Great ambiance, atmosphere, beautiful excellent maintained swimming pool, all staffs always helpful. Cook is great, best food in mandrem and Goa, near clean hyeginic. Definitely coming back next yr.

Adobo Restaurant in North 39 — A Must-Visit for Delicious Breakfast and dinner! *
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Adobo Restaurant in North 39, and I must say, it was a delightful experience!

Clean and spacious Rooms. Service is good. Food is tasty. Recommend for family stay. Options in buffet breakfast is limited.

Its adjacent to the Mumbai-Goa highway near Mapusa. The hotel is good maintained & staff also well behaved. They have ample parking space with security gaurds.

This stay was exactly what I needed. I arrived in Patnem and had booked a different hotel, but they had overbooked and so I had to search for a new hotel.

Beautiful rooms, extremely well furnished and decorated, we were at the front and had an amazing view. Alstid couldn’t have been more delightful and helpful.

The hotel is located in south Goa, near to Utorda beach, Dabolim airport is around 10km from this place. The location is pretty good, beach is only 7-8 mins walking, main road is only 2mins walking.

Amazing place to stay with family in south goa. It's spacious. With a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine too. Staff is courteous and service is very good.

Very nice, clean and fully furnished villa, The caretaker (Vartika Ji) is a proactive lady, and will always be there for support.
It was like"Home away Home".

My stay at Hotel Eagle Empire was very pleasant. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Great host, overall all good, close to the beach. But a bit secluded if you like a quiet place.

Very nice place to stay. Rooms had air conditioning, and a mini fridge! Our flight was late night, so we let the manager know that we would arrive late night.

I had booked Junior suite with pool view here and the property is beautiful and near beach.
Room: Junior suite has its own gate and is private enough. My room had a shared pool (between two suites).

We stayed for 2 nights here. If you are a nature loving and peace loving person also A fan of pool, then you would love it here. All The rooms has balcony with a view.

I came to goa but couldnt make the stay due to heavy rain. I was not expecting a refund, but they refunded the booking amount without even any deduction which attracted us calmly.
