The location of the hotel is superb. A walking distance from the Mussoorie library. It has ample car parking space. Situated at a location where you won't get stuck in a traffic jam yet you don't hear the traffic noise. Rooms are clean and tidy. Room service is efficient and responsive. Food is simple yet tasty. I stayed in a super deluxe valley view room. Excellent view from these rooms. Excellent hotel in excellent price. Would love to visit again❤

Hotel was so so. Rooms are little cramped but one can manage couple of nights provided one has to use rooms mainly in nights. Bathrooms were just fine. Food was decent. Staffs were cooperative and courteous. Parking — There is a limited space for parking. One has to alert the staff well in advance if one's vehicle is parked inside and parking is full. Navigation & road to hotel could be tricky and only experienced driver can manage to reach here. At some points roads are too narrow to give pass to vehicles coming from the opposite direction. Happy Staying!

Staff was good. But location of the hotel is very far from the market And bus stand. The which we get was quite small even bed was very small… I booked that hotel for super deluxe room but I got deluxe room. Rest everything is good. Staff is really very nice.

Best hotel in Mussoorie! I had stayed there second time. Food is also of great quality. View is amazing… Located near Library Chowk. Good parking facility. I would love to stay there again. Also they give complimentary souvenir at check-out.

Amazing hotel with mesmerizing views
I always love my stay in Hotel Crystal Palace Mussoorie. The hotel is located in a beautiful location and offers great views of the mountains from its rooms and restaurants. We stayed in a valley view room facing Happy Valley and it was totally worth it. The room has a big balcony with good seating arrangement where you can sit and treat your eyes with mesmerizing views of the mountains. The hotel offers different cuisines. And it was really delicious and has a lot of variety and everything tastes just so fresh and good :). One of the highlights of our stay was evening High tea in the open. We really enjoyed sipping our Masala Tea and listening to live music.
I would really like to thank all the lovely staff who took extra care to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Special thanks to Mr. Gauri Shankar who was very friendly and helpful. If we ever go to Mussoorie again we Will definitely stay there. :)

It was a wonderful stay at Crystal place. Awesome resort awesome facilities. Thoroughly loved the stay. Rooms are well appointed and quite warm and comfortable in the chilly winter. Very warm and hospitable staff. Very cordial, friendly and helpful. Special mention to the bonfire in the evening and the activity team which made our stay unforgettable.

Me n my family really enjoyed our stay at hotel Crystal Palace. All their staffs are quite friendly n supportive. I recommend all my friends to must visit there…

Visited this place in Dec 2017, from outside it looked like just another hotel but to our surprise rooms were very good with amazing view of the valley.
Food served was decent. Location of this hotel is a big plus point, all major markets are walking distance away from this place,

Nice place to stay in Mussoorie. View from hotel is really beautiful. Clean and maintained property. Newly renovated. We had booked 2 deluxe rooms. Geyser is available, one wardrobe, hairdryer, LED TV, refrigerator, room safe… Washroom is also very clean. Food quality was good in Terrace Restaurant. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to all travellers.

So visited this hotel for a small weekend getaway. And to my surprise the hotel was amazing and I had one of the best experiences. Rooms were clean, food was great. Will visit them again, soon. There customer service is the best. Mr. Aakash, who turned out to be the owner of the hotel, personally assisted us and made our stay great.

We had a marvellous stay in Mussoorie at the Hotel Crystal Palace. Wonderful interiors, very good service and some excellent dining too. Very reasonably priced too for a luxury hotel. Highly recommended to everyone who are looking for a value for money hotel.

The staying in the Crystal palace was very pleasant and enjoyable for us. We liked the location very much. The service people everywhere were very nice and polite. It was easy to find. The rooms were really comfortable and the food was amazing. Really enjoyed the stay!

The hotel is situated at a distance of 1 km from the Library Chowk end of the Mall road towards ITBP. Situated away from the crowd, it is a peaceful location. The manager of the hotel, Gauri Shankar, was very attentive and courteous. All the other staff were also very friendly. When I went, the off — season was beginning. So the prices of the rooms will go down, and this applies to all hotels. The hotel had a facility of pick-up and drop from Mall Road. The rooms were clean and neat bed-sheets were used. I booked a deluxe room which did not have valley facing window. When I enquired, they said that Deluxe rooms do not have valley facing windows. The hotel also has a parking for few cars. The experience with the hotel management was wonderful. Every staff of the hotel was sincere and punctual. This hotel is managed by the Sea Hawk group, which might be the same Sea Hawk which also has a transportation unit, servicing different BPOs and call — centers. Based on my experience, I will give this hotel, five stars and a thumbs-up.

I visited this hotel on Dec 27th 2017. Rooms are very well maintained, staff is cooperative, I appreciate their complimentary pickup and drop facility to mall road. There is tea coffee maker, hairdryer, all kind of toiletries, telephone, etc in the room. The hotel is a nice walk to mall road too. The stay was worth it!

Awesome experience. I stayed in a deluxe room which has a huge window that gives you a beautiful view of massoorie and doon valley. Good food and staff, clean rooms.

The location of the hotel is superb as can be well understood from the photos that are included here. The staffs are very helpful and well behaved. Takes care of everything. The Mall Road is nearby. The view from the rooftop dining area is superb, especially in the night when the entire city switches on the lights and the view can neither be captured nor be explained but can only be experienced! Moreover, rooms are also spacious and toilets are clean. Would recommend this hotel.

Value for money hotel overlooking Doon Valley. Located at Library Chowk it's 5 minutes from there as well as taxi stand. Courteous staff, great food and clean too are it's unique selling point.

Hospitality, food, ambience were fantastic. Views of the valley from the balcony were worth a sight. Rooftop restaurant had breathtaking views of the valley both in day and night.

In fine weather the well kept hotel grounds are ideal for a non taxing stroll or just to take the air? Or try the speciality drinks in the tastefully recently refurbished bar!

All staff behave are good. Management are good… Staff behave friendly. And Crystal Palace has own restaurant. Mix veg. Tea very tasty But veg chowmin is bad. Don't it.

Me and my sister has a excelent stay at Hotel. Very friendly staff at the hotel, good service at the booking and all over in the hotel. Only minus. The lobby-bar was full up all the time. But the good thing was that smooking was permitted. So we look forward to visit the bar another time. We will be back.

If possible I would have been given a minus five. Worst hotel in entire uttarakhand. There were no one to listen to complaint at all, i've spent sitting 2 hours in reception area for room to be ready and have heard almost 12 persons complaining about geyser not working, bedsheet stink, even after waiting I have to change 3 rooms in a row, there were snails in commode, rats in bed, cockroaches are all around. The said we are not like this, these things are just because we are in renovating phase. There's lot of noise every time because they are renovating the entire hotel. They don't have parking space, after all this trauma and tantrums of hotel we have decided not to go with the hotel food. We haven't drink a single drop of water there, but we have to stay with stinky laundry, beds because we don't have any other option, and we have a 2 years old baby with us. So we are not in a position to look around. We keep on complaining every minute, TV wasn't working, first they said ok sir it will work in a minute, then after i've asked a kitchen guy for the same, he said we haven't recharged the cable connection. Wifi was only for 1st and 2nd floor, because the rooms on 3rd are for hotel use, on which they put the bed and called them rooms for guest or executive room, just because they have large windows. The lights in rooms are pathetic we have looked 4 rooms and the lights in all four were different, the room in which I was i. E. 302 only have 2 night lights.

Wonderful experience. Had a pleasant stay with helpful and cooperative staff. The roof top restaurant is amazing with delicious food. Especially the tandoor items. The rooms were neat & clean with amazing valley view. Free Pick up & drop facility to Mall road any time of the day is superb. Thank you Crystal Palace for the superb hospitality! Will come again soon! :)

Service is very poor. Wi-Fi will never work even if it works speed is terrible. Room service isn't going to pick your calls. Even you are not sure which rooms will be allotted to you even after advance booking!

The hotel is a bit away from the mall. But you will find every amenity here. Staffs are humble. The view from the hotel is superb. Hospitality is remarkable. Food is average.

Room was totally non hygienic, white color pillow looks almost black inside clean white cover, I dint take bath for 2 days as I found insects in water… Worst experience it was. There is no cleanliness & no maintenance. Dharamsala would be better place to stay…

It was okay stay… Staff is good. Room cleanness was also fine. About food, they don't have much options. Even they have 2/3 options only in breakfast.

Hotel is okay… size of room is not very large… pathetic electricity backup… no hot water most of the times… not managed very well… took a Valley View room… View was good… food service was slow… not worth for money.

I've stayed at this hotel 5 or 6 times and will be staying there everytime. Reception staff always smiling Mr Gauri, Lovemesh they are very helpful and friendly and go out of their way to ensure you have a great stay. Great property with well done rooms, very good housekeeping to ensure max hygiene leading to optimised customer delight.

They bluffed when they said that their hotel is near mall road. It's 1.5 km down the lane. It's good to pay more and stay at mall road or library chowk.

Pathetic to the heights it can be! Ok so I checked into hotel — No one in parking to help / no security guards. I checked into hotel and no welcome drinks, no fruit basket. Just a bottle of mineral water. The coffee maker was not working. Then at 11 in night and nightmare started — There was no electricity entire night — Yes you heard it right. Raining and no electricity all night. I was in hotel with one of my business associate and I thank God I was not there with my family Bcoz there is no staff from 11 pm to 8 am even to serve you, not even water. I was imagining I landed in this hotel with my family and the way things are, my kid would not get milk all night (I mean if you understand how infants and young kids are). I called the reception at 12 till 2.30 to get a water bottle … Nobody picked the phone. Not on reception neither on room service. So I was thirsty for 4 hours ***. I was thirsty all night and waiting for morning to come because it was raining and was so dark that u can't even imagine to reach to reception on my own… OK IMAGINE SOMEBODY CATCHES COLD AND IS IN FEVER OR ANY OTHER MEDICAL EMERGENCY — YOU HAVE TO WAIT TILL 7 AM TO GET THE MEDICAL ARRANGEMENTS IN PLACE… BCOZ THERE IS NOBODY AT ALL. 7 am the electricity came and I checked out at 8 am. When I had a word with the reception girl about same, she uttered — "Sir humne kitni baar kaha hai inhe ki raat ko ruka karo, koi sunta hi nahi"? REALLY?

Best place to stay in mussoorie. Valley view rooms are awesome. Very close to mall road. Definately recommended.
