Great food and service BUT BEST is they don't allow hippies in, so at least one of the few places in Goa without my "favorite kind" :-)!

Me and my father spend few days in this magical place & restaurant, and its really tough to summarize the experience from this unique place! but still I'll try to give it a shot.
From the first step in the place you feel like getting into paradise, the atmosphere of the place its something unreal, smiles from the staff everywhere and everytime! The beach view that combined with the music & the delicious food is probably the direct way to pure happiness!
The living in the cottage was so spoiled with attention to each detail in order to make your stay to feel like a king or queen. The restaurant is for sure the best food & vibe in all over india and even was rate in my top 10 restaurants (we've been in many restaurants all over the world) I'm highly recommend to everyone who love himself and the life to go visit this place and to meet Gilbert and his amazing staff! remind yourself to thanks me later!

They make great Mojitos! So was the food.
The pork chops and the tenderloin both were soft and very well marinated.
Tried the Indian cuisine with the prawn Curry and chapattis, again very tasty with no over powering spices.
Well worth the drive.

One of the Best places to eat in Goa.

Food was amazing, we had momos, Tuna and steak. The strawberry daiquiris were the best we’ve had. Service was very good, and it was lovely to speak with the owner towards the end of our meal.

Very fancy western place. Great setting feels like europe and the owners are amazing people. Not cheap.

Very tastefully done and well managed place. It has a homely vibe and the landscaping is beautiful, while not skimping on comfort or luxury in any significant way. They pay a lot of attention to detail, and it's fairly obvious in several ways that it is a labour of love. For example, the rooms include little details like mosquito repellent, candles and stands, torches etc besides the common stuff like toiletries, fridge etc. Their selection of furniture and artwork etc is also worth mentioning and adds character. The food at the restaurant is a bit hit-and-miss (tuna teriyaki and prawn Masala were great, beef steak was just plain bad). Also, it could be cleaner as dust does tend to accumulate due to all the open spaces. I would give them a 9/10 if Google had a different rating system, but 5/5 seems too high.

Its like a your very own country home or farmhouse, but there is a catch here, they also have one of the best restaurants in north Goa. Rooms are simple with some antique Furniture’s thrown in, feels like your grandmother’s house from childhood. We were in a room called honeymoon which had a treehouse kinda patio, where you can spend your day just doing nothing. The whole place has a very laid back attitude with lots and lots of trees for company and the river chapora just across makes it magical. This is my second visit there and I am waiting to go back again. The staff should also get a special mention, Gilbert the captain of the ship who also owns the place and the very enthusiastic Martin who seems to be the jack of all trades makes you crave for more visits.

What an amazing dinner. I highly recommend the chefs special chicken breast with mango salsa and sides. There is also a range of good quality teas to try out. Beautiful ambience. Five stars!
