The function halls at Minerva Grand Secunderabad were large and the snacks were great. The AC was good but air circulation was not strong enough to remove the party smoke from the air. Overall good ambience and Service.

Nice three star hotel which has very good ambience, good music playing in the background which gives you peace of mind. Food is very good. I love the banquets which are large and very spacious wherein you can conduct large function. The hotel is overall very good property.

Nice hotel. Neat looking and clean. Valet are good, but expect tips. I visited the halls for a function. The staff are nice and the food was good. The place was kept neat and tidy. Would love to see what the rooms are like. Maybe next time.

Its a good place. I hosted lunch for about 160 guests. Food was good. Service is good. Price is also okay. But the floor carpet was dirty. I shared these things with them also.

Good place, great ambience, decent rooms. But the quality of service is unreliable. Great service when there are no functions happening in the hotel. Unfortunately, a weeding took place during our stay, and I was shocked at the attitude of room service guys. Sad to say that their service quality was abysmal.

Rooms here are very spacious and good enough for couple. Locating this hotel was easy and banquet halls are nice and ambience is above average due to excessive use of dim yellow lighting. Food was good and service is prompt.

This hotel is right in the centre of the city which makes it easy for the tourist to travel for sight seeing. The railway station is close by and they also have cab facility. The food here is amazing, not so spicy but the food tatses good. They offer room services and have a good staff. There are several shopping areas around this place which makes it a good place to spend your vacation in the city.

Food is good. Ambience is also pretty good. Moving into the hotel in four wheeler is ok because they have valet parking. But, if you are on two wheeler, you will have to go to the basement from outside, park your vehicle, and come upstairs walking along rhe same route (as you don't have lift service for customers from basement). And then, if you are booking the banquets, be sure that they don't limit your ordered items. The items are not immediately refilled. By the time they refill, most of the people will already finished having their food. Very bad service… Whereas, the restaurant is worth visiting, for the taste to tingle on your tongue.

Choose room with windows. Room is really good n comfortable. Room service n front desk is very helpful. Breakfast is really good.

The arrangements have been decent enough by the hotel staff for the ICICI PRUDENTIAL MUTUAL FUND training. The team handling Summit hall has been in constant conversation in organizing things movement of chairs during the session has been a serious disruption for the session. The hotel was asked to use room fresher, which was expected to be done by them proactively and prior to the commencement of the session. It is suggested to the hotel 1. Keep an eye on the team within the hall, enforce them to being silent mode. 2. Concentrate on the halls rather than dense of staff at the reception. 3. Maintain hall before handing over to client.

There are two restaurants in Minerva Grand. One has buffet with for lunch and dinner. Resonalbly priced. Good verity dishes both in Veg and non-veg. Consists of both south and North Indian dishes. The place is huge and spacious with nice interior decor. Liquor is served here but is bit expensive.

The best hotel rooms and also the best location in Banjara hills! Only problem the food is too expensive for the quality they offer! Lots of fantastic restaurant in Hyderabad which offer great food for almost half the price! I think the location is what makes the food costly! Surprisingly though the room tariffs are decent compared to others in that area as they offer spacious rooms! And one warning though Don't take rooms in 1st floor It ll just spoil the night as the kitchen is just below and the whole night the cleaning crew work their magic with loud bangs and noises ull be just listening the sound of music rather than sleeping! Break fast is good though!

The food was not tempered properly and was bland. Even the soup was not hot enough adding for the irritation caused by irresponsive staff. On the lighter side, the pasta chef was great and his live counter is something to look forward here.

The hotel looks stunning and is well maintained. All the staff were polite and respectful. I was there to attend a National Conference. The banquet halls were awesome. Best place for a corporate / social meeting. The buffet was very awesome. Though thrre were limited items, but they were very good and tasty. Very excellent place to hang around with friends and family.

Its very good Hotel in Heart of the Secunderabad (very Near) and Good Quality, Maintenance, Services, Food, Facilities. Big Conference Halls available, very silent location, good amenities. Overall its good to stay here.

The place is good for stay and food. Front desk is horrible else would have given 5 star. Rooms are neat but has become old now. Needs renovation in the next year for sure.

I had one of friends party here it was awesome, the banquet hall is quite big for a party and the food taste really good, I heard they have a quite good room service here!

The hotel fares very bad in many parameters. Even basic necessity like Wi-Fi and TV is not good. Wifi seldom works and there are problems in TV reception daily. Food is worst. The same items are served daily. You can't find any eatable curry on the menu. There is no change in food menu. The rooms are small. The washing basin chokes with water. The shower taps are not working properly. It is like using expired products. The staffs are illiterate and unprofessional. They can't even read names while handing you your bills.

As a vegetarian we are really disappointed with the food quality. Not at all happy.

I used to be a regular goer to Minerva, but this time there was a cockroach in the napkin which spolit my whole evening. The staff ambience… It all good but they should take. More care about neatness and cleanliness.

It appears as a nice and modern hotel but services are far insufficient. Pros are: wide and pretty good variety of food, large rooms Cons: absolutely dirty location, room unacceptably dirty, towels, bed sheets, furniture, all dirty. Coackroach all over the hotel, in room, aisle. Definitely not to suggest.
