Worst service, in restaurants staff don't have proper knowledge and they don't know how to treat their clients.
today in dinner in pasta I found hair. I clicked the pick too but have no option to share.

Excellent service, delicious food and prompt assistance.

The overall experience of stay in the hotel was very good.

Very poor service. They harass their customers. Me and my family has been their one of the regular customers. But they are degrading day by day. And no correction is been taken even after repeated incidents. They take things for granted. The room service is pathetic. Staff is not organized and coordinated. The don follow a normal process of covering drinks and bringing it to the room. Really disappointed and their action does not seem sorry at all.

Good food and experience at the Coffee shop today. However time taken for service was too long.

Hotel wants your wedding pictures to check in with a woman. Ask for a manager and the answer is, he has gone for Namaz and we should wait. Yet, waited for half an hour but no sign of the manager. Great hotel! not to mention, the lobby smells of food not pleasant.

Daspalla Hotel is one of the jubilant hotel of Hyderabad located on Road No. 37, on the main road of jubilee check post to Hi-tech City. It has a cozy atmosphere. A night club/pub for party kind people. Have multiple family restaurant. Banquet hall for social functions and its offer stay too. The parking is free over here.

We went here for lunch. The ambiance was super good. Food is tasty. We find it very nice and mild music was simply awesome. Staff was so cool and the service was very quick. Hot, Delicious,. What else a hungry man need? :) Many varieties of ice creams. My family enjoyed a lot.

I went there to attend first birth day of a child. Hall was sufficient to accommodate 100-150 people. Excellent parking arrangement. The decoration of hall and table laying for the function was good. Taste of the food was average. Service was good.

Went for a dinner in "the circle" in Daspalla. We are vegetarian and usually have limited choices to eat at most of the eat outs. The buffet dinner had equal and delicious choices for both ends of food lovers. The service was excellent, the ambience put us in good food mood and the taste set new benchmarks across similar types of hotels. Enjoyed my time in the evening thoroughly.

A well known hotel with high brand value and good standards. Rooms are spacious, well appointed and serviced. The string of restaurants offer varied cuisine — both vegetarian and non-vegetarian, Oriental and Continental. Banquet halls are spacious and offer good views to the guests. No doubt, Daspalla has become popular in very short time in Hyderabad.

Awesome experience and wonderful trip to Hyderabad. We felt really comfortable with services and amenities include morning breakfast. Its was pleasant stay with my colleague on a business trip. Great hospitality and services that on best price.

I went over the moon for my birthday celebration but was highly disappointed. The view and ambiance is average. I went on Saturday and was expecting a good crowd over here but there were a few people who were in. The food options they offer is limited mostly to Italian cuisine. One more thing which irked me was the % of additional service charge they add. Although it is optional, you ll only know this if you review the bill before paying for it.

Outstanding value for money. It has one of the best gym in the town. Food is very tasty and the buffet spread is huge. Rooms are neat and clean. Location is decent.

We went for team lunch here. Nice plays and food is very tasty and more number of veg items than non-veg. Dining area is very spacious ambiance looks good. Veg starters potato cutlets are very tasty. Non-veg fish fry strater s very good and chicken starters are not as expected. Also, a live counter available for non veg items. Full of deserts with fruits.

Daspalla is a very well known name in andhra Pradesh. The place is known for its good food and a place to celebrate family functions. The place has been very well maintained and have 4 restaurants in the hotel where the guest can have different types of food. The hotel has banquets for celebration or family or corporate events. Food is good and room service is better as well. Ambience is good. Good for Family gatherings.

It is quite a good experience at Daspalla. Parking is very convenient. The quality of food is at its best. This is a very good place for arranging professional or personal events.

A good hotel in the best possible location at the juncture of jubilee hills and Hitech City. The rooms are clean and we'll maintained. Food in the "coffee times" restaurant is fantastic. The ambience and the peaceful environment makes it a good choice for a stay.

Good Hotel to stay at Hyderabad. Situated on top of a small hill in Jubilee Hills. Awesomely designed rooms with significant urban furniture. Good service. Try the north Indian Thali & curd rice. Very simple breakfast spread, try mix vegetable juices. But disappointed with swimming pool not hygienic. But team are cheerful.

Ambience, rich look, very good maintenance, tasty food. It is very good for close parties. We hosted few office parties and also attended some family parties.

Fairly good place. Large rooms. Food was a bit too spicy. Staff in general cannot clearly communicate in English (or Hindi). The hotel therefore has a more regional than cosmopolitan character. Yet overall facilities are good enough.

One of the finest restaurant in Hyderabad. The food taste is so nice. They have OTM (over the moon) pub so nice place to Hangout with friends and good for cooperative events. They have multiple branch restaurants, all over Hyderabad. Hotels and restaurants are there.

Place is really good. Food is also tasty and at affordable prices compared to many high profiled restaurants or hotels. Also banquet hall and lawn are available. This place has accommodation too. Liquor is also available. Totally a nice place either to stay or to celebrate.

Daspalla reception was quite prompt in upgrading me and my wife's stay to club room for our 5 nights maiden stay in this hotel. Staff is quite prompt and courteous too. What it needs to look in to are its ageing floors, bath room fittings, curtains and furniture. Food needs to be moderated in terms of spice content to satisfy non Asians as well Asians who can't enjoy and digest high heat in food.
Over all a good venue to stay in Hyderabad.

Great value for money. Beautiful property. Awesome food. Very good service, polite and accommodating. The rooftop bar is fantastic with great music and food. All in all it was a very enjoyable experience staying here.

Rooms don't feel claustrophobic, although not all that expansive. — Reaching the hotel from the airport is relatively easy, as compared to other hotels in the city, or in Banjara Hills. — Reception staff were smart. Don't spend much time on niceties, but complete formalities quickly. — Breakfast spread was decent, but ergonomics could be better. — Overall a satisfying stay.

I went to Over The Moon (OTM) which is a lovely rooftop lounge. The view from up there makes it worth the trip. I went their for a dinner and apart from food, everything was perfect. The food though was unsatisfactory as for that particular day they didn't have a section of the main course, which I wanted to try.

Actually, I visited Daspalla hotel with my office team for the party… We have so much of fun here & I am very happy with the manager & employees behaviour. They served us good drink and dinner… Totally I am so happy and I am glad that I will visit this hotel very soon.

The taste of Veg and Non veg starters and deserts is disappointing. Ice cream is good Ambiance is okay. But it is very crowdy and we could not find a table for 7 members. So we sat seperate. Totally I feel it was not worth the cost (buffet).

This is another place I frequent to for business meetings. The rooms are cozy, clean and spacious. Food is tasty. Facilities like Gym, Swimming Pool, Spa etc are available. The place is a bit away from the main road which guarantees a peaceful sleep at night.

Had a lunch buffet on Saturday. Price is reasonable for the food choices and the ambience. Got the corporate discount when we showed our company id. That was a nice gesture.

Food is good. This place needs to be upgraded. Parking place for the bikes is awful. Restrooms are tidy enough and banquets are just perfect. I am impressed with the giant screen in the banquet hall. This place can be found easily.

One of the best hotels in Hyderabad, Planning for a business meeting or need a good weekend stay then this hotel also should be in your mind. Staff are very responsible and you can service throughout the clock. Awesome view from windows of the hotel. I do like aqua spirit in it. Restaurant is awesome and food is very delicious.

I have been here twice… The security check at the gate is not done religiously. During the first time, I had attended an office party. The food was too bad. Now I have attended a wedding, the food was far better. Either they should have changed the chefs or they would have realised time to work on accuracy. Heard a lot about Over the Moon, but never got to go…

A good place for family functions and a great place for big events and meetings. The flipping doors of dining section are awesome. The food is tasty but serving for the second round is not that much quick and people had to wait. The interiors are bright and shine on for a celebration. The enlarged parking area is quite comfortable. The discounts and offers are attractive but not easily accessible, you ask and you get it! The best advantage of Daspalla is its location and reach ability.

This reviews is for Over The Moon, which is part of the hotel. Nice rooftop for night time fun with group of friends. Good beer, brewed there only. They allow tasters too, which I recommend. Go for pitcher — good value for money. I avoid pizzas and pastas from here. Servers are caring, but few in number. Nice place, overall. The only flip side is that, the rooftop is accessible via a noisy dining floor.

We booked for Lunch buffet, and was said it goes till 3.30 which disappointed us while we saw the staff clearing off the items, unlike other buffets where the entry is considered till 3.30. We entered by 2.30. Food is good. There are no much interesting items on vegetarian list, except mushroom and grilled paneer as starters. Vegeterian curries are all regular items which we find in any normal functions… Non vegeterian was ok. The impressive part of this buffet was there are quite a good spread of desserts and ice cream. Ambiance is good. Waiters are not attentive to the customers except while getting the bill. I would give an average rating.

Good hotel. Nice spacious rooms with many amenities. Very Clean space and the restaurant food here is yumm. Do try the famous hyderabadi biryani here. One star taken off for the hotel pick up and drop service. They had messed it up for me. Would have missed my flight.

Me and my better half went for to have a lunch @2:52 PM the hotel lobby was superb but the quality of food is so poor the staff in restaurant not professional they speak the there language and abusing each other when I was the finish with my starter there is no one to clear the plate I have call some one to clear it's happen three times which is disappointing in the lobby I meet the duty manger Mr. Srinivas I brief about it I hope next time well be better over all my experience 2 star.

Poor/No Wi-Fi. Shower flooded over. Poor ventilation of room. Power sockets clunky. Staff not particularly service-oriented.

Visited this place just once for lunch with colleagues from work. The buffet was very ordinary and service was average.

A high reputed hotel and restaurant at Hyderabad. But when it comes to reality food is just average with above average courtesy. Visiting the place with an intension to have food is waste of time and money.

We stayed at Daspalla on our visit to hyderabad the last week. The rooms were good and we were provided with good amenities but when we asked for an extra bed we were provided with a bed full of stains but as soon after we complained abt it they gave us another one which too was satisfactory. Also the doors of the bathroom was not user friendly. The swimming pool at the rooftop was not up to the mark. The food was costly but it is had the value for the money. The complimentary breakfast was simply delicious. The approach of the staffs towards the guests is nice. We expect u to clear this simple problems so that I can rate it 5 stars on my next visit.

Held a function recently at the hotel and left the organization to them. They did a marvellous job, everything was professional, service was excellent as was the food& beverage.
