Regular visitor for business purpose. Excellent service and behavior from all the staff. Restaurant not available but we will get room delivery from nearby restaurants. Excellent place to stay with family.

It's just near Lissie metro stop… Rooms and services are good… Cost wise it's great… Good ambience … (*** this is only applicable… If u r loving your cars) The most worst thing s parking… Since parking area and the local bus stop are at the same place. If we parked our vehicle, in the parking, through out the day it s under sunlight… Alot of thumb impressions on the car boot glass etc… Somebody keep their bag on our boot while waiting for bus and all…

It's location is very good. Allows 24hr check in and out any booking gives you 24hrs in the room. Very clean. Rooms are really tiny, as long as you are prepared for that, it's ok. Room lighting and coffee/tea making facility is good. Access to the hotel from the street is up some rickety stairs, so be prepared to lift your luggage and don't expect much help from the staff. I also did not get the roon I booked. Got one with tiny twin beds instead of the deluxe double we booked. It was so late at night when we checked in, we didn't realize then. In the morning when we woke up with Crick's in the neck and stiff backs, was when we realized. The hotel manager though has offered a compensatory night the next time.

Good room only set-up for the price it asks for. Neat and clean rooms, comfy bed and good quality linen. Clean toilets and above all good air conditioning and a very welcoming staff.

A very good lodging facility provided by the concern a neat and tidy rooms are maintained with a lot of amenities and also room services is good. The most important part is that it is near to the metro station so that it is easy to access the entire city in a few minutes and also faster mode of transportation. The only problem of the residence is it have a limited parking space and not more than 4 to 5 cars…

Great experience. Loved the stay. Super friendly staffs. Most importantly, the metro station is right near to the hotel entrance giving a good city connectivity. A great experience. The restaurant serves italian, Chinese, Continental and Kerala special dishes. 100% recommended for both tourists and working professionals.

Fabulous location just directly opposite the Lissie metro station and just 3 minutes walk to the Ernakulam North railway station. Rooms are very contemporary and modern. Clean. Comfortable. Showers are good and strong and comes with hot water. Staff are helpful and friendly and very quick to attend to needs. Comes with free Wifi although speed is a little slow. Highly recommended place.

I'm glad to give 5 stars… Just loved it Eagerly waiting to visit again… Also receptionist were really good and they helped us to visit other places… Only after entering into room I realised that the money I've paid is more worthier than its value.
