Apart from food everything is good. The staff is amazing the management is good… Hospitality is great. Just that they could improve the food taste. U might like it but I didn't. The view of Himalayas from my room was breathtaking. Pure n beautiful. Miss manali…

The hotel rooms are great to stay in. The 3stars are only because of the view this hotel provides. If not for this it only deserved 1½ star. The reason being the hotel staff — the manager, receptionist do not have the proper mannerisms of welcoming a guest and treating them as a guest. It's as if they are doing us a favour by letting us stay there. They are just concerned with the business that they get from the tour operators. But you can expect even more respect and professionalism from the room boys of this hotel. And even the food we received was below average. The buffet had limited options and in what they had for us nothing tasted the way that food should have actually tasted. Apart from all these fallouts, the rooms are great, properly furnished, well maintained. And most importantly the only thing that one can take away from here is scenic beauty that you get view from the rooms balcony. You are surrounded by the views of apple tree farms and hills full of pine tress and hill tops covered with snow. So if you want a place just to stay and enjoy the views around I would recommend you this hotel. Or else if it's for the whole package including food stay and everything I would suggest you to look out for some other options.

We had visited in the first week of May. Got to see the lovely view of the mountains from the balcony of our room in the resort… Rooms were very clean, nice and spacious… Staff was very helpful. Food was good too. Loved our stay in the resort.

One of the pathetic hotel management and staff. Dismally bad food, cleanliness is major concern, very bad room decor and arrangement, direct bed exposure to main room door. I would never recommend this place for stay, very high rate compared to room and services and staff.

Great View of Mountains Ranges, and Vally's from Balcony of the Rooms, Deluxe Luxury Rooms. Great Quality of Food, located in Shuru Village near Manali. Must Visit Once. But whenever you'll check in there First Thing you need to do is Check Your Room Intercom (Room Telephone) is Working or not. Everything is Great But 1 Star less for the "Dead Intercom" we've faced in 2 rooms of our group. Otherwise Best.

The place is good. The room service was excellent. Meal was good especially the soup was fantastic. The people of manali was so respected. Overall performance is excellent.

The hospitality of this resort is awesome. The food was delicious too. The only negative point is that the room is very cold. The temperature is very low, and they charge you ₹300/ — per night extra for the room heater which is very illogical. Overall the experience was good.

Been here a month ago when the snow was falling. We reached here at night but when I saw the view in the morning from the balcony OMG it was mesmerizing. I've uploaded some of the photos. Hotel is surrounded with a very nice mountain view and some small apple garden. Allover The fully Cozy place for couples, great views from balcony and the perfect rooms.

Grate hotel to stay with Friends and family. Nice hill view from balcony. Fantastic breakfast, lunch and dinner. As it is in hillside a heater must maditory in this hotel but here they charge 300rs per night.

Air heater is not working properly. Only ONE ELEMENT available and SECOND one is MISSING, hotel staff is saying here only one required. It's not enough for heat up the room. (as per hotel rating it's not acceptable. Two elements available in shimla. )

Worst staff, not good rooms. Tried to cheer us to keep us in another near by hotel as rooms were full. The other place was even worse.

I stayed there for 4 nights in March 2017. A good option, The food is good but the breakfast they serve is not up to the mark, and very less options in breakfast. Overall room quality and furniture in room have good quality if we consider the pricing.

Love the location, 3kms from the city away from those hullahbullah sounds. Pleasant and peaceful location. We were 3 families with a 4yr old kid. Each of our rooms have really Beautiful views from our balconies. One can spend a day just in resort as they have apple trees right beside them with an awesome view of snow mountains and waterfalls. We been in April, so we could see flowering apple trees. U can find apples on trees only from the end of June. Kids will definitely enjoy the place. Food is fine. Good staff. Spacious rooms with all amenities. Their restaurant also has picture perfect panoramic view. One should spend atleast two full days to cover all the sight seeing in manali. Shopping n food in Mall road, snow place Solang valley where u can enjoy snow, yak ride, skiing, etc. Paragliding, river rafting, horse riding, hidimba temple, vasisht maharshi temple, etc… And an awesome place Rothang pass if u r lucky.

Awesome service and good location.

Great place. Its a little far away from the crowd of manali and it worth this to give a nice peaceful aroma. The balcony gives a mountain side view. Room is too good for the price and well furnished. Staff behavior is very kind and gentle. I have been to some hotels in US. This is the only hotel matched to that standard with this much cost in India.

Really nice place to stay in managing. Away from crowded hotels. Nice view, room, service, food.
