I have been to these restaurant couple of times. First time we went for the buffet dinner. It was simply awesome. The second time the food was not that good compared to the first visit. Overall I could say its a good restaurant if you prefer buffet.

Location and parking space good… awesome food and ambience… good space for corporate meetings.

Harbour View Residency is a centrally air-conditioned luxury business hotel that stands amidst all conveniences and facilities. Situated approximately 2 kilometres from the railway station, the hotel is at close proximity to most of the major shopping malls and other hotspots. Located opposite the Cochin Shipyard on M. G. Road, Harbour View Residency is a well known business hotel. The hotel offers four room types — Standard Room, Executive Room, Deluxe Room and Suites. All the rooms are well equipped to ensure a comfortable a stay.

I attended a farewell party of my colleagues in this hotel. Their treatment was nice and their mouthwatering food items will be always remembered.

The ambience is cool to be with Friends or Family for having Dinner at Open Flame Style. I felt the taste of food can be made little bit taster with Kerala Style Spicy format.

The hotel though by the road side was not easy to spot. The parking facilities are just about adequate. The food served was just fine. The overall feel of the hotel is not up to mark with the newer hotels that have come up. Still they offer decent value.

Food is really awesome buffet is the main option in the restaurant. The bar have a good ambiance. And you can also get the liquer in the restaurant itself. Rooms are old, ac cooling is low. Bath tub really small. Mini refrigerator is good. Neatly maintained rooms.

The grill buffet is at a value for money spread… not as extensive… even taste is ok…

Breakfast is complimentary for people who stay here. Quick access to main shops. Only 5 minutes from VFS global center.

This hotel is very good… There service of everything is mind blowing. Nd the food is very delicious… I stayed there for 7 days… Nd the gud thing is they give us complementry breakfast which is mouthwatering…

The hotel is not up to the mark as expected. The restaurant inside the hotel is quite costlier. No newspaper delivered in the morning at the room. Cleaniness may be improved. For a mineral water costing MRP RS 20 to be delivered at room, they charge RS 47 out of which RS 20 for service and rest for VAT. Overall not satisfied.

Good buffet dinner with unlimited barbecue at the open flame restaurant. Except for the dessert, the food was too good and worth.

Second time here. Hotel room condition degraded. Not much effort done to recondition the toilet and room. Wifi is weak too. No complains about the bar after a long day.

Yes. A perfect place to eat out. Unlimited barbeque is good and tasty, but the staff are not as aggressive as barbeque nation. Also the waiting time for serving unlimited barbeque is high. Family kiosks are not available.

This is nice restaurant which is inside the city itself. It has ample parking space and the reception was very warm. But I felt like this is not the top hotel or restaurant at ernakulam. I felt there are still room for improvements.

One of the best non veg buffet in town for the price you pay. Now they even have barbeques just like barbeque nation. Best part is here you will get alcohol as well.

An excellent place. Unlimited barbecue + buffet lunch cost only 500 (tax extra). Beer is also served here. I loved it.

I had a buffet dinner from Open flame kitchen at Harbour View Residency. The restaurant had a good ambience. The buffet included a soup, unlimited barbecue, main course and desserts. It was a very good buffet for the price.

Just a average hotel. Old and deteriorating structures. Staff lacks adequate hospitality. Room rates are affordable. Good discounts on travel sites. Smallest room good enough for two people.
