I just checked into Room 1112 this morning and it is shocking to know the size of Superior room offered to me is too small against the pictures these people share on net.
The bath room has lot of fallen hair from previous guest.
The cups are absent on the mini bar No where near to Raddison standards.

It's a nice hotel and services are extremely good.

Happened to attend a conference at the Main hall (forgot the name) The place is spacious and the arrangements were too good. Will recommend for events and parties. Rooms are also ambient and pleasant.

I went there so as to attend the ielts examination held there by British council, for which I was a candidate. The hotel staff was very hospitable and charming, and the facilities provided was, arguably, among the best offered in any hotels or resorts. It may be because of the fact that we were examinees, and we had to journey through the back area of the property, and it was to a degree, confusing. Other than that, I had a very pleasant experience.

Awesome. Visited Mainland China here and Chinese buffet here was awesome. Good tasty food. Since it was table buffet, spread was limited but fish/chicken/vegetarian all was good.

It has 2 restaurants — Keisha multi cuisine and Mainland China — Chinese restaurant. Keisha has buffet lunch and dinner. Rooms are neat, clean and well maintained. Hotel staff is helpful and friendly. Easily noticable from main road with good parking facilities. Since the structure was developed by Dreams group I didn't find the signature Radisson Blu infrastructure.

I stayed here for four nights. I booked double bedroom but they upgraded to business room. The business room was nice as seen in photo. There were lights all around. The was lot of space in the room and two televisions. There is a massage chair too to relax. The pool is on top floor and is maintained well but compared to other hotels I stayed the pool area is small. The foo was awesome. The service was good and front staff was nice.

One of the Five star luxury hotel formerly known as "Dreams". Ambient car parking, polite staffs, excellent auditoriums can conduct corporate parties and wedding functions. Food quality is excellent and bar is ambience is excellent. As it's a Star hotel, pricing is on a bit higher side.

It was an excellent experience there. It has ample car parking. The lobby is superb. The rooms are superb… The convention centre is excellent… The restaurant here serves yummy food… I had been for only few hours der still I love to be back der… Waiting eagerly to stay one day or the other…

Had an awesome stay. We got a free upgrade and the room was superb, though washroom was quite small. Breakfas buffet was sumptuous. But food we ordered in room fish that wasn't upto mark. Overall good stay would like to come back.

One of the good hotels in Kochi. Specially recommended for families. Parking facility is there. Nice staff. Dining also good. Recommended to everyone.

Excellent service as usual at Keshia restaurant. Opted for the buffet. As always they were very flexible serving extra stuff not in the buffet like Pasta, Green Tea etc. At no extra cost and service with a smile.

We stayed here on 23 March for 1 day. Hotel is nice with gentle staff. Room which I booked was pretty small, and bathroom too congested, you have to handle yourself carefully while standing in front of mirror. Pool is well maintained. Roof top bar is nice. Lobby is well maintained.

Good property of Radisson. I have stayed in many being a member but this one is one of best for hospitality, cleanliness, room lighting, health club and good food as well. Had some north Indian dishes even that was good.

This is very good hotel just out of city. No good view out of window. They have nice swimming pool and good restaurant. They have good and professional staff with English skill.

Earlier, this hotel was known as DREAMS. One among few hotels in Cochin with five star grade. Popular location for business meets and corporate events. The elevator in this hotel is very fast. You will reach on top floors in few seconds.

For Germans it is more like a 2-3 star hotel. Pool I would not use as milky water. Was there a guest of 9.2.18 — 12.2.18. Otherwise, I will continue with the previous speaker. Location rather not so good for pedestrians, nice and cheerful/friendly staff. Helpful.

We checked into a business class room and it was very spacious n classy! Loved the breakfast spread with wide variety of dishes from continental to South Indian. The massage chair was a big add on! Totally loved it!

Good places for casual as well as formal dresses… Plenty of collection for tops but less for pants. Staff behaviour is good and cooperative. Trail room is bit hot and get sweat soon. Other than this a tremendous shoping experience.

Extremely warm cordial and caring staff. The Hotel and the rooms are well maintained and clean. The hygiene levels are excellent. The food is sumptuous. I stay there regularly for years now.

It was nice time during our stay. Good service; clean; prompt attention. Meals and breakfast cuisines were worth and of varied quality.

Comfy rooms as I have checked out Business Class and Delux rooms. Attentive staff and awesome room service. But careful with the door swipe cards. They might stop working all of a sudden and the replacement could take you long wait hours.

Great property to stay… I experienced a Business class room. Upkeep of the room and premises infrastructure was superb and also every staff you meet were very courteous. I must thank the entire staff of Radisson Blu Kochi for a royal stay of mine.

Most pathetic service. We ordered starters and they arrived after an hour and while ordering starters we ordered main course and it arrived one hour after we finished starters. We asked the staff to expedite the serving the response was "sir we are preparing all the main course on the 1st floor and it will take time" to add to our woes the menu had just 3 or 4 veg dishes, cutlery was not properly cleaned there were lizards around and the food was too spicy. most pathetic service redison blu.

The whole experience was great. The staffs were very polite and courteous. My flight was at 4 AM so I called the reservation team and for an early check-in. The normal check-in time is at 2 PM. Still they gave me early check-in without charging a penny. The facilities like GYM and SPA were top notch. The whole place was very neat and tidy. The location is perfect and right in the center. Even the facilities are good, it looks old with some wear and tear.

This is business hotel about half an hour drive from Kochi airport. Neat and clean rooms are available with a decent breakfast spread. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Went for party and the food was good. Parking area is under renovation with paving interlock tiles. Hence faced with navigation issue.

Radisson Blu in Kochi is located in a ghastly area and at least 5 km from the centre. What that means in India can be imagined if you know about the endless masses of vehicles and the traffic that is barely too crowded.
First of all, everything seems to make a decent impression. The high-rise — seems almost new, unlike everything in the area —, which of course it isn't. It is also a purchased building, similar to other Indian cities, has been somewhat renovated, but seems quite unusual again. Everything is worn out on close inspection, which applies not only to the rooms, but also to the restaurants, the pool area on the highest floor or the ghastly "room terrace. "
Like all hotels, this one is completely "overstaffed. " People often get in the way. Nevertheless, they are mostly friendly, apart from one of the reception staff, who always asks personal questions and makes a bit of the diva there.
The rooms are equipped with everything, although without dawn rushes and only sometimes with puffs. Otherwise, everything is complete. Although the rooms are well insulated to the outside, so that the street noise does not — as in the Radisson in Bangalore — enters the rooms, you can hear everything through the doors, right down to the gong of the elevator. So it's very clairvoyant. For this, the rooms are pleasantly bright.

This hotel located at SA road, Kadavantra, Cochin may be a suitable option if you on business travel. The hotel property belonged to a different group and was rechristened to Radisson Blu in the recent past. The rooms are comparatively smaller if you compare other Radisson Blu hotels. The Mainland China restaurant at the hotel was nice. The front desk and reservation desk were friendly and helpful. Generally easy going and flexible in terms of checkout timings.
