We ordered four grilled chicken sandwiches & got only two, when asked why they said their grill has some problem that too after 35minutes of waiting. Never heard such an excuse from a hotel of this caliber.

Its a good hotel available in Ernakulam. I visited there to attend an exam conducted by the british council. It was a good experience. It was a better experience.

It is a place I used to visit when I am in and around m. G road. The cafe here is good. Love the 12layer cake here. Service is also good. The smiling faces here is not that we can see very common in other places. And the menu is affordable and the taste for food is good at the same time.

Cleanliness on point, their kettuvallam buffet is my favorite, have been visiting this place for over 5 years now. The view is fantastic, a great place to visit with family and friends.

Stayed here for about 14 days. The hotel is awesome with well appointed rooms and a location to die for. The food is delicious and the spread of buffet meals is so vast that couldn't cover it all in the 14 days that I stayed there.

Excellent location. Cost effective hotel. Right in the centre of Cochin. Malls and other main shops at walkable distance. Food served was delicious. Rooftop pool was well maintained and clean. Room was spacious but it was Dusty… cleanliness was not up to the mark. Even the corridor carpets were Dusty and seems like it has not been cleaned for few days. Staffs were nice and well behaved.

I visited hear for my IELTS Examination. The security staffs are well behaved and gives necessary helps. It have a good parking area and air conditioned.

There's a nice cafe in the plaza. Food is OK if you choose South Indian breakfasts. Nothing spectacular. But they have a nice array of English breakfast and choice of pastries at their patisserie.

Went here for a family function and found the place quite good. The parking was ok and the hall well arranged. The food was excellent. The staff at all points were quite friendly and really helpful. Surely I will recommend the place for a similar party or get-together.

Abad Plaza is a hotel in the MG Road near to Centre square shopping mall. This hotel runs a nice restaurant also. Courteous staff I had a nice time there.

Comfortable place to stay. Perfectly placed. The reception and all service staff were very helpful and cordial very clean and comfortable place to stay. Good ambiance and clean atmosphere is maintained. Free Wi-Fi, free parking, great pool and a perfect restaurant.

Food ok, reception service pathetic, because whenever we ask regarding any service in the reception, they will start, this is chargeable, that is chargeable, they should understand that. We go there because we can afford the charges, why then use such stupid terms,

I had the onasadya from Abad Plaza. Food was really good and so was the service. Except for the part that few of the side items were not served to us, everything was great.

Good and spacious hotel. Old interiors are a let down. Value for money. Right in MG Road, but very quiet at night. Old central Air Con blowers are an irritant at night. Good staffs, but some stare at you with suspicion.

It's hygenic maintained service by housekeeping & staff. The food was good.

Stayed there a few years back. Good rooms. Restaurant with buffet service. Outside you have Canopy restaurant, a bakery, convenient store and a place to book rental packages for car, their other hotels & resorts etc. Abad Atrium stands exactly behind Plaza. Located in the centre of the town.

Not all rooms have great view, some rooms have defective AC. Food is okay, the only good thing about this hotel is the location, surrounded by many super malls. Room service is slow. Food quality is average.
