I was visiting my home town and went to Kamlesh for lunch. It was a Sunday noon, I was hoping that the restaurant would be crowded, but hardly any customers. We wanted to try the buffet. But the food was cold and the manager/service staff people didn’t bother to check before recommending us. We had soup which was just spicy hot water, after which I decided to order from the menu. It took them 40 minutes to serve us. The gilafi kulcha was amazing. The chicken was served cold and veg Jaipuri lacked taste. Horrible experience. I would never visit them again, ever.

The stay here was awesome. It's located 2 KM from bus stand. The room service was prompt at any point of time. The food we ordered was good and tasty. Room was very much clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this hotel whoever visits Anugul.

Nice and clean rooms. Excellent food. Buffet breakfast is complementary. They provide driver's accommodation.

It is a one of the best hotel available at angul. Amenities are good as well as welcoming staff onsite. Restaurant also serves you a good quality food. Game room and many more. Must visit if you looking for good stay or weekend.

Here one can have continental food. Food quality is good. Accommodation is good too. Location is outer which is a negative point but a better place to stay and dine.

Good place for a business stay. Careful to keep sufficient time for dinner as service may not be as fast as you expect. Overall staff is friendly and property is maintained.

It is a 3 star hotel having a swimming pool in its backyard, wedding Hall, conference Hall and a nice bar whose specialty is nice wine and hard and middle range drinks. It also have AC room with cheap price. You can even play billiards here and have nice tasty food.

I generally stay in this hotel only but this time there was a slight issue with the room service person who had given us a totally different food than what we ordered. Got disappointed. But the way each person reacted and helped was worth seeing. Even the GM came and personally serviced us with the original food. Really nice effort a d service. Worth every single rupee.

The Service was Awesome with Pick up and Drop to Railway Station.

It was better than expected. We had a good time during dinner including India vs Bangladesh Nidaha Trophy — 2018's final match.

I have a mixed experience so far. Sometimes, the bar gets so crowded that you feel as if you are in a 'Dhaba' rather than a posh hotel.

It is very nice hotel… first time in angul such a five star hotel like bbsr encourage s people to visit in it… I have attended my friends marriage party in this month… All the arrangements are superb but the food quality is not satisfied us. Not so much tasty as a big hotel… I think the manager take the advice and manage it properly…

Very good place for hosting birthday parties, marriage parties, conferences etc. The rooms here are spacious and equipped with all facilities. The food here is awesome too.

Food and waitering service is not so good.
I am vegetarian, veg food option is less.
Manager didnor give correct info about food.
In every VeG sabzi they MiX Aloo (potato) and make this Odiya traditional sabzi.
If u are in angul looking for Veg food u can go to Vinayaka Restra.

Ambience and services are good. But in bar section, we had a bad experience. They handed over inflated bill (that extra amount was hand written on computerised bill) assuming that we were high on spirit. But as we clearly denied to pay that inflated amount, they altered the bill. We brought this issue to the Manager immediately and we have been promised a feedback and action on those bar tenders. But till date no reply. So be careful. They are not sincere to customers.

Royal Ambiance, Haute Cuisine, Delicious Gourmet! the best restaurant I witnessed so far in Angul, it's posh and could have given a run for money had it been in a city!
