Superb 4 star hotel. The hotel is located in very near to Ernakulam north railway station. Well trained staffs and very good restaurant.

Very nice place to stay in kochi. The rooms are excellent so is the staff! Buffet menu for breakfast and dinner are amazing. The food is fresh, you get plenty of choices as well, fruits, juices, main course, etc. There's swimming pool, spa, and gym as well, open to all. Overall it was a really good experience to be here.

The hotel is located on a one-way road and not very evident due to the flyovers around it. However once you are in, there's enough space for parking a few vehicles. Have a nice lobby and also a few conference rooms for business meetings and the like. Food is good, but doesn't have variety for a veggie… Non-veggies have quite a few dishes. At least that's what I could find in the buffet… I guess that could also be a menu specific to the business event. Didn't stay there and hence cannot comment on the rooms. The staff is very pleasant…

Rooms are good. Food need to be worked upon. View is also good. Worth money. Rooms were big and comfortable. I was basically on vacation so it's was a relaxing experience for me. Amenities were good and all services were good. Breakfast was also good.

The place is centrally located. The property has some richness with large rooms. Amenities make it a first choice in Cochin too. Breakfast spread and variety is also nice. A must stay place for business as well as tourists.

The hotel is absolutely superb and we'll within budget. The hotel is just next to Lissie Metro station and hence commuting around city or going to famous LULU mall is not at all any issue. The location of hotel is excellent and within city. The food is tasty and had variety including Jain food. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The pool is very well kept and maintained. The hotel staff is courteous and helpful.

I stayed there for 3 days. The bedrooms are spacious and clean with A/C. The bed was very comfortable. People working here are very polite. Great experience. Loved the stay. Super friendly staffs. Most importantly, the metro station is right near to the hotel entrance giving a good city connectivity. Nice food… They have a fast food corner separate from the main hotel… And their service is very good. The staff was very helpful and the food was extremely good. The valet parking facilities were also excellent.

Great experience from each person working for this hotel. Extremely good attitude towards the customers. Each designated Managers are well behaved and kind. The Hotel we're well maintained and cozy.

The bedrooms are spacious and clean with A/C. The bed was very comfortable. People working here are very polite. We just had some problems sometimes with the key access to the room, it wasn't working all the time. The staff was however always available to solve the problem. It was sometimes also a bit complicated to get understood.

We stayed overnight before catching a morning flight. The hotel is a tad far from the airport, but is closer to city center. The PGS Vedanta is right next to one of Ernakulam's brand new metro stations. Should be ideal if you like to hop on for a ride. The hotel is easily noticable. The room we booked was Deluxe and was well furnished. It is a little odd to have the restaurant adjacent to the reception with open door. We were welcomed with the smell of food. We are neutral about it. The breakfast was good, had plenty of options with a live counter. The bathroom has an issue. The water from shower didn't go down the drain since it was blocked. We were left with bathroom with an inch of water on the ground and literally making it unusable. However, we were done with it and ready to checkout. Otherwise, we had a good stay and the staff were friendly and courteous. Wouldn't mind going back to The PGS Vedanta.

Beautiful room nice location nice hotel very tasty and values for money food everything is fine but the reception desk experience is not much good. It may they don't like the customer those who bought room at discounted price in pick time season. Rest of good. Need to improve their hospitality manners.

The pool could have been more deep but nonetheless, a great experience. The restaurant serves italian, Chinese, Continental and Kerala special dishes. 100% recommended for both tourists and working professionals.

I would not recommend staying in this hotel. There are far more better hotels in the area with the same price range. The hotel was very old, the walls were scrapped, The water in the shower was filling the bathroom, and although we were two in the room; the complementary breakfast was only offered for one.

I spent two nights at this hotel, on a business trip. Had booked a deluxe room through MMT at a decent tariff, which included breakfast. Overall, very satisfactory experience. The hotel is right next to the Lissy metro station; absolutely great if you need to get to the Airport via Aluva, or visit the malls in Edappally. Room is spacious, well furnished and comfy. Although it's right next to the metro, it's pretty quiet and any noise of the traffic doesn't come through. The only let down is the breakfast, which I felt suffered from a lack of imagination and the Wi-Fi. The South Indian breakfast items were uninteresting, while the English breakfast was restrictive in items. No bacon or potato crisps. Coffee was a complete loser; imagine having no filter coffee! For dinner, I ordered a chicken sizzler and regretted not having asked for a biryani or something else. The sizzler was expensive and the quantity was good for a sampling. Overall, 1 star less just because the food is expensive and not really up to the mark. I recommend staying at the hotel, but eat elsewhere. Kochi has plenty of options. Wi-Fi is pathetic and you are better off carrying your own dongle.

Really liked our recent stay at the hotel. Pros: Nice interiors, cosy rooms, clean bathrooms, courteous managers & staff. Cons: Outdoor swimming pool can be good recreation place for family, single guests only if management care to install a colorful screen (easily available) near the boundary fences to prevent pervert eyes from nearby buildings to stare at people in pool. Myself and 3 friends stayed here in deluxe room for a day last week. The front desk was very pleasant and the rooms were well maintained. They got an our door swimming pool and a gym. A standard complimentary breakfast was provided. Staff were friendly and overall good service.

Hotel is excellent. Breakfast is good with many varieties. Near to metro station so can go to Lulu.

Have a parking area … it has a twist of attraction… especially the outdoor dine pappans makes it more pleasureful… a small spot for relaxing in a big busy city…

Had food from here for onam sadya but sad to say that the food was frozen. To pgs why you guys serve us cold food, we are giving you more money than outsiders, for the a good service.

Nice affordable place with very helpful staff. Extremely clean and in the heart of town. This is a business hotel, it's not a touristy place. They have a nice pool and a gym, but there is no sight seeing close by. That's not a worry because you can get an Uber most of the time. The buffet breakfast is excellent in my opinion, you get some Kerala dishes, some North Indian dishes, even cereal, toast with jam butter and eggs.

Good luxury place to stay in cochin. Liked the swimming pool on 2 floor. Less crowed in centre of cochin. And breakfast was good but could have included more options. Service in restaurant nedd to be fast its a bit slow. Rest good hotel.

OMG the worst buffet I've ever tried … No choices of dishes … poor service. Wen I complained the F n B manager his attitude was shit … arey… He wud reduce some amount for me. Wat a favour! … As if I ve gone to beg for some food … Actually they had a bday party going on upstairs n instead of arranging them separately, the heavy rush came nto the restaurant n it was noisy. Crowded. No chair to sit … N wait n queue long way to take the food. At least they shud have the courtesy to say that n prevent public form entering rather than being money motive … It was a very bad experience n I went to give a bday treat for ma son … Totally depressing … Poor poor poor service. Too bad.!

I would recommend none shud choose dis hotel for food tymz. 11-02-2017 v went fr buffet der. Me n family goes fr buffet fr every good celebz. To chat, have lots f fun n lots f foodie. But wat d hel. Food s really bad. Dey wer not providin ney food der. Nly 2 variants f food was fr non veg. One was chiken n other was fish curry. I donno wat type f buffet is it. Plus d food der. We got into the pappans kitchen! It was overly priced. The service was bad. The food was not fresh. My wife ordered porotta and chicken curry which was not fresh! The chicken was full of water and did not have any masala on it! Overall it was a bad lunch!

One of the best 3 star Hotel near to Ernakulam North Railway Station and Bridge. Try booking via goibibo to get super tariff.

Pappan's restaurant serves very good Kerala Delicacies.
