Room is good and nice rooftop pool area. Food is also good but disappointed in service. When I asked for a smaller portion of a dish I was told they would accommodate but have to still charge me for the full size portion. Not what you expect when you are a long time member of Hilton hotels.

The terrace lounge with a poolside bar and romantic atmosphere for a perfect Romantic experience. Food and the cocktails were amazing. The service was great. Totally a great experience.

I visited this hotel for the first time on my latest official visit to Bangalore and was absolutely impressed by the staff and the services. The rooms are big and clean. The breakfast buffet had all the right options and the staff would go out of its way to make sure that the guests are taken care of. I would definitely recommend this hotel for all business travellers.

Loved staying at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and has all the facilities you could need. The staff is really friendly and very helpful. Especially the bar staff Mr Sushil and Mr Guru working at Equinox bar located in the hotel. They both were very friendly and helpful and made excellent cocktails during our stay! There was also a live dj providing music for the night as entrainment. The bar also features a big screen for sport events. The pool on the top floor is a great place to go and relax. Would highly recommend this hotel and bar. It definitely keeps up with high standards. Would gladly come stay here on my future travels to Bangalore.

What great service. In the bar area they had a chef making traditional food and serving it to resident. Just small bar snacks but my word they were beautiful. Thanks for a great stay in Bangalore.

The hotel rooms are quiet, cozy and comfortable. The staff is very friendly, helpful and polite and can go out of their way to help you. There were two instances when the staff did for me. The service is fantastic, and timely. The restaurant is great, and the restaurant staff are also very nice. The staff here would try to make you feel at home and thats what I love about them. The only downside about this hotel is its approach road, you have to take a u-turn of about 700m — 1km on the busiessest of the roads, apart from that, this is one the best hotels in Bangalore.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Food is good and buffets have excellent variety. Rooms are spacious and quiet. Gym is okay. Rooftop pool and terrace are as peaceful as it gets in Bangalore.

Excellent staff and service. Not for families as nothing other than swimming pool for children. Unless you have work in Sarjapur area I would not recommend staying there. Bangalore has the worst traffic.

Everting has been great — my room attendant Gopi makes each day special for me with a towel animal and the tea guy (I’ll get his name later) makes the best chi tea (it’s his moms recipe.

Went for a buffet on Sunday and the spread was pretty impressive. The food was good and pleasantly surprised on the service. Overall a great experience and would surely recommend. Ambience was good and Asia Alive had apt seating arrangements.

I had my best experience there… Couples who don't want any interference, need their space. Or even for family gathering… Decent food… sophisticate seating arrangements… and very good crowd… who like standards will like double tree too…

Hated it for multiple reasons 1. Absolutely no options for vegetarians. Their starters marked with green dots contain egg. So do their pastas. 2. Hotel staff though courteous is slightly slow 3. In non veg, the options are limited and preparation is not up to the mark. 4. Menu doesn't have anything to attract customer. 5. It does have a parking structure.

I've stayed at this hotel for at least over 60 nights and it is one of my favorite hotels I've had the pleasure to stay at. Personalized service, legitimate status privileges if you have Hilton honors, good selection in the dinner buffet every night and varying food specials every few weeks. Staff is very friendly and welcoming every time I visit.

Good hotel, lovely spacious room, nice facilities and good food. Pool and roof terrace is a little small but nice all the same. Fitness area is better than plenty of other hotels I've stayed in. Staff are very friendly and try to do all they can to make sure your stay is perfect. Main reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is the location. There isn't a great deal to do or see outside the hotel without risking the mental Bangalore traffic or jumping in a cab… but the hotel can provide you with a taxi so you're not stuck in all the time.

Wonderful hotel. Located inside myntri apartment complex. Tight security around the hotel and Ambience is up next level. It claims to be an nice hotel to stay. Very clean and tidy. Service is excellent and it has created a benchmark for itself.

All amenities are superb! Some things can still be improved: 1. Sauna/steam room & bathrooms are one floor below swimming pool — so one has go through lift just like that immediatly after swimming. 2. There should be lot more options for vegetarian/vegans for in-room dining, since cannot fathom a different dining area for vegetarians/vegans. With more options for in room dining, At least one doesn't have to keep looking at people have various meats and eggs! 3. If a member has booked for twin sharing, housekeeping should place amenities like soaps, toothbrush etc for 2 person!

Good hotel and restaurant. Breakfast is very nice and sumptuous. Lot of different cuisines are included. We also tried their lunch and dinner from the menu. The food was good, they prepared it to our specifications:). The service staff is friendly. Their rooms are well appointed and you can expect the Hilton amenities.

I just visited a friend who was staying at this hotel. Based on his feedback and my experience of spending a couple of hours there I found the hotel to be well maintained. The staff were courteous and the facilities were adequate for the price.

The new year party hosted here was good. The minus point was that there was no proper seating space. There were no tables. The food was not all that great. Dessert was very nice. The biryani's were decent. The liqour though was not much. They had only one brand of rum, Whiskey, gin and vodka. There should have been more. The bartenders were really nice.

The hotel service is very nice, it's quite amazing, hospitality is very good, neatness is like heaven. Service is a bit late but still it's adjustable. The food is very delicious the buffet is kind of OKAISH. Keep all that in mind I'll rate it as a 4.7 star hotel. The architecture of this hotel is quite pretty.

The rooms are COMPLETE in all aspects for a working person. It has inbuilt kitchen. One side of the building has a beautiful view. It has restraunt at the Ground floor with beverages. It has swimming at rooftop and also a Spa. It's a good package.

My room was large and well laid out with a kitchenette and sitting area for TV watching. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom includes a large shower. The staff was extremely gracious and helpful. The morning breakfast has a large selection and some made-to-order plates. Overall, I had a great stay.

Extremely disappointed with the substandard quality of the room of DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Bangalore I am staying in room no 206 today and the room lacks basic cleanliness to the extent even sofa seats cover in the room are torn. Disheartened with brand as my 1st experience was atrocious as my understanding and expectation were higher level of standard. Worst was when we told this to the lobby manager in evening, He came to the room still no action was taken. All we heard was that he would report this to the respective department tomorrow Now we plan to cut down our stay with them and plan to checkout tomorrow If you want to experience great hotel, I will surely not recommend this one. Specially when you are paying a premium for their standards

Rooms were decent, but could do with a bit of a refresh. Food was good. Waiting for a shuttle in the morning was reasonable before 800a, but poor afterwards. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a decent hotel in Bangalore.

The room is big and clean. Great shower. The hotel is farther from the road than most of the others on this street, so it's relatively quiet. Staff is very nice and helpful.

The place is located conveniently just off the ORR at Bellandur junction. It will be a good place for executives who has business at locations in and around Sarjapur road. The restaurant is very much open from the lobby, which may not be a great experience if you are looking for privacy.

Really loved the services. I stayed for two nights and 1 day. Really pleased with the staff. Friendly staff and helpful. The view from the suite balcony is amazing! No nonsense place for a great stay.

The staff gives a warm welcome and interacts at regular intervals to make you as comfortable as possible. The rooms are quite large and the dining is sumptuous and delicious.

I had a meeting on the 1st floor. The room was spacious and comfortable. The warm lighting was suitable for an afternoon meeting. After the meeting we were treated to a gorgeous buffet. The food was excellent and tasty too. I would recommend this place for meetings and briefings.

A great place to stay and be pampered and relax. From the minute you step out of the car you are made to feel very welcome. All staff make the stay convenience and extremely relaxing. Rooms are 5 star quality, very spacious and clean. And I would not forget to recommend this hotel to my friends, of course. Mahesh, Prem, Shaily, Sushil, Partiban, and Jothi, are gorgeous friendly staff and made my day more memorable. Thank you Hilton.

I visit this place regularly for the weekend breakfast buffet — in simple words — amazing food and staff and very pleasant ambience. Reasonable priced. I am not sure if, they offer lunch / dinner buffet though. Should start if not being offered.

I had the dinner buffet, there was nothing exceptional. Overall food is good. The staff is very helpful, they even got me something which was not on the buffet. The entire place looks like a drawing room (albeit a huge one) rather than a restaurant.

I had buffet. Deserts were good. The starters were okayish nothing great. Momos were bad and the main course was decent. The staff was very sweet though.
