Extremely kid unfriendly and rude attitude of reception desk. After check in we had went out and my 2 year baby was crying, so bought milk pack in the way and requested reception to warm the same. As my baby had fallen sick at an earlier occasion in another hotel, I avoid letting her consume unsupervised milk. Reception denied the same insisting buying it from hotel itself. Awaiting to talk to manager as that detail is also not provided. Now I do understand there might be some policy but end of day you guys are in hospitality industry so earning money is not everything. I will surely rate it as kid unfriendly and would avoid it in future. Additionally, seriously need to focus on room hygiene. Cigeratte smell is pervasive on entire 3rd floor and inside room despite having selected non smoking room.

Location is great, situated opposite Jal Mahal.

I have read reviews of the restaurant at a no of sites stating that the taste of food is not good. Still I took the risk to visit the place. I have taken buffet option. To my surprise, the food was awesome. The food variety included traditional food daal baati to continental. It was a group experience.

Good location. Clean hotel Good Room service. Highly highly overpriced. They charge for everything u ask. They even charged for ten pieces Ice cubes. Have travelled frequently in India and abroad but charges for ice cubes is ridiculous. Very small pool (for namesake). Very ordinary breakfast spread.

I was there on office tour. Food was not up to the mark in entire stay. They are not good in non veg. Further they even do not maintain basic requirements such as first aid box.
My colleague got a cut on his foot while he was coming out of pool and it was bleeding a bit more. I approached hotel staff, just to know that they do not have savlon/ detol or ointment, bandage. They do not have any of the basic medicines or other related items.
Thanks to our own bus, in which he was maintaining first aid box properly.
Just imagine, bus is maintaining the basic requirements such as first aid box but 4 star property like Regenta Central do not mai
It's a bit disgusting experience we all had.
Make your plan keeping in mind that there may be many more thinks in which hotel may be casual like they were in Case of first aid box.
Think once before booking this hotel.

A nice place to stay while you visit the pink city and the best part being the lake view rooms… Hotel is located just next to Trident and so if you get room on that side you can enjoy the garden view of Trident as well… So you get both, garden as well as lake view in some rooms… And is totally worth it… Hotel and rooms we neat and tidy and staff was pleasant, proactive and supportive… The only flaw that I can point out was that their restaurant food was not that great very few options in menu for in room dining and poor service. We had booked rooms with breakfast and stayed for 5 nights there was good spread for breakfast but in general the food was not very good taste wise… Though because there was variety in options we did manage… But again it was repetitive… All in all… Minus the restaurant… The place is worth staying a safe place for only women as well… Though, it is on the Amer road last hotel on that road on outskirts of main city area… It worked perfectly for us as it was equidistant from city as well as Amer… So in a way you are away from hush hush of city and can enjoy the peaceful morning stroll along the lake bird watching or just like that…

Yeah.! Nice hotel. Had a pool party with friends. Enjoyed a lot with services of hotel staff. Food was delicious and well served. Highly recommended for office party and family get together. Location is mind blowing.

Amazing place to stay in Jaipur. If you pick correct room the view from it will mesmerize you. Great staff prompt service and always clean and upto the mark place.

My stay there was very pleasant. Very good location. You can have a beautiful view of city from here. Sometimes prices are very high here.

Good hotel good food good ambiance superb staff but bit small room.

Liked the location, just opposite Jal Mahal. Rooms are spacious and quite comfortable. Air conditioning in the rooms was good. Carpets on the floor lobby were clean and the common areas were well maintained. Food quality was good. Overall enjoyed the stay.

Very nice clean rooms with a super view on the Jal mahal. We loved that it is a bit outside the center of town, where there is a nice lake promenade to walk and less frentic while the city can be reached in. Few minutes for little money by tuctuc. They just opened a rooftop restaurant with same ‘killerview’ and good food Management is very open to suggestions and and super helpful.

Had a pleasant stay with family, really great staff & their hospitality. Staff keeps them always ready to help out the guest. Special thanks to HK Team & Engineering team who helped us to open our kids room at 05:00 am. And a thanks to FO Manger & Team to upgrade our room to club room, where kids really enjoyed the view of Jalmahal. Thanks to everyone in Team who were not visible to us also (kitchen staff).

Good place to hangout. Have small local market which mostly attracts tourist. Taking photos with Rajasthan's traditional wear is most common thing at that place.

This is a very ideal hotel location near the water Palace, especially the window panorama can be seen in the Water palace, it was so great, so perfect, to come back to the Amber Palace, to rest and stay-late, to see the Palace of water is a perfect place to enjoy, the luxurious bed pillow of toilet, a very comfortable and valuable God.
* king Point-Amber Fort stands on the top of the mountain, unwilling to go, you can take the Jeep, you can take the elephant, the cost of 11000 Toulouse than two people sitting. It's not hard to walk up the stairs to the ticket office, but the mountain is not very high, the road to the mountain is divided into two, one is dedicated to the road to ride the elephant, the other is to give visitors the road to walk, the Indian Amber Palace foreigners fare 500 rupees, Amber Fort is very beautiful, but also very large need for a half-day walk, inside there is an aerial garden,
Along the path, the amber pillars are made of marble ice cold and cold.
Amber Fort is on the mountainside, if only play tutu400 Toulouse than chartered to time can go to step well look-also very beautiful, come to India by car buy things must be killed!
* king point two water palace can only look at the appearance, you can stay there for a night to remove the feet of the good place.

Good place near the lake palace… It's a beautiful view from here of lake palace, jaigarh fort from here… Beside this its beside the Great Trident Inn… So nice views of this big giant palace would also grace you… Apart from views… Internally it has a swimming pool at the roof top, restaurant-in house… A small banquet hall… So all is there for a budget pocket…

Good Experience The location is very nice as it is just opposite to Jal Mahal. We could get a nice view of the jal Mahal from the room. The hotel staff helped us in getting a taxi in the early morning to railway station when our Ola taxi did not turn up. The service is fine. Bad Experience Not many options for breakfast. Rooms were not very clean. However the room service attended immediately to clean the room. The irritating part was the travel agent in the hotel, who was behind us through out the stay, though we were not interested to take his services.

Roof bar doesn't exist, you can access the roof top though and get a nice view. You get asked to look at the stall/shop in the foyer everytime you walk in or out the hotel. We had a lovely view of the water palace from our room and it was very nice.

Professional staff, excellent service & decent food. Stayed here for 10 days continuously and only downside I could think of was food on a little spicy side. Rest all good. View from the room window is awesome — that of Jal Mahal. A cup of tea with the clear view of Jal Mahal in the comfortable room everyday was the highlight of my stay here.

It's a luxury hotel with all facility required. Its just 350 feet from Jail Mahal. It has wooden furnishing with chic decor. The rooms are very streamline and suites comes with LED TVs and others basic needs. It also has a cocktail bar and a coffee shop to offer breakfast and international buffet all the day.

Nice 4 star hotel opposite jal Mahal. You will get the full view of mountains and lake from its windows. Enjoy early morning views from terrace. Pool is small but clean. Alcohol is served from 11 to 11. Nice buffet facility.

Service is worst. F&B dept and Front desk Dept are non responsive over issues. Didnt expect such a service from a four star hotel. Regenta Jaipur is spoiling name of Royal orchid group. Had a great experience with Regenta Amritsar but Regenta Jaipur spoiled my holiday!

Hare is hotal is going on Jal Mahal is a palace located in the middle of the Man Sagar Lake in Jaipur city, the capital of the state of Rajasthan, India. The palace and the lake around it were renovated and enlarged in the 18th century by Maharaja Jai Singh II of Amber rajstan.

Nice location, infront of Jalmahal on Amer road, easy to locate. Room was clean with all the amenities provided. Everything was perfect and in working condition. Room service is good, staff are polite. Special mention to breakfast which was excellent with lots of options to choose from. Parking in front of hotel is somewhat small but valet service is available. Overall a perfect place for couples and family to stay. Highly recommend.

Our Group Pune Kutchi Jain Ladies Forum, recently stayed at Hotel Regenta, Jaipur. We had booked 25 rooms (50 ladies members only), all rooms were neat, clean and well attained by the staff. The restaurant Chef and his team served food with loads of care, which made all our ladies members very happy. The view, hospitality and over all everything was worth! Must stay at Regenta if at Jaipur. All were very cooperative, and we had no issues at all. Our Pleasure trip at Jaipur was most memorable! Must visit… just loved it! Thanks to all working team of Royal Orchid _Pune & Jaipur.

We were four. We booked two rooms in this hotel. The bath rooms were unclean. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant. At mid night two of us start vomiting. In the morning we had to rush to the doctor. Dr perscribed antibiotic to us and told us that it is due to food poisoning. Surprisingly the staff was unfriendly. We complained to the manager but he took our complaint lightly. When we tried to explain that food was not good.

My husband and I stayed at the Re:gen:ta Central for three nights in January. We found the staff and accommodation very good and the food in the restaurant was ok. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good place to stay.
