A good hotel, the restaurant downstairs is really nice as well, try Pongal here it's really good, very friendly staff, had stayed here for a night while on temple visit! Although we had few problems regarding hot water in the morning, the staff made sure we got a hot bath and were quick to address the problem!

It's a pretty decent hotel to live overnight for 2 days. The food was good.

Economical place. Non ac rooms are too hot in summer.

Old construction so you cannot expect more. Apart from that all is good.

Located in the main area. Ambience and facilities are good but cost is high even for a non AC room. Except that everything is good, rooms are maintained well.

Rooms at chela are decent and the service is good. Even though the charges are high you will have a pleasant stay at chela residency.

Centrally located in Kumbakonam with good access to most modern facilities. It is also located in a commercial are and there lots of shopping options! The location I also convenient to visit the major temple attractions in Kumbakonam. The rooms are fairly clean and the staff is prompt and friendly. The pricing might seem a little high but is well worth the services provided. It also has a restaurant with good food and amazing Coffee!

This place is a pretty old one. Do not expect clean newly painted walls. Even AC outlet is put inside toilet. We stayed in a family AC Room (4 beds). We didn't like it much. But this is at the center of Kumbakonam town.

Good economic place to stay with family. Non AC family rooms are quite big. Overall ambience is good and hotel located in main road. Only issue is restroom odour which they need to arrest.

Not a bad place to stay. Room service needs a bit of improvement. Room was clean and tidy.

Good service… nice taste it's ok… still can improve on North Indian dishes… neat and clean… can have an AC room.

Under renovation, so no lift and loud noise from the work in progress. The water here is also murky. Check with the hotel on progress of the wor before booking. I have stayed here in the past & has been convenient.

Hotel is located in the heart of the city, Rooms are good and clean enough, price is reasonable. Parking facilities needs improvement. No attached restaurant, but nearby restaurants are good.

In heart of the city. Good value for your money. Neat and clean rooms… nearest to famous temples. Surrounded by good veg, non veg hotels. I like to stay here next time also.
