Hotel Prasanti

I have been staying at Hotel Prashanti for almost one month due to office work, and my experience here has been really wonderful. The hotel feels very comfortable and peaceful, almost like a second home during my work stay.
The rooms are always neat, clean, and well-maintained. The staff behavior is excellent — everyone is polite, supportive, and treats guests with great care and respect. Their service is quick and professional, which makes long stays very convenient.
One of the best things about this hotel is the food quality. The meals are very tasty, hygienic, and prepared with very less or almost zero oil, which is perfect for daily eating during a long stay. The food feels healthy, fresh, and homely every day.
Overall, my one-month stay here has been smooth and satisfying. I truly appreciate the hospitality, service, and food quality provided by the hotel. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Angul for work or personal trips.

Very disappointing experience. The staff behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. Rooms were not cleaned properly, and several things in the room were not working.
The food quality was very poor, and unfortunately two people in our group got food infection after eating here. On top of that, the staff was shouting at customers, which is completely unacceptable.
Overall, it was a very bad experience, and the hotel management seriously needs to improve hygiene, food quality, and customer service.

Worst service service.
They can't clean rooms on time…
Don't have good food options.
Rude staff.
Don't correct mistakes even after complaining multiple times.
Please avoid this hotel at all cost.
It doesn't justify the price you'll pay for it at all…

This is very nice place for staying with family or alone.
Big size AC rooms, well decorated, and room service also very good.

Reasonable rates, clean rooms with ac and washrooms with geyser, food is average and very expensive.
Overall, a great budget place to stay in Angul.

Ambience was quite premium. Food was top notch and the staffs are quite friendly and well behaved.

Fantastic service try this hotel once in your life time good people. Best hotel in angul.

The stay was disappointing. No complimentary water was provided, which is basic hospitality in most hotels. The receptionist was unfriendly and unhelpful, which set a negative tone right from check-in. The room itself was okay, but the service experience made it hard to enjoy the stay. Would not recommend unless improvements are made.

Overall, the experience at this hotel was good. You can enjoy 3-star facilities even in a developing city like Angul. And best part is 24 hours check-in/check-out.

Very unhygienic rooms. No specious. Only the hotel management wants to grab money from customer. If you book room with breakfast and paid it advance, then also they will charge the breakfast and the price is heavy. 1 Bada (Out side ₹5, Hotel Prasanti Price ₹30). 😌.

Very bad experience with staffs. They dont maintain a visitors log book. And even dont allow guests to the room. Very bad experience with this hotel. The behaviour with the reception staffs is quite unacceptable.

I have not availed rooms but only restaurant and ev chatgonh facility. While the reaturant is exorbitantly priced. They charged 600 ra for 2 tea and a plate onion pakoda for a non star rated facility. Ev charging facility is good but they don't have power back up which kills the good experience.

I have visited prasanti Hotel many times, Rooms, Service and location is nice, additionally its having a 30KWh EV charging station.

The Phone number mentioned in the first picture is fraud. Please be aware. Checked the same with hotel reception.

Decent place to stay while at Angul. Neat and clean decent rooms with good service. Food was tasty.

Good service. Old hotel. Manager Ravikant having less knowledge about the billing. At the time of checkin he didn’t inform us, but while checking out he refuse to add our GST on billing. I think there better hotels with same price. Other than small soap and shampoo pouch nothing provided at the room.

The bed sheets are worn out! Very uncomfortable!
Overall other hotels @ Angul are more value for money!
