Hotel is situated in the middle of city, location is good. Parking space is in the open, not so secure. Rooms are big enough but not for more than 2 persons. Washrooms are nice with bath tubs as well. Cleanliness is satisfactory. Food is tasty but at least 20% costly than what it should be. The hotel is frequented by foreigners, take note of that, so hotel has currency exchange also. And the hotel staff keep on expecting tips. Also check for construction/maintenance work going on at the hotel. Wouldn't mind staying here again though.

This place is good for dining. But when I visited it was under maintenance. They had shifted restaurant on top floor. Interiors were temporary. Food was not that good. I heard a lot about its tastes. But it was not as expected. Certainly it was not bad but not good too. I hope the next I come to this place I find much better interiors and tastier food.

We came here for the pool. Slide, water wall, children have fun. Deckchairs, towel provided, 650 rupees per person. Nice.

Had a very good experience with this hotel and the hospitality was beyond our expectations. Will recommend to all.

We were there for a family function. Nice and well managed in terms of space. The hall for food service was not in good shape, not fully clean, half space was empty may be due to small function but have good space availability.

This hotel is situated at very good location. Everything is good about the hotel. I use to have cold coffee there whenever I visit this hotel and it great. Cool place to have some weekend outing.

The hotel is located directly on a multi-lane road. The constant horn makes it impossible to sleep!

Location is amazing. Staffs and arrangements are spot-on. I went for a wedding there, and the welcoming nature of the management alongwith the activeness of every staff made the event superb. The rooms are very neat and tidy. Corridors are a bit shabby, but apart from that, everything is 5star.

Visited the place for dinner. Ample sitting space is available in the restaurant and therefore advance booking is not necessary. Food served was average and need a lot of improvement in terms of taste. Both veg and non-veg food is served here. Most of the serving staff were slack and inattentive. One has to beacon them to get their attention. Service lacked promptness and devoid of etiquette. Liquor is served at the dinning so don't be surprised seeing someone with a glass of vodka here. I am not sure about quality of lodging facility here as I didn't use one.

Hotel Location was good, but pathetic and poor service. Staff was lathargic. Food is too costly. Management was not interested in service at all. Amar hotel cannot be recommended for family as behaviour of staff is also not good.

Very slow and laid back staff for room service! The rooms are nice but if you book in at the last moment the prices can be really high. It's better to book online. Very bad breakfast buffet. They only had some tasteless South Indian food and booked eggs. Not worth the price tag at all.

Hotel is budgetary and with good connectivity through the city. Service is really applauding. Breakfast provided is also decent and covered with almost all necessary dishes. Clean rooms! All I feel that the administration should really look up into implementing a more better lighting in the rooms, it almost feels dark from sunrise to sunset. Else the hotel is doing great with the hospitality services. Had a pleasant stay.

Good Treshka. There is free Wi-Fi. In the room TV, kettle, tea-coffee. Clean. The staff is polite.

Looks like luxury hotel, but they don't cater well.

Pathetic rooms they changed our room thrice with in 1 hour of our check in, we stayed there with our 2 years old daughter. No sense of talking and 1 glass of milk for child costs us of 94 rs. Two eggs costing 110 INR. There were three senior citizens who always surround you when you are at reception they will continuously look at you like you are thief. Very bad staff and more over they are not humans. I would suggest never to select this hotel Very bad service.

Its is really value for money. Located in downtown of agra. Many restaurants are available near by. Very well cleaned, fully occupied & large rooms with warm service. You can blindly check in to Amar.

Nice place to stay. Clean room. Wash room neat and clean. Staff nice. Very near to tazmahal south gate. Only 1 km. Restaurant. I give 3 star. Food quality not value for money. Go to near by GMB RESTAURANT. Good veg food. And affordable price.

Amar hotel Is a very nice place to have a fun dinner with family. I could be biased but still, I have going here since I was a kid. The restaurant serves delicious food and has a wide variety, There's a pool and a fitness center and Spacious rooms too. There are also a few halls and rooms to have a party or meeting or something of the sort.

Nice and clean rooms. Hotel staff are very polite. Lift available. Breakfast is in a buffet system. Wi-Fi available. Parking available.

Good food and location. Large rooms. Some rooms were bit stuffy and some features not working. Service was average and should improve. The front desk was messy and not upto standards when we got there. Close to monuments and other local food, handcraft shops and you could take a walk during night.

Small cozy rooms with good ambiance. Within budget. Regional breakfast choice as complimentary. Veg food very delicious and to best of my taste.

Best service and accommodation.

Friendly staff — Modern Interior. However, the toilets were the worst I have seen in whole India (men's wash room) food was ok but sure need some improvement.
