Very, very disappointing!
We had paid for 2 nights in advance but checked out after 1 night since their Wi-Fi was not working (my wife had to attend some online classes in the evening and hence Wi-Fi connectivitywas essential).
Wi-Fi was there but with no internet access (which is as good as no Wi-Fi). At first, they kept on insisting that Wi-Fi was working but when I showed them that internet access was absent, they fell silent.
They gave a cock and bull story about some repair work going on for the last few days (and that is why Wi-Fi was down) but that did not cut ice since service providers typically troubleshoot connectivity problems within one day max.
I also did not get any refund for short-closing my stay by 1 day.
Shameful!
