We had done corporate party on 21st Jan 2021 with 18 members. Services was poor and slow. Food was stale and was served cold. I had contracted with stomach flu one day after attending the Lord's. Had suffered with bad stomach for 1 full day. We had to wait 15 minutes even for green chutney. Completely dissatisfied with experience. Received no value for money we spent. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Good service n clean rooms, overall pleasant stay.

See the cheapness of hotel. Since hotel was booked by Goibibo and instead of two booking was made for single person. Such an uncourteous staff that initially denied to modify booking as booking was don’t on Goibibo, then asked to make new booking for around guest. That was when I called them within two minutes, then called GOIBIBO they agreed to get a new booking so that my payment for old booking can be refunded, but within a minute they increased the prices by more than 2 k. Shows clearly they were not willing to cooperate at all. While talking to their staff at first instance it was clear how happy they were by seeing someone in problem. Pics attached of screen shots with few minutes difference! Pathetic once again.

Beautiful Hotel, good Facility, rooftop swimming pool, spa, gym, restaurant many more thing available.

Service was poor … fitness machine in gym doesn't work. They have only one dumbel. My TV connection was not working tried so many call to service boy, but altime sir10 min. 10 min… and finally I checked out…

Beautiful hotel and what a location. Very nice and well furnished Rooms. All amenities are there like good restaurant, BAR, room service staffs are good. One of the best feature is roof top swimming pool. Lovely place. Must visit. Tips — Ratnada Area Front view is excellent.

It's a great place for a week or so of stay. The food is great and the staff is cordial and accommodating. The pool is small but the ambience of the rooftop restaurant in the night beside the pool is amazing. It gives a great view of the city. The hotel is easily accessible making it a great choice.

Nice Spa and great Pool. Good rooms with comfy bed. Restaurant service and several staff medium motivated, others very caring tough. Food was good. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

Good hotel. The architecture is an attempt to mimic the style of Indian and art deco, and from the outside it doesn't do much to succeed in that. But the interiors are plush and very good. Good service. Good food. Clean and comfortable stay.

I really want to appreciate the hotel staff for the hospitality they are giving to guest. It is highly recommended for leisure and official visit. Every single person starting from FNB Manager Mr. Ram and his full team for their effective hospitality  I will give 5 stars in all the aspects weather it is about front desk staff, the room cleanliness, bed sheets,, parking facility, above all the smiling faces of staff is appreciable.

Stay there for 4 days, in this summer AC is not working and because of that we have changed the room two times, swimming pool as added advantage to this hotel, staff is so good and cooperative except receptionist took too much time for any service call and the response is so cold.

It was a memorable evening yesterday when I visited blue corriander restaurant at Hotel Lord's Inn Jodhpur for a complimentary dinner after winning the questionnaire held by them. The food, the team the ambience everything was up to the mark. Anand the f&b manager, Mukesh the chef were very decent and work efficient. Please visit the place for veg as well as non veg delicious food.

The hotel is easily locatable. Staff is good but can be better. Rooms are big but need an upgrade to match today's standards. Foods needs a better presentation and preparation for tourists to really relish it.

Horrible is the WORD, no recommended at all. Stinking hotel, stinking lobby, breakfast absolutely cold, no service, staff does not care of what ever you want. If you don't yourself good else forget what you want.

A little off-beat from the city, but overall nice. We'd stayed earlier in Lord's Inn Agra and liked the place. So this is our 2nd stay with Lord's Inn but this time in Jodhpur. Haven't tried the food here so no comments for that.

Our room was comfortable, spacious, clean & properly ventilated. Service was good and staff was courteous. Location is also good (near the market). Food was OK & can be improved. Has rooftop swimming pool (a small one) that offers a great view of the entire city. Suitable for singles/family, for leisure and business meet as well…

Nice food with great live music! Hotel is nice, with happy foreign tourists. Staff is warm. Even upgraded the room on request! Staff members specially Mr Narpat and his team were extremely hospitable.

Good rooms equipped with almost everything including hair dryer and weighing scale which are usually not available in other hotels. Umaid bhawan view from lobby window. People at Reception takes a bit more time in finishing your checkin process and in allotting you a room which can be improved. Enough options in free breakfast menu.

Located on the off beat track, this place is trying to catch up in the Jodhpur tourist circuit and they are ensuring that they win in this race. Amazing hospitality amd comfortable rooms and service. The business centre is good and so is the rooftop swimming pool. Book in advance though in the tourist season.

Staff is very courteous and the stay was worth the money paid. Housekeeping was a bit laid back but on the whole no complaints as such.

We had visited on a weekend with family of young and teenage kids to the restaurant. It was a good experience, nice hospitality, staff is courteous, and it tastes good. Hotel has got good ambience, and a lift facility to move up to the top floor equipped with swimming pool. Rooftop pool may be a good option in evenings or in winter days when it is not too hot. There is a membership option in the chain of hotels they have tie ups with, but not sure about the perks and privileges you get with membership. Not enough parking space within the hotel premises, visitors are asked to park their vehicles outside on the main roadside.

The place & hotel is awesome. I enjoyed it exhilarating hospitality.

Excellent place for prices charged. This is topped up by great quality of rooms some lovely food and very central location. All in all a great place to stay. Must visit the roof top restaurant by pool side.

Convenient location from any place like Railway station, bus stand. Rooms are well furnished and clean. Service is too good and hotel staff is more social than other hotels. Nice to visit Lords Inn…

It is an average place to stay, only rooms r good. Parking is outside, not a very tasty food, swimming pool that u can't swim n bit dirty!

Had a birthday party in the underground hall, the place is good, food was nice, staff needs to be trained a little bit.

Gr8 hotel… rooms are quite comfortable n the stay is peaceful… I got a room at sixth floor… so had a full view of jodhpur from the room's window… food is delicious… the best part is I used to see sunrise directly from my room…

Good hotel with a small roof top swimming pool. However the management of this hotel is bit unresponsive to regular business class travellers who goes to Jodhpur even during the scorching summer heat, for them the room rate should be same through out the year, but they refuses to give the same rate during season. That's why Hotel Residency situated near by is good option who use to keep same price frozen throughout the year for their regular guest.

The food quality "thumbs down" No proper staff management. Less choices for vegans. No proper ambience looks more like a dinning hall.
