I had lunch at their restaurant along with my wife and Son. We enjoyed every item. Service was quick and with smile. This restaurant food is worth every penny we spend.

Tasty food. Good service. Ghee idli n fried rice here is my favourite. Not that expensive too.

This is a great place to celebrate your family events. Very much accessable by all modes of transport. The staff and workers are very friendly. Ambience is great and finally the main part food which is really very delicious.

Located. In paradise area of Hyderabad. The say it's the best hotel to stay the food the abmiance the reception everything is absolutely awesome. My stay was wonderful. The service was absolutely awesome and very responsive.

Tristar never disappoints with their food or service. This is a restaurant of choice for our family. The staff is very courteous and they never keep you waiting no matter how crowded the restaurant. The coffee here is praiseworthy and not to mention the evening snacks which are made mostly just then giving the freshness to the snacks.

The location of the hotel is really close to both the railway stations of Hyderabad. Rooms are exactly as they look in pictures. The food there is really delicious. I've see locals travelling a lot of distance just to eat their breakfast buffet. All the Facilities are as per their promise. It was a nice experience to stay there. Best for families and couples.

Great place for delicious North and South Indian dishes. Very hygienic and well maintained restaurant. Ideal for friends and family get togethers. Good for groups up to 20. Centrally located, open parking with valet facility. Efficient and attentive service. Wallet friendly. Cosy and comfortable seating and pleasant ambience. Tasty and delectable food. Good breakfast spread. Strongly recommended.

We haven't stayed here but had buffet at their restaurant. Food was great. Not that spicy and purely vegetarian. Has good variety including South Indian dishes and desserts. Ambiance is good. Loved the pictures on the wall inside the restaurant.

This is my favourite vegetarian restaurant since my childhood. I love the buffet here. The first two juices are always tasty. I love the navaratan gravy here. Live counter food is always a must to try. Overall 7/10 in my experience.

Nice hotel to stay at Secunderabad. Good 3 star hotel at reasonable price. Rooms are very spacious and food is very tasty.

Good place. Function hall on fifth floor is elegant. Staff is very responsive. However the entrance is unimpressive.

Good nice spacious rooms, courteous staff & food quality was good. But it seems the hotel is little old as some of electric switches were coming off the socket and telecom was not working properly (possibly only my room had these issues). Toiletries provided could've been better in quality. Overall good experience.

The rooms have a weird smell. This smell usually comes when u have not cleaned the curtains and sofa as well as the beds (not just bed sheets). All in all I would not recommend if u have a better 3star choice. U c. An definitely stay here if it's just for the night.

I love this place. It serves delicious vegetarian food. It is always our first choice when we go out for dining with our family.

Descent rooms. Beds are old. AC takes too long to cool down the room. Had to ask for toiletries; expected things to be in place in a star hotel and that kind of charges.

It is well located, just off of one of the arterial roads and close to buzzing market place. Yet, quiet enough for a good night's sleep! The rooms we're clean and the staff polite. All in all, it's a nice, value for money stay.

The food is good. The service can be better. I could hardly get starters post 2:00 pm and the desserts were not available post 2:30 pm. Maybe, they didn't plan for larger crowd.

Like this hotel because it has got veg only restaurant. Good and cordial reception. Complimentary breakfast with tasty veg food. I had a problem with bathroom which was leaking. When reported, I was immediately offered an alternative room. Will stay again in the next visit.

I went to attend a family get together function in this Tristar Hotel. The get together went on very well. All our families were seated very nicely and the food items that were served were simply SUPERB. There were so many dishes of both North Indian and South Indian types with plenty of choices for any one/every one and the quality and taste of these items was EXCELLENT in every way. The Hotel Management is very courteous and cordial to it's guests and the Staff are very well behaved and offered an EXCELLENT SERVICE to the best satisfaction of all.

You get value for money here. In such a central place the room rents charged are highly reasonable. The food served is of high quality. Rooms are big and spacious. The staff is extremely polite and cooperative. They are always eager to help you. Now there is no bar in the hotel. If they make minor changes like new carpets, bathroom fittings it can add further value to their business.

We had lunch at this vegetarian hotel, the meal had a great variety, and we didn't feel bloated as generally felt in some other vegetarian hotels. Loved the food, great taste, courteous staff. All in all a must visit for vegetarian food. On the 5th floor we have an option for a vegetarian buffet, and the spread looked delicious.

Rooms are really good and the service too. There is a proper reply from the management and thank you guys really had a nice time over ther.

I have been visiting this hotel from past ten years and had been enjoying the lavish buffet lunch. There is no change in the taste at all. The food is very yummy. Its value for your money. Its a very good place for small parties. Its centrally located and has a very good view.

Pleasant staying. Foods tests extra oridinary. Breakfast good, but all of my three days staying, items found same repeat, no changing menu. Staffs are freiendly, but Wi-Fi very very weak, improvement necessary.

Very great ambience very good service food was awesome keep up good work we had to call staff 3 times at all they don't come once we call. So staff should improve.

I have not stayed at the hotel but my dinner experience is always amazing. It's a great place for vegetarian food and is also a safe bet. Always has a good variety of dishes to choose from and amazing desserts. By the end of the dinner I can assure you that it always leaves me in a food coma.

On 17th of June, being a Saturday, it was my best friend's birthday! So we decided to go on a buffet lunch at TAJ!
I had this app called Little App which showed me some discounts on buffet lunch here including on weekends!
I had called Taj 2 days before the lunch to obtain confirmation regarding the offer and it was confirmed!
So we decided to come here for lunch!
As soon as we enter, the manager's welcome, too unpleasant!
We asked him where can we sit!
He answered rudely, go to the corner table!
Well I got a little pissed off but I didn't want to spoil my friend's birthday!
We had our lunch which was not bad!
When it was time to pay the Bill, I had called the manager to accept the offer which was mentioned!
The manager again sounded ruthless by mentioning "I don't accept the offer"!
Is it his restaurant not to accept!?
Ok fine! The next thing he mentioned was " We won't cancel the bills now you have to pay"!
Did we mention we won't pay?
Did we come across Taj to have free food?
A few 100 bugs of discount would matter?
We wanted to avail the offer because it was there! As simple as that!
I wonder how can a person like that was chosen to be the manager!?
Is it the way one behaves with the customers?
I had close associations with Tristar because many of the family functions and get togethers happened there!
But this incident has completely disappointed me!

Firstly let me start with the location, it is located in the opposite lane of Swapnalok complex. And coming towards the room, service and availability. They have well maintained rooms and stuff too. The service is quite quick and appreciative. Well, in short, this spot is good enough for a basic dinner or for a planning a particular event. Thanks.

This three-star hotel is the best to reside for someone coming for a business trip or a family holiday to Hyderabad. Conveniently located on SD Road, its easy accessibility and nearness to a major railway junction and a bus station make it the best option. The staff is very formal and courteous. You get the valets' attention even if you pull over on the other side of the road. The interiors are elegant and modern with a clean look. Various design elements greet you at every nook and corner of the building with the diffuse lighting adding to the overall drama. The rooms are a mix of contemporary security features with elegant classic designing with a diwan corner, LCD TV, mini bar, comfortable double beds, and plush bathrooms. The food is tasty. Staff are attentive with a prompt room service. With many of the tourist attractions nearby, its closeness to major bus and railway station, and the three-star comforts make this place a reasonable choice of stay tourists and business people.

Breakfast buffet is up to the perfection. Sambar, Appam was the show stealer. Rice Pongal was too good. Would love to come back and I strongly recommend for get togethers, meet ups with friends and family.

Food is good but only if its complimentary. otherwise not worth the cost. stay is good service is also satisfactory. Free Wi-fi.

Customer support is too bad. Poor infrastructure, worst electrical system, which can cause damage to your costly devices. My iPhone latest version got completely damaged there. Room Service is also pathetic. If you require peaceful stay, don't prefer Taj Tristar.

Food was okay, its the staff and ambience @ dakshin that wasn't pleasing.

Decent hotel and price is high as this is tri star.

Based on reviews preferred this place but was disappointed. Food was bland. I felt it s overrated. Service is OK.

In the hotel the waiters are responsible to audience the food is nice and washroom.

A once great venue for everything from Coffee. Their coffee shop isn't that good or very active any more. Most of their business comes from their renting out the venue to weddings and other parties so their in-house restaurant that had one of the best North Indian and Punjabi tandoor food is now a pale shadow of its former self with an over simplified menu and shoddy quality service. Food takes too long to arrive, wait staff are indifferent at best. I stopped going here a year ago and recommend you try Minerva or the Blue Bee nearby for an evening out. For dinner, go to Paradise or Minerva.

Celebrated our 30 year High School Reunion Party on Dec 22, 2013. Hospitality of Staff were excellent and Food is simply superb! Super Clean Rooms. Added bonus of Free Breakfast buffet! Five Star Service in a Three Star Hotel. Strongly Recommend.
