Really happy with the facilities. Hotel staff is courteous, rooms are cozy. Overall a very nice and comfortable stay.

It's really a nice hotel to visit. You will have an awesome experience with the nice weather of Pune. The best thing is the Complimentary Buffet Breakfast. You will enjoy it for sure. The staff are also very good, co-operative and supportive.

Old fashioned hotel. Located in isolation. Staff was good and food was good as well.

As usual great service, helpful staff, breakfast quality feels like having at five star. Excellent rooms. Only suggestion is to start offline check inn at least for regular customers.

Rooms are small and bathroom was tiny. I was struggling to get into it and coming out of it. Room was not bad but small. Service is good no issues with that. Food was also ok. . . Overall Everything is ok except size. If you are looking for spacious room. This will not be a perfect choice for you.

Nice and clean rooms and awesome food. I was staying there for 5 days for my orientation in Bajaj Allianz. Good room service too.

Poor services and cleanliness, staff eats in the same restaurant with guests. Staff in f&b are generally good.

One Incident made me to give this least rating. Management don't have common courtesy on guests. They didn't inform prior about check out date and time. I don't know about those because my company booked for me. They take off my luggage from my room and put in cloak room with out informing.

Great experience. First class service. Only laundry charges are high. Everything else is great. Tasty food.

A really good hotel for stay. Good rooms, good breakfast, good staff. Location isn't that great, can't be located if you're new in Pune. Also it's dark and silent at night. Maps make it a bit confusing too. Local people will guide you better to reach there.

Nice large rooms. Hotel is at the very corner of the street some may not find it comforting, but I guess it is safe. It is a residential area and bang opposite to a play school. You have to walk at least 300 odd meters before you find any shops. Food is nice here. If you are game for a good walk you will find lots of resturants or a few pubs around.

Ok place. Wi-Fi very poor. Lift very cramped.

Good one on budget. But finding the location is little difficult.

Rooms are good… but have a strong cigarette smoke smell… whereas their sister concern Phoenix has better rooms.
