There is cockroach in breakfast buffet and even after repeated requests the F &B manger Mr Kaushik never turned up to meet. I have pictures of the same. Completely unacceptable. Plz take strict actions against those whose negligence is responsible for this.

25-30 year old hotel simple with the old charm of the yester years. There are other and better options but then no complaints breakfast food was great.

Hotel location, ambience, staff courtesy, service etc. Is all good. Could do with a better food preparation and presentation.

It's really a 4.5 star facility. You won't find locals here. No matter which part of the day you go, you will only find foreigners here in all activities. Food, service etc are all 5 star. However there are some corners in main area which are not always clean besides entrance is little too small, feels like you are entering a restaurant.

The hotel has great ambience and vibe. The quality of food was great too! Staff's behavior could have been improved.

We stayed at The Bristol for the last 2 nights, the staff were very courteous, the breakfast very nice, our only complaint was we booked a Superior suite, and really don't think that's what we got as the room was very small, there was no view which we would have expected… and the bed was a small double, and our feet hung over the edge, we are a fairly short couple…

Exceptionally bad service provided for premium customers. Hopeless restaurant service. Air conditioner service not repaid after 5 calls. No hot water in the bath room. Disgusting!

The Bristol was the first five star hotel of Gurgaon. Though it is now a 4 star, it’s a great property to stay at because of it’s proximity to Cyberhub in Gurgaon. The hotel is actually walking distance from Sikanderpur metro station. It’s a vertical expanse, with reception on the 4th Floor. Decent rooms and decor.

I don't know where and how they got their current stars rating from. Definitely not 4 stars, should be lower than this. With the service they provide, the money I paid is not worth it. 1: no in room slipper. 2: empty toilet roll 3: no tooth brush and toothpaste 4: unclean room and bathroom. 5: no many choices for breakfast. With the price I'm paying to this hotel, I can get better clean room + service + better breakfast + free airport shuttle at Dia park premier hotel.

Not worth staying if you are looking for a comfortable accommodation. A average place of stay.

Outside looks are good. Location is prime. Staff is very helping. Rooms are fine… but… but… but… morning breakfast is very ordinary. Room service is toooo expensive. And bed bug problem we faced. Though staff was good and all but bed bug destroyed the charm of night…

Oldest and still the best! Inspite of the array of luxury hotels in Gurgaon, Bristol has managed to keep up their old world charm and super brilliant quality of food. Recommended — hunters bar for a quiet evening and highly recommended biryani at the Indian restaurant.

Horrible hotel. Jst wanted to have a shower and sleep. No warm water in the room. And the bathroom was not clean. After complaining they changed the room. Even worse no warm water and the room is not clean. Never going there. They should not call themselves 5 star. The service was terrible.

Spacious rooms with facilities, amazing staff always smiling and with a never say no attitude, awesome food the breakfast was drool-worthy and the lunch and dinner buffets were super. Would love to go back again and again as it reminded me of the old world hospitality where guests meant a lot to the innkeeper.

I have always seen this property from outside but when I went inside to dine at Palmyra a restaurant at level 3. I realised its a good property with good dine in options. Nicely maintained and good food.

Good location, very accessible via metro too. Staff is helpful, room size and restaurant are decent. Not exactly luxurious but good enough for short stays.

Last week I was thrilled to discover that one of my favorite restaurants at The Bristol — Palmyra — was going to relaunch after undergoing a massive revamp. To kick things off in style, Executive Chef Anil Dahiya hosted an exclusive Masterclass for patrons at Palmyra. The event is the first of many more to come at the hotel, as The Bristol has recently transferred managerial operations and activities to a new team of well-established industry professionals whose aim is to rehabilitate and restore the hotel, exploring its true potential. The first Masterclass by Executive Chef Anil Dahiya showcased his exemplary culinary skills of fusing international and Indian cuisines, a sheer delight for food connoisseurs like me who relish both Indian and continental food. Chef prepared an Italian Risotto with a surprising twist of flavors — lo and behold — featuring the Indian Khichdi.

Changing times at bristol… palmyra new menu is amazing. Great selections of wood fire pizzas. Must must try far eastern fair.

The banquet hall is quite pretty. Food served is also good and the servers are professional.

When I enter the hotel it was all over it. I feel so good. I was there to give my exam. And I so much like their way of talking and also everyone was so much helpful. Ac was nice. The only problem I face was parking facility.

Good ambience with friendly staff and quick service. It's close to the main road and sikandwrpur station so stay in this hotel is also great.

Although the hotel is a little bit dated, rooms are very clean. It is very near the metro station Sikanderpur so you can go to the city centre in 40 minutes. And it is also very close to the airport. However if you travel with a car or bus, it might take more than 2 hours to reach the hotel from the city centre. Food selection is weak and service is very slow. We have ordered tea and it came after we ate our sweets and it was cold. But staff is helpful and always smiling.

Must be an unrated property in terms of its old crumbling infrastructure, patchwork done to restore it, in room wreckage, toiletries, washroom fittings, breakfast quality, filth just outside the hotels binary wall, its reception area and general ambience of corridors. It was dark, stinky and gloomy. When informed the staff mentioned about the so called innovation which will start after some days. Breakfast Buffett was average no where matching even to upscale segment. Only big positive is location of the property which is at the juncture of MG Road and Gold course road making it suitable for lot of business meets.

Great service, very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are adequate, but bit dated. Decent in terms of cleanliness. Good rooftop pool and gym. Nice location. Restaurant, especially for dinner buffet needs improvements.

It may not be very modern as compared to its counterparts in the price range, but staying at the hotel was a very good experience. The staff and hospitality is very good, very patient and they made sure you are tended to and are not another invisible guest. Some of the decor shows that it harks back to an older aesthetic which may not fit with everyone. I actually enjoyed the inclusion of a tub within the price range because I did not expect it at all. The location is also pretty gold because you're close to all major spots of Gurgaon like Cyber Hub etc and just behind a metro station as well. It was a little difficult to spot initially, but I'm glad I chose this hotel. I did not try the in house restaurants though, so can't comment about it. They also have a decent rooftop pool which I liked. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a very good hotel which isn't very expensive but not cheap either.

Good place to stay. Extremely polite & interactive staff right from the front desk staff, hostesses to the housekeeping staff. Neat, spacious & clean rooms with good ambience, work station and sitting area. Overall an amazing experience at the hotel. Recommend a stay for all visiting Gurgaon!

It is very frustrating that we made a mistake of taking the membership of this hotel.
At the time of selling the membership, these guys are after you and once their work is done then they don't respond.
I have been constantly following up for one nt booking which they offered as complimentary at the time of membership and now every day they just don't pick my calls. If by mistake they do then they keep on telling me that they will call back within half an hour.
It's been 5 days and their half an hour hasn't come yet.
I have membership of other hotels also but this is my worst experience.
Would advise all not to go to such a hotel in their lifetime and membership would be the biggest mistake if one takes. If there is any realisation within the hotel authorities, kindly take ur membership back and refund my money.

I didn't stay long in this hotel, just a stop over while in Delhi but I was really impressed. The rooms were sumptuous and very comfortable ad the staff very helpful. I also ordered room service while there and was very impressed. Title — Great Hotel.
