A neat / decent place to stay while visiting Kochi. We didn't try the in-house restaurants though. Not much to complain about apart from the congested parking space in the basement.

Very good hotel for the price I paid. The hot water got activated on request in the evening. Rest of the stay was pleasant. Try the ground floor restaurant for a meal. We enjoyed our football world cup match in their bar. And clearly they were not expecting so much crowd there. But overall, an absolute value for money.

Good atmosphere for conducting business seminars, birthday parties etc… they have got a big Hall at the top floor of the hotel… opposite to the enquiry they have a restaurant. Underground parking is also available… good hotel…

Good hotel to stay if you are not interested in "activities". The hotel has a good bar. Nothing to do in hotel if you don't drink.

Hotel is clean and staffs are courteous. Display board shows 4 star rated hotel, but neither they have swimming pool nor gym. Breakfast spread is also not that great.

Have visited for a birthday party. Hall was spacious and clean. Food was very tasty. Rear parking area is small but don't know if underground parking area present.

Nice hotel with decent food menu. The comfort in the rooms are really good, hospitality at the reception is above average. But when it comes to the housekeeping, the condition is average. For this level of service, what they charge for rooms is little bit costly. When it comes to roomservice again it is average. The restaurant got good ambiance, but the service is not up to the mark. They communicate very poor, they serve north indian, Chinese and their local menu, nothing attracts us and menu list also very short, it's not a place for quick bite for sure. Even to serve hot water they take 5 to 10 mins. Dinner was costly and menu is limited, taste is average, service below average. But breakfast is better then dinner, which is also complimentary for the hotel stay, bit again service is poor. Check — in is at 2 pm and check — out at 11am. Overall, this hotel is costly, when you check-in directly.

We had buffet lunch at Cochin Palace Hotel, Kadavanthra. Food was good and worth of Rs 299/ — with many variety of dishes including Veg / Non Veg. Staff has good attitude. Speedy filling the dishes.

Very good. Rooms are above average and very clean. Moreover the STAFF are very helpful and well mannered. Had been there for two days in Jan, 18. Truly a Value For Money budget hotel.

It is reasonable and good ambience Hotel. Greatest advantage is the location and they have pretty good halls to conduct gatherings and functions. It's good for the rate and location.

Boutique hotel but restuarant was functional only during the breakfast, lunch and dinner. Local cuisine was good, rooms were small but ok.

I went there to attend a seminar. It's a beautiful place with great infrastructure. Parking is also available in the basement for 4wheelers and behind the building for 2 wheelers.

It is bad restraint / bar to visit. Bar man and bar tender fighting in front of all customers. Cheeting bills producing after drinks. No plesent circumstances in the bar and restrant. Four flags are not making four star hotel. Very poor rating. Capt Chacko.

We were stay on 31st October. Hotel is very nice. Service is too good but leader of waiter in restaurant present on that night is arrogant. He didn't treat properly and behaves very cheaply with customers. Reception staff r very co-operative & always ready for service.

Pretty good experience. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The quality of food was good too. I had my engagement celebrated there and pretty satisfied with the decorations and service.

Decent rooms and decent food at a very low cost. But parking of car is a problem, as it is located on a busy street, but they manage. Choice of food is available. Breakfast is nice.

This is gonna be a pretty long review. Cochin Palace Hotel will always be special to me and my family. First visited this place for my best friend's baby' birthday celebration 2 years back. A small hall with good AC and real good food (veg & non-veg) — that was the first impression. The 2nd visit was for my own engagement. Though we were skeptical about the sadya they were to provide (as none had tried their vegetarian sadya yet), we still went with them. The sadya was really good, and the staffs there are so well behaved, serving everyone with a smile.
My brother's wedding reception also was held here — cz of their pleasing service, reasonable rates and real good food. Cannot stop gushing about the food they served. They're really good with both veg and non-veg. I, being a pure veg, totally loved the experience.
Their skill in service, cleanliness and organizing events is much appreciated.

Visited for lunch during the Biriyani festival. Having a very good variety of options of Biriyani. Tastes really good and special. The restaurant is very calm and luxurious. Would definitely visit this place again. Much recommended.

Went to the place with my family for lunch. The ambience is decent. Staff are friendly. Ample car parking available. Coming to the food. Food was utmost average. Nothing special. There wasn't a lot of waiting involved, we got the food pretty quickly. We ordered a number of different dishes and each dish was average utmost. Nothing special to remember or mention. If I had to pick one good dish amongst the ones I had, I would pick the chilly chicken I had. Pay a visit if you have no other choices.

The best hotel I have been. The rooms are neat and clean. The staffs are very friendly. Very Budget Friendly. The restaurant in the hotel is very good and the the dishes taste awesome. Highly recommended.

Me and my friends had stayed in this hotel last week. Hotel is centrally located in the heart of Kochi city. Good ambience. Warm welcome from entrance point onwards. All the staffs are very co-operative. Quick service provided by all of them. Food quality is also nice. They had made our stay as a memorable one. Special thanks team Cochin palace. I wish all the best and keep it up.

Good food but a little bit costly compared to other 4* hotels. Also there is no much privacy.
