Really nice, situated a little bit in the outer from main city, but the food, the views, the rooms, interior, hospitality all is amazing. One star missing only because there was no place for driver to take rest or stay.

Food good. No A/C since they run the hotel on generators. They do not have electricity connection. This came to light when we complained about A/C not working persistently. Avoid this resort at any cost!

Manali Valley resorts is the excellent and best hotel in Manali… Best for family stay, Group, etc. The rooms are excellent and the river view from balcony … the food quality is best and staffstaffs are very much friendly … I would like to recommend this.

The ambience around the hotel Manali Valley resort is nice and rooms are also quite good. One can count on Manali Valley resort for good hotel & resort in Manali. Still the staff service is quite slow. Rooms after quite spacious. Minus point I felt was that some of the rooms do not have balconies to have a view of mountains in front of resort. Otherwise resort have all other facilities required. There is no other garden or park type sitting outside resort.

Nice place to have a good time in the foothills with a view of running water in front of the hotel.

I'd say the stay experience was not that great. The food here was really a lot better than most other places we had been to previously. The room service was not that great and then we had problems with the electricity being down all night and we ended up paying for the heater that we never actually got to use. The rooms however were clean and well maintained, the same couldn't be told about the sockets in the room, most of them were not functioning so we had a pain charging our phones and other devices here. The view from the hotel room however was very good and overall a decent place for stay as it's very close to other tourist attractions.

This is best place to stay in manali… U can have gud view of mountain… Location is very gud. U can go to BEAS RIVER for sight seeing.

Our experience at Manali Valley resort was far from pleasant. On arrival, we were told there's only one room available. When they took us to the room, we discovered that it was a dark, dingy, dilapidated room they called deluxe room, with one dim white light, a random opening to a concrete construction behind the main building and nauseating smell of mold. When we complained about this, miraculously another room was available — similar set up, only this time, it was filled with the smell of chicken grilled smoke and even the bell boy was surprised that the restaurant kitchen had some sort of outlet within this part of the floor. On complaining about this as well, we were given some spiel about deluxe and executive rooms and how this is what we will get based on our makemytrip booking and payment. When we showed them the photo of the room promised on our booking, the guy at the reception had the audacity to smirk and tell us that's good lighting and photography. Having spent 8 hours to travel here from dharamshala, and with no tolerance for humor, when we insisted that this is not what we paid for, they finally and miraculously showed us a ventilated, road facing room that we accepted.

This place such a nice resort I like n I was feeling soo gud in this resort…

The food for new year party was too cold and the housekeeping is not satisfactory and variety of food is very less. But overall the rooms are nice.

It is a decent hotel near to the beas river. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Food was decent not too awesome.

It's a very nice resort to stay for tourists.

We stayed two nights at this hotel last week. There were pro's n cons of this place. Pro's: — Rooms were big — Ideal for a quiet location as this is outside the busy Manali town with family — Good view from some of the rooms (109) where we stayed — Parking available — Neat bathrooms Cons: — Group Management by hotel staff was not upto Mark — Cannot control and support guests when there are large groups booked, we faced severe disturbance late into night at 11pm / 12 am on both nights we stayed with literally no sleep — No professional staff — Breakfast was in package and the counter was closed at 8:30 am instead of confirmation previous night that breakfast is served from 7am — 10am, however later was served in the room on filing a feedback complaint.

The hotel was OK. The view from the deluxe room 's balcony is very beautiful. The room is of considerable size. I did not like the food in the hotel. It was unsatisfactory. There were flies buzzing in the dining room. For breakfast, fruits were kept on the table, left uncovered by the waiters. Houseflies were sitting on them. The hotel was not very hygenic. There was also yellow dal on the blanket.

My stay at the hotel was good. The view from the balcony in the morning was the best of all. The service needs a lot of improvement. The amount of time they take to serve is very looong. The cleanliness can be improved.

Decent place to stay. Memorable as it was the start of our Manali to Srinagar trip on Royal Enfields.
