Review of Hotel Crystal Palace 3*

If possible I would have been given a minus five. Worst hotel in entire uttarakhand. There were no one to listen to complaint at all, i've spent sitting 2 hours in reception area for room to be ready and have heard almost 12 persons complaining about geyser not working, bedsheet stink, even after waiting I have to change 3 rooms in a row, there were snails in commode, rats in bed, cockroaches are all around. The said we are not like this, these things are just because we are in renovating phase. There's lot of noise every time because they are renovating the entire hotel. They don't have parking space, after all this trauma and tantrums of hotel we have decided not to go with the hotel food. We haven't drink a single drop of water there, but we have to stay with stinky laundry, beds because we don't have any other option, and we have a 2 years old baby with us. So we are not in a position to look around. We keep on complaining every minute, TV wasn't working, first they said ok sir it will work in a minute, then after i've asked a kitchen guy for the same, he said we haven't recharged the cable connection. Wifi was only for 1st and 2nd floor, because the rooms on 3rd are for hotel use, on which they put the bed and called them rooms for guest or executive room, just because they have large windows. The lights in rooms are pathetic we have looked 4 rooms and the lights in all four were different, the room in which I was i. E. 302 only have 2 night lights. No bright light at all. And that's it last but not least, this hotel must be blocked from goibibo.
