Very good comfort, polite service Enjoyed it Very cheap.

Pleasant stay for 3 days in Chennai, connectivity with all mode of transport across the city, also so many beaches near by and other places to hangout. If you are going Chennai and want to visit beaches stay here.

The hotel looks like a new property, managed well, kept clean. The issue is with AC in my friend's room leaking, toilet flush not working properly, and power tripping throughout the night in my room alone at night. The night management resolved the issue, but it was an issue I could've done without. I just hope they resolve these issues with every room so it becomes a perfect stay option.

Decent Hotel but over priced.

Rooms are OK but for the price it could be better. Located in prime heart of the city. Washrooms need to be maintained properly.

There is lot of scope for improvement. Staff totally non cooperative, unprofessional and worst thing is that even if you book this hotel fab hotel customer care is least interested to help you. Worst experience. Only breakfast was good.

Location and cleanliness is good. Staff is courteous. Though can improve on the breakfast menu option.

From thre reception the receptionist mallu old lady is very rude then how people will take rooms there? She is very slow also.

Fantastic stay with clean and decent rooms… The north Indian meals you get at the next door restaurant are amazingly filling and tasty.

At times the pipe water is salty and not good for taking bath. The drainage plumbing is not done properly (maybe connected to sewage pipe of closet) and the restroom is filled will harmful gases, if you keep the exaust fan on, then it will suck in more gas from the drainage pipe. It can be life threatening at night.

Everything is good. Hot water is not available.

Myself William Fernandes stayed at the property. Front office staff very helpful especially Miss Lata. Helped us a lot in transportation and guidance to go about the city. Food especially chinese was very tasty. Please improve on the breakfast which is cold and not much of a choice. Coffee not good at all.

They provide decent room and service. Serve good variety and tasty non vegetarian foods. If you rely on pubilc transport you have to walk 5 to 10mins to reach nearest bus stop.

Stayed here from morning to evening, it's a neat no-frills business hotel. Clean rooms and AC was working as expected. Recommended for people on a quick day trip to Chennai.

Good hotel. Some cons are — Beds too soft that you may almost get a back ache if you have such issues. Caretaker of the dining area was a little rough with the customers.

Booked for Rs. 1000/night through goibibo. It's a decent hotel. But we were provided with used blankets and pillow covers. So after requesting at reception they changed it. Although good quality food but very limited options.

We especially want to thank the housekeeping staff Sarvanna and Praveen for their effeciency and the assistance in housekeeping it was a pleasure to walk into a clean and fresh room each and every day of our 5 night stay. I personally feel that this is very important to guest cleanliness and these guys did it 200%. Hats off to them. To the reception staff Krishna wow what a guy really helpful always willing to assist making all our cab bookings on time so that we could enjoy all the touring in and around Chennai as well as the madam at front desk very friendly and Sanjay the student boy Great staff including the friendly watchman pa and not forgetting the resturant staff with freashly preprepared meals breakfast was the order of the day tops, also all the troubles with meals at late hours much appreciated.
