The staff was very nice and hospitable and caring and food both Indian and Chinese was very tasty intact the pudding was really outstanding the I must admire the Chef.

Good hospitality and ambience. But the breakfast which was offered was not up to mark. The cost for a room taken is not worth for the provided service.

Located at cp it is easy to go to most of the sightseeing places. Rooms are nice and service is also pretty good.

Good place with good proximity but lethargic staff and sometimes one has to walk miles to ask for help. It could have been much better with proper headcount in place with decent training.

I came here for a meeting. The lobby was small and combined with the breakfast area but we managed. The place is small and more in the nature of a boutique hotel, but it seemed cost and value for money.

This is very royal place as the name suggest. Staff is very supportive, food is also very amazing, room is very very beautiful. Ac water tea all the facilities are amazing. This is just opposite to hotel The lalit, amazing facilities and beautiful all around, just royal feeling.

Excellent location to visit Delhi's prime tourist attractions due to its close proximity. Very polite reception staff. Fine breakfast with handful of choice. Room size is just enough for a couple. Hot water was not available for the first day morning but hotel staff arranged with buckets. They fixed the problem by evening.

Very rude behavior by Head of the Staff, Mr. Kulvindra Singh. Seemed as if he’d done us a favor by allowing us into the property. Despite room charges of Rs 5000/ — a night, they charged us money for lost key like some low grade hotel. I’ve never had any 4-star property bother to charge money for lost room key/ card. In-room dining services is pathetic too. It took the hotel staff 45 mins to serve regular lunch to us. All in all very poor standards of customer service. Would never ever visit the property nor recommend any one.

Rooms are decent. Not value for money though. You would expect them to provide newspapers in the morning at least. Overall, nothing extraordinary, but decent.

Best place only because of its location in CP. Hotel breakfast is good but price is too high for 3* hotel.

We found the place to be nice. Very advantageously located. However, they were very slow on room service and would gain to improve on that.

Much smaller room than I had anticipated, the room is well appointed with modern outlook. Bed is comfy. Though the food prices were really exorbitant.

If you are looking for a hotel with decent accommodation and inside your budget, this will suit your needs. Not very spacious rooms. However, the service and quality is good. Decent interiors and wooden flooring in almost all the rooms. So even in cold weather, you will not feel the cold walking bare feet. The food is a little costly and you need to venture out if you want food within your budget. Good furniture and good mattresses make the stay very comfortable.

Location, Service, Rooms — top notch. Highly recommend.

Checked into the business type budget hotel. Nice place for short stay.

Extremely rude receptionist;we already had our booking but then also She kept us waiting for one hour. This type of behaviour is not tolerable from such sort of hotel. She should quit from her job if she can't serve customers well. Pathetic experience from the pathetic hotel. We came at 8:40 to the hotel and asked for check in. Though the people were checking out in front of us they did not give us room for 1:30 hours. Finally we had to book our room somewhere else and this is was a non refundable hotel. Bloody cheats. They asked us to pay half day extra at 10:00 am when their check in time is 12:00pm.

Nice and descent hotel near Connaught place. Good location advantage, good food.

Clean affordable rooms, however food and speed of service not so great.

The best 4 star hotel I've been too. The rooms are very spacious and the bathroom is amazing. The food here is average though but you're allowed to order from outside. The location is really nice and you access to metros and all the awesome restaurants nearby. Surely worth a visit.

Rooms was costly but very neat & clean and d main disadvantage was GST.

The only best part of this palace is the location the service in the rooms and the food was not quite as they told they charge 200 rupees for a water bottle.
