Mixed Experience at Jamindar’s palace – Good Location, But Needs More Amenities.
The place has a prime location, making it convenient for stays, but it would be much better with amenities that actually suit a hotel of this caliber – think better facilities overall.
Service was good in general, but it needs a lot of improvement, especially in the restaurant where only 2 people were handling everything, causing long delays and waits. Breakfast buffet was a big letdown: very minimal selection with not enough items, and what was there lacked taste and variety. Restaurant food quality was similarly disappointing – bland flavors and inconsistent preparation.
AC didn’t work and then later resolved after complaining.
Prices feel high for the minimal amenities offered – definitely not value for money.
Overall, 2.5/5 stars. Potential here, but improvements needed.
It’s my suggestion to the owner of the hotel. People travel with small kids and they expect some good quality services from you. You don’t provide dining services after 10:30 Pm at night. People need milk for baby at night and without it baby cry out of hunger but you don’t provide it. This is painful for the family. So kindly at least be the gentleman and understand the problems then only it will be considered as good service.

The hotel property is good, and the rooms are neat and clean. The housekeeping team is doing an excellent job — they are polite, attentive, and provide very good service. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is pleasant.
However, I was extremely disappointed with the behavior of the front office department, including the reservation manager. Their attitude was very rude and unprofessional. As someone who also belongs to the hospitality industry, I strongly believe that basic courtesy and polite communication are essential when dealing with guests.
There was confusion regarding the Mandir dress code. When we asked at the front desk about the traditional attire requirements, they informed us that it was not mandatory. However, when we reached the temple, we were denied entry because full traditional dress was required. The front office team did not have proper knowledge of the rules and regulations, which caused us inconvenience.
Additionally, when I had an emergency official work and requested assistance because my system was not working, the response was rude and dismissive. The reservation manager was not even willing to speak properly. Even if a request cannot be fulfilled, basic courtesy and respectful communication are expected in the hospitality industry.
For local information and travel assistance, the front office staff seemed unaware and unable to guide properly.
