Great camp. Mostt recommend this camp.

We stayed for one night at Oasis camp Sam and it was fun. Tent was very good. People welcomed us in Rajasthani style and were very kind and helpful. The owner of the camp and team oasis are ready to give their 100% to make your stay comfortable at their camp. They check everytime to make sure you are comfortable or if you need assistance from them as well. Cultural programme and dJ dance was awesome. Camel ride and Jeep safari was beyond expectations, you will get to know once you do here with team Oasis. Location was awesome. Highly recommended for stay in Sam sand dunes JAISALMER.

Oasis camp was very nice camp.

My friend and I (both female) arrived very excited for this adventure. We immediately realized that there was no lock for the outside of the door, but were told that everything was very safe and secure. We arrived a couple hours before the evening camel trip so my friend decided to relax outside and I chose to read inside. It was hot in the tent so I took off my shirt and laid on the bed. About 45 minutes later I heard someone come in and thought nothing of it until I realized it was a male staff member who had let himself into our tent, without knocking. He did not excuse himself when he realized I waant dressed, rather he started to play around with the fan, which was right beside me. I was stuck laying on the bed with some stranger in my room which made me very uncomfortable. Later that evening I went to the bar to order a beer. The bartender said it was 500 rupee and I said no way. He then came up to me as I sat, asked me how much I wanted to pay and said he would give me a discount. I was not interested at his game. At supper the manager came over and checked in the food and asked us if we wanted a drink. When I asked him how much a beer was he said 200 rupee. I confronted him about his liar of a bartender and the manager tried to blame it on his English, which was fine when he was trying to RIP ME OFF. The following morning the creep employee tried to get in our room again at 7am. He tried to open the door and when he couldn't, he pretended he was there to give us chai.

Amazing family-run camp in the Jaisalmair desert! Wonderful nights' experience staying in the tent and enjoying and singing with the resident traditional Marwar musicians! A night to remember! Highly recommended! Khamaghani to Mavale bhai and Janab bhai for this great stayover!

A place around 100km from the border is a perfect place to go if you are looking for some place which is offering peace and quiet time. It's surrounded by desert on both sides. In the evening there are cultural function which are good. The good offered here are typical Rajasthani food with not much of variety. The camel and the Jeep safari are good and you get to see places where some popular bollywood movies were shot.

A lovely place to spend your weekend at. The service was pretty nice. We were surprised by the events that were held out here. Try the Jeep safari. It is amazing The Rajasthani culture event and extra performances by dancers were superb.

I loved this place… it didn't let me or anybody down in anyway… People were splendid and pleasant… They understood people's problems and their concerns… The food was fresh and delicious and was worth everything… You may choose between a tent and a cottage… No air conditioning in any of them, but that's what makes them special…

Camp is a really nice place — good ambience. Only problem is the guides keep asking for high tips and trying to promote the Jeep Safari even when customers don't want to do it. Ultimately spoils the camel safari experience.

Nice place to visit. The desert jeep safari and the camel riding were great. So was the sunrise and sunset moments on horizon. Even the performances given by those local dancers and musicians were far beyond expectations. Just tents are dusty and not that we'll maintained. And the liquor is too costly there. Would suggest to carry your own liquor down there. The food was okay, not that bad considering you being in the middle of the desert. Also the weather is extreme there so do carry your warm clothes for night.

Overall experience was good. Nice cottages with coolers available, cultural program is too good. They include jeep safari and camel safari, recommended to go early in the morning, desserts has nice sunrise views. Overall win-win situation for both.

Experience here is brilliant and very valuable. Service boys are extremely dedicated, passionate and caring. Rooms are neat and tidy and kept clean on special requests. The Jeep Safari, camel ride and evening entertainment is highly recommended. Local people are very good and food is awesome.

That was a amazing experience with great full hospitality. Food was very delicious with superb presentation and speed of service was good. Entire staff was very help full. Room was very comfortable and clean. Keep it up. :)

An Oasis in the desert. Good hospitality. It was off season so not very crowded. Cultural program and food was ok.

Choose the camps wisely. Do some ground work and pour through travel websites before finalizing on the camp. Hotel help desks will always trick you into availing the one of their choice! Bargain for the safari rides.

Had a really great experience visiting them. Wonderful host great staff we were served by Hafeez from start to end. Thank you for making our trip such a great trip.

Though dancers n singers were fine but not much happening cultural program. Tents were good and spacious but no proper hot water. Tea and coffee too sweet! Food also not good.

Super sand dun 41 km away from jaisalmer. You may go by cab in 1000 rs and you may go in public bus by Rs 50. People there so nice and need to earn as much as possible for there survival for the year. Awesome place to see sunrise and sunset. You may opt for one ride in camel and second one by walk. It's best in its class. Food is good nice camp stay. The folk dance and performers are amazing.

Good ambience and location. Good food. Poor lighting at the dining area due to insects in the open area. Encouragement for local cultural talent.

Awesome service and quality rooms. Camps are well equipped with air coolers. The night was well spent because of the carnival they organized. You will have to check in after 4 pm and check out before 9 am in other seasons than winter to bear the extreme heat.

This is tent / camp at Sam Sand Dunes. Worth a visit. Camel Safari & Jeep Safari is a memorable experience apart from cultural program & camp fire at night. Staying a night in tent is an experience. India Pakistan border is around 50km from Sam. December to February is the peak season for visit.

Nice place. Tents are fine but need regular maintenance and cleaning. Service is good. They serve good dinner but breakfast need a lot of improvement. Location is perfect.

Beautiful desert camp at a great location. Just opposite to the Sam Sand Dunes. Great hospitality with cultural programs in the evening. Tasty food with authentic Rajasthani style. Their Swiss tents are big and clean.

Horrible experience. Think about the scenario that you receive a call from the Hotel (few mins before your arrival) & been told that your room is been allocated to some other person due to over booking. We received confirmation of our room booking much in advance, so we pushed back them hard that we are not going to accept any cancellation of our booking in last minutes — after so much discussion back & forth, rooms were given to us. So many questions remain unanswered — First how come overbooking done, if done then why Customer has to suffer? & second if rooms were available, then why they were trying to cancel the booking — (May be want to extract some more money from other guest? ). Food was pathetic as well.

This place is nice and having a neat and clean t e n t you can opt for the complete package of Desert Safari and camel safari, in evening you can go for Jeep Safari and in the morning you can go for a camel safari or you can do both in evening. The folk dance is awesome and followed by the DJ. Dinner and the breakfast included in the package.

Oasis camp was excellent I am visiting for sand dune in camel safari in sunset point and Rajasthani cultural parogaram was very good food was very good Night stay was good all staff was very good specaly for Mr. Dinesh manager was very good.

Nice place to stay… nice food n spacious tent… all staff members are cooperating… location of camp from jaisalmer city @ 45 km … roads are good and mark with proper sign board… travelling in might seems scary bt it is safe.

Never visit during Diwali, the staff is insufficient for heavy crowd. Staff is polite though. Good is alright though insufficient.

Awesome place to stay… Make sure u can bare the heat if u r checking early say before 3 PM (as per schedule). Because desert heat for south india ppl can't bare. We enjoyed Jeep safari, camel ride for sunset and again jeep safari for sun rise. Don't miss these three… Note : take mineral water for u n for kids.

It's a cool place with a spectacular folk performances. Mind blowing.

Not satisfactory. Place is beautiful but the management gets weak when the place is crowded.

Initially it seems costly, but it is totally worth. It's a cash only place. Also keep some change to tip the jeep safari driver and camel ride guy. The owner is very good and caring guy who personally took care of us as we went with a 5 yr old kid with us. Approx 2k per person + 2500 to 3k total for the jeep safari per jeep. Max 5 adults per jeep. These are prices on August 17 which is off season.

Loved the stay here. Services neither good, nor did I expect. The places are breathtakingly beautiful.

Never get if they a giving in a package with any hotel. Place is nice but other services are week. Prices will be low if u go directly.

Nice place. Go for the cottages made with sand stone rather than just the tents. It was really cool inside. The hospitality is top notch. Good decent home cooked food and nice entertainment in the night.

I stayed in room 115 and outside it the program is fantastic.

It's a nice place to enjoy. But it's my bad luck that I couldn't spent any night because I had to catch flight from jaipur so I left early from there. But next time I'd definitely stay there for couple of days…

The Best Camp in Jaisalmer. I have visited here 2 times and stayed for about 1-2 days each time. The service here is really great for both Indians and Foreigners. Also it has a great view from camp of endless desert.

Oasis CAMP SAM and Rojani Resort they both are different resort in sam. Plz change it.
