Best budget friendly place to visit in North goa, and service is very good and host is very friendly. Rooms and service is very good.

Good experince, but there s alot to improve in that hotel — I really loved the service, a member of their stuff actually became a good friend of ours.

Really nice quiet hotel, with friendly accomodating staff and a cute dog. Quite affordable for the area and surrounded by lots of palm trees. Would definitely recommend.

Very warm, homely and clean. Economical cosy family business. Loved the daughter's paintings. Need to have breakfast tie up for sandwiches, tea, coffee and Goan/S. Indian snacks.

The hotel has good service, the staffs are very much approachable and helpful. The rooms are clean and are well maintained.

I have stayed there 2 times. Both time, the stay was awesome. The host, Kishor bhai, is really polite. The pool is good and on the roof top. Rooms are good and well maintained.

Excellent service and food. I was upgraded by Mr Lukman, who is very friendly and cooperative. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The food in room service is very quick too. The buffet bf was very giod.
