I had a wonderful experience at the Holiday Inn. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check — in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you!

I was at guest at the property, between the 14th to the 17th of April. It's a beautiful property with spacious rooms and a nice pool. The hotel was running at full capacity and yet, every minute detail and need was tended to. I would like to Thank the entire Team for making our stay memorable & a special thanks to Mr. Vikas, Chef Gopal, The Senior Chef is the Black Chef uniform (I apologize for not recalling your name), Mr. Gurvinder (intern), and also the Gentlemen who opened the doors to the Hotel for us with a polite Sat Sri Akal everyday. So many of you heros who worked behind the scenes, I am unaware of your names, but without your sincere efforts, the Hotel would just be 4 walls. Thank You.

My stay in HolidayInn Ranjeet Avenue at Amritsar was on Dec 25th and 26th during this period I experienced a lot of issues from room equipments not working to complete chaos at the breakfast, no proper arrangements. Short staff, multiple follow up to attain basic hygiene products etc. I would personally not recommend this facility to anyone. The feedback sheet is attached for the reference. Absolutely disappointing experience is how we describe our stay at this so called 5 star property. Pls be careful if you looking to book this property in Amritsar — Zero service — take forever to respond and absolutely no action after reminders Bad bad food (stale, stench and absolutely novice preparation of food items) the wedding event food at banquet was so bad that we ended up with bad stomach the following day.

Staffs behaviour is horrible. Nobody picks up the call on time. Mr. Amit kumar f/b manager is horrible with his customer he literally shouted at me.
First and foremost thing they need to change is their behaviour. M they need to learn how to talk to a customer. No food hygiene is there. I got an insect in my soup and the next day they gave me a literally dirty plate to eat and when I told them about all these they r extremely casual about it.

I booked my stay for 26th March 20 — 28th March 20
Due to lockdown my confirm booking was cancelled and we were not able to avail all benefits for 06 months.
Now when I told them to extend my membership for 03 months, they refused to do so where in Holiday Inn, Mayur Vihar extended my membership for 3 months considering lockdown.
I have spent 30000 for 3 packages and am not able to use the same.
I cannot understand when Same IHG, same brand Holiday Inn, Mayur Vihar New Delhi can do so, why can’t Amritsar.
Mr Ajinkya Savant, shame on you.
Being in hospitality industry you don’t know how to maintain relation with customers.

Your Staff is Not Good, They Don't Have Sense to Talk With Someone. Please Don't Change Your Staff But Atleast Teach Them How To Talk And Treat With Client. It Will Be Helpful and Hopefully Feedbacks will be Change.

Location is nearby the bus stand. And the staff is polite.

Good location if you want to stay closer to Golden Temple. Rooms are decent in terms of budget.

The room was ok ok. Not so good. For the price which they charged, it is fine.

Not good hotel. Construction is going on in hotel. Even in midnight… they keep doing thak thak whole night. They will not allow you to sleep… they also not have reception staff… safai wala deals you on reception… location is not good … hotel kabadiyo ki market me hai…

We stayed in this hotel on 29th march 18 with the help of Oyo rooms we booked 2 rooms, hotel is ok, but no secure parking facility and on the name of complimentary break fast they have only puri size allu partha (only 1 and half parntha for 1 person) with hot pathetic tea, after that if you say you please provide extra parntha with charges, they don't give you that also, so think twice before you book this hotel, towel was torn out, in one room, no step up box, ac was making noise like generator,

Hotel holiday comform just located near bus stand and if you know way of golden temple its only 15 min by walk towads golden temple. Food facility available in hotel, as they are from oyo rooms so they treat you like a boss. I will suggest you to book via goibibo or mmt for greater discounts.

It is located 3 km away from Amritsar golden temple. I stayed here for one night. Card payment Available. Food can be ordered here. Property is very old but good for transit stay but not for very lavish stay.

Nice location everything is near the hotel behaver of staff is nice (ek guest ku privacy dusre kisi guest ko bata dete hai) food gud but they not prepare their own they took food outside form tha hotel. Rooms of hotel is best. Gud space.

Nice place to live and golden Temple and jalianwala baaag is with in 1km. It's near by ISBT. The area is old Amritsar so near by roads are some what dirty.

Holiday comfort is best for real "comfort ".
