Awesome hotel, Very Good Hospitality.

This is a well situated hotel opposite the lake palace. The food from the restaurant is excellent and the staff are exemplary in their friendliness and service. The pool although not heated is beautiful and fabulous to swim in. A very professional staff all round; loved staying here.

Nice place at the city centre…. Staff is very courteous and helpful…. One thing that we loved the most is the special curated chef dessert which we used to get in our every night buffet…. 5 🌟 for the staff and their F&B services.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Excellent hospitality. Buffet breakfast and dinner were sumptuous, tasty and had a wide range. Overall, a very comfortable and luxurious stay.

Brilliant property and centrally located. The rooms are a bit small given the age of the Hotel, but are adequate. The staff goes out of their way to make sure that you have a good time. Single restaurant serving tasty food. I highly recommend this place.

Came here for 3 days and will not recommend anyone to stay here. Even road side hotels would be better than this. If you have even an iota of shame left, will wait for a call back.

Awesome stay and very polite staff across all departments. We came with a family of 15 for our 46th wedding anniversary. They decorated room beautifully with a delicious cake. We had a 10 month old child with us and the staff was carrying him around playing with him and were courteous to sanitise his bottles for us.

Excellent, attentive staff. Nothing is too much to ask. The hotel is immaculate and beds to good to get out of. Food is ok but a little less curry would be good. Pool area lovely but overseen by restaurant. I would like to stay here longer.

Stayed here during our tour of India for two nights. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was very clean with beautiful gardens and good facilities. Could not fault the restaurant staff who went out of their way to make sure you had all you needed and a special thank you to Ajay for taking care of us so well. Will definitely go back again to this hotel.

We have enjoyed ourselves so far and the hotel is very nice. Not taking away from this hotel, I think the Trident in Agra was more accommodating. If you are coming to Jaipur I would recommend the Trident as a great hotel to stay at while you are here.

A lovely hotel with amazing service! The rooms were tastefully decorated, well-equipped, and spacious. Service in particular was great, with all staff incredibly friendly and helpful. It also has some beautiful views and is in close proximity to Amer Fort We have such great experience here, and would definitely visit again.

Unbelievable, the service here should be a model around the world. This is obviously a incredibly beautiful location and with luxury accommodations but I believe the staff sets it far and above anywhere else we've stayed in India. Another benefit is their policy on gratuities, I didn't have to walk around with cash in my pocket the whole time but could reward those that I thought were stellar at the end, so much easier!

Great hospitality, had an amazing visit ❤️. Will definitely visit again whenever in Jaipur. The staff is very polite and helpful and always greet you with a smile :) They maintain the traditional culture very well. You feel the city and the rooms with a view are a treat to live in. Overall my experience was great.

I would rate it in two parts — Hotel stay and Bar/Restaurant. Hotel stay — Hotel has got a nice small property, although not as big as sum of the other luxurious choices like JW Marriott but the location is a winner hands down. Hotel overlooks a small lake which enables a salubrious environment with scenic beauty. They have a small pool which is nearly maintained. However make sure you choose lake facing rooms only while booking since garden facing ones do not offer any view and you are better off ignoring those. Rating 4/5 Restaurants — 2/5 need I say more.

Excellent hotel with great location, outstanding service, and first-rate amenities. Rooms were tastefully decorated, well-equipped, and comfortable. Service in particular was world-class, with all staff incredibly friendly and helpful. While the price of our room was reasonable, prices at the restaurant are high (although food is outstanding) and goods at the minibar are expensive. The hotel, while listed as 5 star, also isn't quite as plush as some other 5-star hotels. Overall though, we had an outstanding experience and would visit again in a heartbeat.

I’m in love with this place. Location, service, rooms and top of all the staff — just simple amazing.
People can build any two hotels exactly the same, it’s only the manpower or staff which gives u the cutting edge.
I’m extremely overwhelmed with the staff especially Kunal in Jal Mahal dining area downstairs. These guys are at their toes to impress you and provide you a happy memory of their hotel.
I got my wife to India for the first time and was worried about her getting the satisfactory experience of Jaipur.

Wonderful oasis in Jaipur. Friendly staff, good service, nice restaurant. We all had great ayurvedic massages. The room was beautiful, as we're the gardens and pool. Would definitely recommend this hotel, and we would certainly come again.

This is very good hotel chain to stay. The staff was very professional & nice. They served with nice smile & good gesture. My stay was very comfortable there.

Its is a great place for fine dining and lounge is great as well. The view from hotel is also great. Prices are a bit high than expected but service is great and staff takes good care of neatness.

Nice comfortable hotel. The pool area was clean and relaxing. The continental restaurant was nice, buffet a little expensive. When we went, there was a french restraute by the pool in the evening which we enjoyed — shame wine is dear in India in general. Pretty close to Jal Mahal if you fancy a stroll along the river.

We went in there for a quick coffee and some snack around 1800. The waiter seemed almost unhappy to see us there when we ordered filter coffee — which we thought was a rarity in these parts and some pakoras. The filter coffee was just drip coffee in disguise and we got into a fit. But all was well when the chef came out and acknowledged that this was just a local form of filter coffee. The pakoras were awesome and the service got better. Hence the 4 stars.

We had a variable stay here. It's a traditional hotel. Currently the rooms have a character that come with age; however it may not be long before they look a little tired. We had a room with a view of the Jal Mahal. This is really the hotel's selling point — if you don't get the view you might as well stay somewhere else. We got the impression that they thought the hotel was better than it was. Dinner on the first night was a disaster. Firstly the hotel often deals with large tour groups. The problem is that when these are in the independent travellers like ourselves seem to be forgotten in the restaurant. Then there was the food on the buffer which was barely warm and lacked flavour. When we were asked how our stay was — we told them. To the manager's credit, he did make efforts to improve things. The chef spoke to us and the third night we did get a proper hot meal — well spiced with local flavours — so they can do it. We also noticed that the breakfast buffet had improved too. Let's hope they are keeping it up. Still had to pay for our cold meal on the first night though! They should really work on providing a more individual dining experience for those travellers not staying as part of a group and for more than one night. Bar staff were great.

It was the first hotel I enjoyed in India. It must be said that they have excellence in everything. Cleanliness, beds, service, restaurant, comfort, added services, professionalism. It is a concept of eclectic and international hotel, not forgetting that it is in India. The only thing that does not do justice is the location, in the midst of a maelstrom of roads and highways… but inside the hotel you do not know and… is in India, in Jaipur, where they sleep and breathe 40.000, 000 people every day. If you compared with other establishments, even of powerful chains (Hilton, Radisson, …), while being good may not coincide your concept of cleanliness with that of those hotels, or the assortment in the buffet, or the elaborate cuisine…, that depends on the staff, but the Trident Jaipur everything is excellent.

The location of the hotel is excellent with great sunrise and sunset view from the balconies amidst a great garden and birds flying all over from the lake across the street. As many guests have commented below what really stands out is the superior service from all the staff. I was fortunate to be assisted by Navraj and Navinder at the Taj restaurant. Navraj suggested many of the foods I should try and paired with the wines. For the next few days he remembered my name and knew exactly what I wanted for breakfast. The front desk staff couldn't be nicer and accommodating. My only concern was the rooms are looking dated but was happy to be informed they are closing it temporarily to refurbish the hotel.

Very beautiful environment. Like across the hills and very beautiful lake view of world famous historical place of JAL MAHAL… All famous historical places are near by this… Tridents welcome style is different and nice. Very awesome historical places are available here. Tridents are have full luxuries treatment and provide all facilities…

Awesome hotel, but they have an amazing bartender. He made our stay 10 stars. If you want a fun relaxing time visit the bar. Literally one of the coolest and nicest person I've ever met.

Very conveniently sited for a visit to Amber Fort. Luxurious accommodation, staff excellent. Fridge and a/c worked, comfortable bed, hot shower and bath. Nice pool in a courtyard setting, and nice peaceful garden. Wi-Fi was free and excellent. I was suffering from Delhi Belly (not caused by this hotel) so couldn't face the restaurant. However according to the other members of our party it was the best of the 9 hotels we visited on our tour.

Central location that allows for quick travel to multiple landmarks and shopping locales. Great service and hospitality is second to none. The restaurant in the hotel is great and the chefs are amazing. Went for a trip with my family and was not disappointed.

Directly came to this hotel after spending two days at Marriott, Jaipur. The moment I entered the lobby area, the view of the swimming pool and the personal attention from the staff made me regret my decision of staying at Marriott. But little did I know what was about to come, in few hours there was a significant temperature drop in Jaipur, and it became really cold that night, I tried to make the room cozy by adjusting the thermostat, but got to know, you cannot exceed the temperature above 24°C in it. I called room service to provide one room heater, and they were kind enough to give one, that didn't work properly the whole night. Moreover, got skin rashes from the dirty bedsheets. Even though, they had arranged for a cake to celebrate my special occasion, but that was nothing compared to what I had gone through the whole day. Marriott I missed you so badly that night, regretted leaving you and coming for this place. P. S. — Marriott gives more free stuffs in the room than Trident.

Great and pleasure to stay here. Clean calm and great place to stay. If you are here you don't worry about the problem of your food your comfort and your rest. You will feel a peace when you are here. A well professional staff make it more batter. They always ready to deliver you best of. And more this is great to stay here. We had a wonderful stay in Trident Jaipur and it surpassed the standards set by Oberoi Group. The hotel staff was very friendly and we were overwhelmed by how they made our day special with flowers, gifts and cakes. It the place to be for a special occasion. The buffet spread was amazing and it has a lovely big pool. A must recommended stay for all.

Beautiful property with a great location, right across the street from the Water Palace. Excellent service by the staff. I went across the street late at night to take a photo of the palace and one of the gate guards went with me to ensure I would be ok.

Nice hotel in Jaipur. Clean, attentive staff, food selection on buffet was very impressive. Pool area is a little tight, but did look to be well cared for. You can walk across the street and check out the water palace views or catch a rickshaw to downtown.

Bad experience… * About trident GM and management. It's show that Indian bad habits nature. There is not true Indian culture & tradition. There is only slave mentality management. They don't think about who is with tourist Guest. They thinks only make chutiya like that, it's true about Jaipur Trident. There is no parking space like*. They don't allowed to Chauffeur in Car parking. If chauffeur is in Hotel's small parking then, they keep original DL. Not copy. I show there another Guest with his driver unhappy with same issues. 20/10/2017 at night. I don't recommend to anyone for spend there luxury lifestyle budget like 5* Choice.

I spent four happy days at Trident Jaipur. It was perfect in every way. So friendly, respectful, fresh, clean and safe. The staff at all levels were superb. The meals were delicious and generous portions. I would stay again in a hearbeat.

Nice upscale hotel featuring a fantastic view of the lake and lake palace. Good breakfast and very friendly staff. Rooms could be a little bigger and will need to be updated sooner or later but are very clean and in good condition! Definitely can recommend if you get a lake view room (we got a free upgrade).

The location… far away from the madness of the city but close to major attractions. Cozy and quiet place. Amazing staff. Good food.

Trident Jaipur is located right across the lake which has the Jal Mahal (Water Palace) in its middle. The lake view rooms as well as the Garden view rooms have great views. Amer Fort is a short ride from Trident, where you can see one of the best sound and light shows in India. Early mornings you can see the sun rising across the lake with Jal Mahal in silhouette. The decor indside Trident is unique and stylish, the exterior also closely matches the color of Amer Fort. The crafts shop inside the Hotel has some great pieces. Trident is a great place to stay in Jaipur.

Food takes a long time to serve.

I really had a great experience at this hotel. The location was great — — convenient to the city's core, airport and some of the top tourist spots like Amer Fort, Jaigarh Fort, Hawa Mahal. Beautiful view of Jal Mahal. The staff provided some of the best Indian hospitality — — very warm/welcoming and accommodating. They insisted that I sit down and relax during the check-in process, adorned with a kumkum and with a drink in-hand. I ordered room service on-arrival, as it was very late and it was great. I ate in the restaurant the following night, which was also very good — — it is primarily a buffet with a few different Indian and continental dishes. The price for was more in-line with what you would pay at a hotel in the US or Europe vs. A local restaurant, but the service was very good. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would stay at Trident again.
