage a crowd of 250 since they served tea to half of the people who had asked for coffee saying no more coffee available and you'll have to take tea.

Had stayed here on a weekend. The room was comfortable and maintained. German bakery and osho is at walking distance. Gym had decent amount of equipment. Would recommend the rooftop restaurant for couples. Restaurant has a good view of city and offers shallow pool seating for a bill commitment of atleast 3500 rs. Dipping your feet in water and enjoying the serene atmosphere was a memory to cherish. Food is also good and service was top notch.

A luxury hotel in the hub of most happening place in Pune. Services, food, ambience, area all are great to enjoy. The rooftop pool during sunset is a must to experience. The place also becomes a romantic spot for dinner date. The room's space somehow isn't as luxurious. Also the air conditioning isn't even in the room. Bathtub in the middle of room and bathroom is an interesting concept.

Good value for money. Decent service. Sometimes very good too. Good amenities. Great rooms. Awesome rooftop restaurant. You can't ask for more in what you pay for it. And not to forget the location. Great nightlife around and wonderful night walks you can take.

Its a 5* hotel with terrace swimming and dining facility. The security of the building might be offensive at times as they thoroughly check your belongings. The service was great and the rooms were clean and tidy. Nice place for quiet and peaceful stay. Must try out their food. And ofcourse they charge pretty high.

Popular hotel in Pune. Easily accessible. Good vibes. Rooms was much better than expected. Interiors have a very polished look. Room service is great if you plan on not leaving the room. Lights in the room are just amazing. The TV set in the room needs an upgrade. Rest all things don't need any improvement. The food served here is worth every penny. They provide all day breakfast in the rooms.

Spacious rooms. However not offering any exclusive view from the windows. Choice of Indian and Japanese restaurant and also a coffee shop. Buffet spread for breakfast includes choice of South Indian/Indian/continental. One policy of the hotel which does not go down well is payment of restaurant/room service bills on the spot instead of keeping a tab for checkout time.

Food is noticeably expensive. They have a no visitors policy after 8 pm. Parking space is decent considering the area in which the hotel is. Overall, it might be a better idea to stay at any nearby five star hotel.

Great location, next to well known German bakery. I have been there twice and like their ambiance and esthetic tough. View from top floor is awesome and they have got the best bed and bathrooms in the city. The design and architecture is piece of work. Terrace restaurant create an amazing atmosphere.

Efficient hotel and friendly service. Good for a short stay. Breakfast buffet has a good spread. The corridors and lifts have no natural light. So feels a bit closed and dull. But thankfully the coffee shop is brightly lit and brings cheer. The room had a fabulous view of the green canopies above Osho ashram which is right opposite the hotel.

A Good 5 star property in koregaon park. The staff is cooperative. But the hotel lacks in providing the services for food for group bookings. Except the food in buffet was amazing.

The room given to us had an issue. The was some circuit problem due to which we the power kept going every 15 secs. We asked for it to be fixed but no action was taken. We managed to fix it temporarily. The hotel staff at reception made us wait a very long time. They almost charged us double the price. None of my friends were happy. We would not consider it again. We paid 6.25 k for one night. But the breakfast was not included for this price. Bright side — Rooms look nice and the swimming pool is good.

Superb hotel. Excellent rooms. Good service quality. Food quality is also amazing. Location may not work for everyone but still quite well placed. Can easily give a lot of big 5 star hotels a run for their money.

Hotel lobby looks a bit shabby and mismatched. The breakfast buffet is quite good. The south Indian station is fantastic. The coffee is superb — the perfect roast — not too bitter, but neither beany. Lower rating only for the poor aesthetics of the decor.

Visited on 3-Feb-18 Had a company function at this place. The rooms are big enough for a single person but quite congested for 2. Food served is very tasty! bathrooms and rooms are maintained very neatly!

Great hotel to spend time with your Family, Friends and Special People.

Good hotel, but service is declining in quality recently. Room design is excellent, beds are very comfortable. Great amenities in the room. There used to be two great restaurants here, but the Mexican restaurant has shut down now and the Japanese one has gotten worse over time. Room service is crazy expensive now, for not very good quality food. If you choose to live here, don't eat at the hotel. Step out and go to one of the other restaurants in the area instead.

Great location Good staff Comfortable room. The hotel just manages to cross the line from 4 star to 5 star. There room service was great and very prompt to respond to every call. The room I got was nice and comfortable. I had the view over the trees to a park and it was very soothing. Unfortunately the window was very dirty outside so couldn't see as clearly. In general the hotel has clear signs of ageing in the corners, doors and plugs and switches. But one can live with it. The breakfast was good too. However nearly the same food on all 3 days. Which made it a little boring. All in all, good value for money. I had a comfortable stay.

The hotel is very well placed compared to the Osho center, the rooms are very nice and the breakfast diversified however here is a recommendation: Have a written record of the price of the room advertised upon your arrival on my departure, at the time of the settlement, I was surprised to have a higher duty free price of €10 per night (20%) than the one announced on arrival!

Ideal place to host Conferences & Business Meetings. The meeting halls are very well made with good acoustics. Their location is bang on the main road so easy to locate even for non localities. Food quality is also good. Slightly on the premium side.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Large and awesome hotel rooms. In-house restaurent is bit more expensive. Location is very nice and pleasent. I would love to stay here all time.

Location — near German Bakery — is great with nearby area dotted with great restaurants. The rooms are large and modern and most of them offer good views. The breakfast spread is decent and service is commendable. Overall a great experience.

Visited Aadhah and what a place it is. Roof top restaurant with amazing views of the city. To top it all, it has a pool, where one can enjoy a serene and romantic meal. The good is sumptuous and drink selection is awesome. Recommend and would visit again.

Nice hotel and service security design all activities are good.

Situated in Koregaon park near German bakery the Hotel surrounding and locality is good. Beautiful interiors, multiple elevators makes customers satisfied and give comfort, the rooms are basic, well sized and maintained, you will get a large flat TV, Wi-Fi, like perks. Water heater, milk and tea dips will be there for making tea if required. Double size bed, clean bathroom, a small study table and comfortable chairs are all you need to pay for. Good for executive stays, Food is average at the price you pay.

In Pune this is the best hotel for the business traveler. It’s not expensive but yet it upscale. Also serve midnight coffee. Good compact rooms. Have a live Japanese food counter.

Pretty good hotel in a central location, walking distance to the osho ashram. The buffet breakfast was excellent. Clean and comfy room with really nice bathroom that had a bath tub.

My stay here was comfortable. Staff was hospitable. We had an event in their tastefully done up banquet. But we were horrified to see that there were rats scurrying around in a hotel of this repute. That is unacceptable.

Lovely and warm staff. Polite and very efficient. We had especially gone to O2 to try out their Japanese sushi Restaurant Harajuku and I must say they did not disappoint at all! Wonderful ambience and a quiet and inconspicuous staff who kept in the background as you enjoyed your meal. The only suggestion is that the menu needs to be a little 'non-japanese' friendly and cater to people who'd like to know more about the cuisine and are first timers at Sushi.

Perfect place to spend a quality evening with special someone. They do take care of the moments, makes it an amazing experience for special dates. Manager named Anish was very welcoming and had arranged everything just like I wanted.

The restaurant in this luxurious hotel which is located at 9 floor terrace doesn't justify the aura which this hotel carries!
Only the restaurant prices match the standards of hotel but the taste and aroma in the food speaks almost opposite to it. Hefty charges negligible taste. Very very limited options to eat! Plus for asking for water pool tables, they insisted that you should spend 4000rs approx if you want to sit in pool tables. Such kind of gestures even when 60% restaurant is empty doesn't suit the standards they carry.

Rooms are damm hygienic, well equipped, well maintained, bath tub, hot water shower, clean n dry towels n napkins, spongy n bouncy bed, n clean n white quality quilt/blanket, centralized control panel of all room light appliances at side table so you can control each light right from bathroom light to night lamp to AC temperature… LED TV, study table relaxing chair, magazine all are awesome. Talking about food, yes they have plenty of breakfast varieties and you will enjoy each of them… Also check out processing were also Hassel free n less time consuming. We enjoy it's luxurious ambient… Worth staying over here…

The stay was good services needs improvement. There was a delay during checking in because the room wasn't ready we came almost an hour late but still it was ready we had to wait like 20 minutes to get our room. The breakfast was good but could have been prepared a bit quicker.

The hotel is very good. Its near main road so did not get any difficulties in finding it. The staff of hotel is extremely co operative. I could not able to take meal as I was gone there for visiting purposes. So overall the hotel is very good.

It's a pleasant wonderful hotel on North Main Road with a very friendly concierge and staff. The Midnight Coffee Review that I'm going to give them is Superb. The French Press is outstanding, their service is prompt and adaptive. They do not shy away from requests from both guests and walk-ins. Their suites are comfortable and the room service is nice too. The Hotel offers an array of Cuisines but notably try their Rooftop Restaurant — Addah and Their Japanese Restaurant for a Culinary Delight.

Very Good Hotel, good location, rooms are spacious, good & conceptual. The pool with bar attached on the top floor is a great place for romantic evenings. Breakfast & Wifi services are good. Hotel Staff are courteous and serve with smile.

5star hotel! not worth the money spent. Basic utilities not in the room, room service not efficient enough, room cleaning staff not efficient enough, had to give reminders. Beds very creaky and not comfortable enough. Food is fairly good. Not happy overall.

The service was poor not very satisfactory, needed to give them reminder's for the room service and then cancel it, kept myself hunger for almost 45 minutes then went across (German Bakery) and got myself something to eat.

This was my third stay at the 'O'Hotel. This is not really a 5 Star hotel, given the number of facilities it has. However for its location its a nice property IF You can get a discount on the prices. For a full price hotels its perhaps too expensive. The rooms are large and spacious. Air conditioning works perfectly. One needs more plug point near the bed. I was a bit disturbed at night when the traffic was moving around me. However this was perhaps due to my room facing the main road.

Went to Addah. The rooftop restaurant. Food is average but loved the ambiance. Best paet is, if you have booked the shallow water table or lounger, you get to dip your legs in water or even walk around in water as well.

An upscale hotel with superb restaurant. Located in koregaon park. Their buffet is a sure try. Offers good variety of dishes.

Perfect location, usually choose to stay here when in pune. Rooms are nice, staff is polite, food is great too. Located just next to the famous german bakery. Autos are available in plenty outside the premise.

Hosted annual project party, with 200+ people. We booked a hall & the arrangement was indeed very good. The food was also good and better than other big brand names in hotel. The main bar & restaurant had an intriguing ambience & interior was splendid. If u're looking for a decent place, not too heavy on pocket. Then try this one out.

The O Pool party — Music is great (abhishek mantri) but very unprofessional staff, even though the music is on till 5pm the bar closes at 4pm. Food definitely needs to be improved and more varieties to be added.

I had been here for a Sunday brunch and the staff wqs extremely unprofessional and untrained. We actually asked for our car back and moved to another place.

Hotel staff not trained at all wrt on line reservations if you ask them for the invoice of the hotel the answer is negative and they will direct you to acquire the hotel bill through your online portal eg-agoda or expedia. Strange! I will not recommend for corporate travellers booking via on line.

Me and my wife stayed with this hotel first time, it was fantastic stay. Front desk staff was going extra miles to make our stay comfortable. We have always stayed with different hotels but now we have decided to stay with O hotel for all our visits to Pune. We have stayed in many hotel but have never experienced use smooth check in / out.
