This hotel is located near Harish park at Bhowanipore area in South Kolkata. The hotel is well maintained and rooms are good. The behaviour of staffs are cordial. But air conditioned in some rooms are not functioning well. The hotel is in prime location.

Rooms are neat and maintained. The service is nice and the People are nice and cooperative.

Amazing service and 2500 per day totally worth in Kolkata.

One if the best budget hotel near iconic holy Kalighat temple… Rooms are little smaller but cozy & damn clean, courteous staffs — well trained & well mannered, restaurant offers good food but breakfast options are limited, located right on the main road (Harish Mukherjee road) accessible from both Netaji Bhavan & Jatin Das Park metro station… this hotel lacks parking space…

Fooding is ok and rooms are just rooms, barely any space to park, nothing very exciting about this 5 star hotel.

Not bad, very old centrally located luxury hotel, food and service is good but over all maintenance is needed.

Excellent rooms. Great service. Highly recommended.

The staff is very rood starting from the reception.

Everything is functional. Eventhough little challenged in Space. Resturant served us lunch at Midnight 2 PM when we arrived from Chennai. Rabindra Sarovar is 5 minutes walk for fitness.

Nice Place 3 star hotel. Both Budget and Deluxe rooms available at normal prices. Easy to reach and in silent vicinity. Lake market is nearby from here. Wifi, Free Breakfast buffet, concierge desk available.

Was a lovely experience, amazing staff! Not all were of good cheer but otherwise a nice time! A/C seemed a little in the stale side.

Wonderful hotel in posh and Central location of the city. It has a very good swimming pool and some wonderful banquet halls that are rented out for social occasions. Some years back it used to be among top hotels. It still remains an integral part of Kolkata hospitality because of it's location and quality of service. Food quality is more than decent too.

Terrible service! Never stay at this stupid hotel, we book 2nights. From trains station to this hotel hard to find. Bad reception, no good service, terrible service not worth the money we paid for. You better stay away and don't book this terrible hotel, room are so small, and service, worker are not fire fly especially the receptionist name krishna. This krishna guy couldn't find out booking and no interest at all to give us good service. Stupid terrible service and hotel. I will not recommend staying here.

It has been amazing staying here. All of the facilities provided are standard and luxuriant. They leave no stone unturned in pleasing the guests and that's the very best thing about them. The food is super awesome and the bathroom is sparkingly clean. I personally loved the chocolates and cold drinks in the refrigerator! All in all, I am pleased with their service. :)
